Chapter III:

It was Bernadi. In blood and flesh! He smiled an evil smile looking at Sami & his wife, Marge. Marge was standing there, speechless. She looked at Sami and back at Bernadi. She was in shock, so did Sami. She tried to find the right words, only EJ walked in. EJ caught up Sami's shock and he looked at Bernadi. If only Bernadi knew what he had caused to EJ's beloved wife-to-be... EJ felt the anger filling his body. He tried to constrain himself but, he said "bloody hell, what the hell are you doing here?". Bernadi didn't speak. He just breathed in and out until he finally opened his mouth and said "you have to ask your father". He looked at EJ and then at Marge and Sami and walked out. Marge started running after him but he disappeared. EJ got to Sami and asked her if she was alright. Sami was confused and relieved at the same time. She knew that EJ was too but she was just trying the right words. Just as she was about to say something, Abe barged in.

For the next hour and a half, Sami and EJ were trying to put together the pieces. They told Abe everything that happened and Abe decided to go and see what he could do to let Sami be out as soon as possible. EJ and Sami, who were left behind Abe, were still trying to figure out what had happened. Marge came back and told them that Bernadi had disappeared again. She was filled with tears and her voice was raspy. EJ assured her that he would have a big chat with father and he kissed Sami goodbye while heading to see his father.

As EJ arrived in the DiMansion, his father was all cheery with some classical music playing the background. EJ stood in the doorway trying to get his father's attention. "My son", Stefano said looking at EJ. "Father, you have some explaining to do", EJ said trying to constrain his anger but he just couldn't. Stefano looked at EJ realizing that EJ had found out. "How did you find out?", Stefano asked. EJ told him what had happened and Stefano just stood there.

Meanwhile, Abe returned to Sami's cell announcing she was free to go home for now. Sami was so happy that she couldn't wait to go home. If only she knew what was going on at the DiMansion, she wouldn't be so happy. There were stuff throwing at each other and the DiMansion living room was filled with anger.

Sami quickly headed to the DiMansion where she heard a loud bang.
