Sasuke raced after the girl. Even though she wasn't a ninja she was still pretty quick. To say he was worried would be wrong. In fact he was straight out terrified.
What if she got attacked by a missing nin? Or bandits? All these thoughts raced through his head.
He shook his head. Thats right she had her bow and arrows with her along with the sword that would be able to send her enemy straight to depths of hell. He smirked. Who knew such a small girl could hold so much power.
Kagome raced through the forest. She couldn't stand being near him anymore. All he did was cause trouble. Not only trouble but pain as well. She knew he would pick Kikyo over her but did not want to believe it. She angrily wiped the tears that had started forming in her eyes. Her vision was becoming blurry because of it.
She paid no mind to the twigs that would scratch her every now and then. She was only worried about getting away from everyone. Sooner or later Inuyasha would come looking for her and force her back, causing her to leave Karin, Jugo, Suigetsu and Sasuke.
Without warning she felt her self lift off the ground only to see it coming closer before she crashed into the Earth. Pain shot up her her leg and she looked down at her now swollen ankle. To make matters worse it had began to rain.
She sighed and scooted to nearby tree and just sat there letting the rain fall on her.
"Sasuke..." She thought to herself. An image flashed through her mind. She laid her head on her knees.
"Oh? What do we have hear?" A voice said. Kagome snapped her head up and met the eyes of a stranger. She reached back to draw an arrow only to have a hand slap it hers away. The man had leaned down and smirked. Behind him she saw 5 more men.
"A pretty thing like you shouldn't be wondering the woods all alone. Especially when its dark and raining like this," he grinned and grabbed her wrist forcing her to stand.
"Hey let me go!" She struggled and yelped in pain when she remembered her sprained ankle.
"Little princess is injured. Tie her up. I bet the boss would love to have some femal company," he walked away as the men approached her. They slapped a piece of cloth over her mouth and nose and everything began to get blurry. She grew tired and weak. Then she was met with the darkness.
"Sasuke," she muttered. Before passing out Kagome left her sword on the ground hoping no one would notice. Thankfully they did not.
Last thing she heard were the men chucking amongst themselves...
