Sasuke was taken back by the scene before him. Kagome was yet again in the arms of another man.
"Hey get your hands off her!" Inuyasha yelled and tried to claw at Koga who jumped away from Kagome to dodge.
"Shes my women! You have that dead priestess over there!" Koga yelled back dodging yet another attack of Inuyasha. Inuyasha jumped him and managed to land a punch on the wolf demon.
"If only you could fight as fast as you talk, then we'd get somewhere!"
"Shut up Albino runt!"
"You ought to be put down for rabies!"
"They're well matched when it comes to foul behavior," Miroku stated watching as the two threw insults back and forth.
"Inuyasha, SIT!" Kagome shouted.
"Why does she do this to me," Inuyasha muttered with a mouthful of dirt.
"Kagome! When are you gonna leave Inutrasha and come with me?" Koga asked taking her hands once again.
"Koga," Kagome sighed and gently pulled her hands away, "Im not your women."
"You will be one of these days," he said and smiled down at her.
"She said no," Sasuke said kicking Koga in the jaw.
"What the hell?" Koga looked up into the red eyed Uchiha boy who was standing protectively in front of Kagome.
"Sasuke..." She thought to herself as she looked at the back of his head.
"Fine i'll step down for now. But only for Kagomes sake!" He announced standing on his feet.
Kagome let out a sigh of relief.
"But know this boy! Kagome is my women. Wolfs mate for life!" He smirked as Sasukes eyes hardened.
Kagome rolled her eyes,"Can we leave so I can change out of this wedding kimono?"
"Thats a fantastic idea lady Kagome," Miroku commented,"Inuyasha where is the nearest village?"
Inuyasha sniffed the air,"Towards the west. Less than a days travel if we run."
Karin and Sango mounted Kirara along with Shippo. Kikyo got on Inuyashas back and Kagome with Sasuke. Though she was a little shy to do so at first. Soon they were off and headed towards the village.
Koga and Inuyasha were up front leading the way.
Kagomes face was as red as Karins hair.
"Is everything ok Kagome," Jugo asked running next to Sasuke.
"Y-yes everything's just peachy," she laughed nervously. Jugo shrugged and left it at that. Sasuke on the other hand had a smirk on his face. He knew why Kagome was so nervous.
Once they arrived at the village Kagome quickly got off Sasukes back. As they would through the village, The group got stares from everyone.
Soon they found a clothing store. Kagome headed straight for it and went inside. Sasuke followed her knowing she had no money to pay for whatever she was going to get.
She didnt see anything she liked. As she headed out of the store a red and white kimono caught her attention. She walked over to it and unfolded it.
"This is a traditional Miko kimono," she said softly to herself.
"Why yes it is young lady. Not many people know that nowadays. Tell you what i'll give it to you half off," the man at the counter said. Kagome smiled and nodded.
Sasuke put the money on the counter and Told Kagome to go change. She did. She looked at herself in the mirror and huffed.
"Now I look even more like Kikyo," she grumbled stepping out of the changing room.
Kagome and Sasuke left the building in search of the rest of the group. It would seem everyone had gotten separated.
Suigetsu was with Jugo.
Miroku with Koga
Inuyasha with Shippo.
Sango with Miroku.
And poor Karin was with Kikyo.
"Kikyo!" Inuyasha called not knowing it was Kagome.
Kagome turned around and Inuyasha stopped when he saw the look on her face.
"Inuyasha...Sit boy!" Kagome stormed away with Sasuke following close behind.
"Why does he call you Kikyo?" Sasuke asked.
"Cause im her reincarnation and we look the same," She sighed.
Next thing Kagome knew she was being slammed against the wall of a building nearby.
"S-sasuke...what are you doing?" She stuttered looking up into his onyx eyes.
"You look nothing like her," he whispered and leaned down. Kagomes heart rate picked up it was so loud she was sure Sasuke could hear it.
He came closer and closer...they were centimeters apart...
