Author's Note: Hey, sorry for the super long break. I've had a ton of stuff, but now that the intro's done I can start working on the fic!

(The music starts as the camera pans over Chris, and the camera crew on the dock.)

Dear Mom and Dad I'm doing fine.

(The camera goes all the way to the top of the mountain, where Jackson and Tyler are skiing. Even though Jackson is skiing with broken skis, he manages to do all kinds of tricks and flips, while Tyler can't even put the boots on.)

You guys are on my mind.

(The camera slips down to a forest, where Tristan is reading a book. Danza throws rocks at him, but Tristan leaves before the rock are released, causing Danza to fall into a pit of mud.)

You asked me what I wanted to be and now I think the answer is plain to see.

(We go left into a clearing. Dakota and Scott are in the middle of a screaming match, while Alejandro is shaking his head in exasperation.)

I wanna be famous; I wanna live close to the sun.

(The cameraman suddenly trips into a large ditch, where we see Vanessa hiding into a ball and Anna alternating between reading, rolling her eyes, and lying down.)

Go pack your bags cause I've already won.

(The camera slowly climbs out and stumbles into the mess hall, where Jo, Brick, Eva and even Chef are weightlifting. Eva gets distracted and drops her load, and in a rage she kicks Brick in the stomach. Jo and Chef are howling in laughter.)

I'll get there one day.

(Bishop is sitting on a log, sneering at everyone. He attempts to count his money, but a deer confuses them with leaves and eats the bills)

Cause I wanna be famous.

(The log is close to a living tree, which Leslie is using as her punching bag, swearing all the while. Next to her is Fay, who just sighs and watches moodily.)

Na na na na na na na na na!

(The dock is once again shown, but now Ethan, Heather, and Simone are on it. Ethan attempts to talk to Heather, who responds by pushing him the water. Simone sighs and helps him out, and the two give hesitant smiles at each other.)

I wanna be, I wanna be, I wanna be famous. I wanna be, I wanna be, I wanna be famous.

(All 20 contestants are gathered around the campfire. Dawn smiles sweetly at Noah and offers him a marshmallow, but he just looks away moodily.)

(Blundering Beavers)

It had been about 2 hours since the fans had left the dock for their camp, and they had made little progress, thanks to the web of trails in the forest, and the crude map.

"Argh, this is f***ing bull..." Leslie groaned from the front, where she was leading the pack along with Simone and Fay; the rest of the contestants were behind them.

Simone did her classic eye roll and glare. "Okay Leslie... we're lost."

Leslie scoffed. "We're not lost, you dumb girl! I'm in a gang, I know how to follow a map."

"No, you don't, because we're lost." Simone snarked back.

Leslie growled. "Here you want to be useful? Go help the losers at the back". She then shoved Simone to the back of the pack.

Leslie wiped her hands and continued on with Fay, who just shrugged and didn't say a word.

They walked together at the front in silence for a few minutes, when Leslie looked at her clothes and raised an eyebrow.

She spoke up. "Hey, what you doing with clothes from the biggest gang in L.A?"

Fay shrugged. "I used to be a member."

Leslie looked impressed. "Really? That's pretty cool."

Fay just shrugged.

They kept walking, and then suddenly a figure came in between them.

Fay looked abashed, but Leslie rolled her eyes. "I'll handle this...what the fu** do you want?"

Danza, for it was he, just smirked. "Just listening to your conversation."

Leslie balked. "Who gave a little runt like you permission to listen to me?"

Danza chuckled. "Anyway...you two were in gangs?"

Fay nodded.

Danza's eyes lightened. "Wow, amazing...did you hurt anyone while in gangs? Did you perform any crimes? Did you-

Leslie grabbed him by the hem of his shirt.

"Look, douchebag. I don't care about you or your strange sexual fantasies of hurting people, but I do need the majority. Us three, alliance. Deal?"

She dropped Danza on the ground, and after he got up, he agreed.

Leslie turned to Fay. "This good to you?"

Fay nodded once more. "Deal."

Leslie smirked. "Now, runt, get away from me. I can't handle your presence."

She then pushed him back into the crowd.

Confessional:

Leslie: One thing I do not want in this game is to be in the minority. I've been there before, it sucks. I need to build an alliance quickly so I can gain power early in the game. These two suckers are exactly who I need.

Fay: I guess I could stick with these guys, they seem okay. I doubt either of these two care about why I'm so quiet, which is good.

Danza: People have called me psycho before, but it's not my problem if I like to see losers get hurt. With Leslie, she can do all the violence and I can just sit back and watch.

At the middle of the pack, there was one not so happy camper.

Simone grumbled as she wiped the dust off her shirt. "Stupid bitch, pushing ME to the back of the pack…who does she think she is?"

"Presumably, she think she is an African-American teenage gang leader." came a voice from behind.

Simone turned around and was confronted with Anna behind her, walking very slowly and looking utterly bored.

Simone raised an eyebrow. "Look, if you want to survive on this team, don't sass me."

Anna smirked. "You believe so? From what I have from observed, your attempts at playing a strategical game so far have be largely ineffective, regardless of your wild boasts of popularity and skill."

Simone simply rolled her eyes. "Oh great, a know-it-all. Newsflash, you're not Noah, and you're not that smart."

"Really? Well, judging by your pathetic attempts at appearing as a "HBIC", you aren't as popular as you claim to be, are you?" Anna retorted.

Before Simone could say another word, a quiet voice interrupted the argument.

"...could you please stop arguing?" Vanessa shyly asked.

Simone looked ready to say something, but thought better of it. "Yeah, sure.

Vanessa smiled. "thank you…"

Simone put an arm on her shoulder. "By the way, remember how I helped you out at the dock?"

Vanessa nodded. "um...yes?"

Simone leaned down to whisper into her ear. "Well, what do you say we make a little entourage? I can help you be cool, and-

Anna managed to overhear and scoff. "Are you being facetious with me? Your "coolness" factor is in the negative percentile. I can give you strategical help...Vanessa is it?"

Vanessa nodded again.

Simone glared. "No, you are my new ally! Not that jerk's!"

Anna tutted. "I believe she is my new partner in this competition, not yours, you inferior.

Vanessa nodded in Anna's direction, and walked over to her. "Sorry Simone…"

Anna smiled smugly and marched off, with Vanessa following, quietly fist-pumping herself.

Simone, on the other hand, simply gaped at them, then scowled and said: "I guess HELPING you out was for nothing, huh?

She would have continued more, but suddenly a voice interrupted her. "Don't fret about that girl, Simone. I'm willing to be your ally."

Simone looked sharply, and she saw Ethan was walking beside her.

He looked at her. "Yes, I would be happy to join you in an alliance.

Simone raised an eyebrow. "And why on earth would I want you with me?"

"Because neither of us have any other choice?"

Simone sighed. "It's a deal…"

Confessional:

Anna: Hah, did you viewers see that? That is ein allies for me, and null allies for that intellectual inferior of mine, Simone. That's german, look it up.

Vanessa: Okay, to be honest...I do like Simone a lot, but I went with Anna because I know that if Simone annoys people, they can't vote her off because of her physical strength, so they'll target her ally; which, if I went with her, would be me going home...sorry!

Simone: Ethan is creepy and annoying, but I've learned to take what I can get, you know? I'll probably dump him once I take some ground in the team, but for now, I need a follower. And you don't get much more follower than Ethan.

Ethan: Simone...I must admit, she reminds me of Heather. An obviously inferior version, but there is a resemblance. Not to say I'll stick with her; I'll probably dump her at the merge, when I meet the goddess of my dreams and she doesn't interest me anymore.

Meanwhile, at the very back of the pack, Bishop and Tristan were walking at a sluggish pace.

Tristan stopped and leaned against a tree while panting. "Ugh…"

Bishop paused. "What's wrong with you?"

Tristan gave a sheepish grin. "Sorry, I'm just not used to all this strenuous exercise, I...don't get out much."

Bishop scoffed, and twirled his cane. "Hmmph, typical of the lower-class to not get proper appreciation of the outside world."

Tristan looked annoyed. "And I assume you spend time outside, then?"

Bishop missed the sarcasm, and nodded. "Of course! I have made several trips on my private jet to all sorts of exotic places."

Tristan sighed, and resumed walking. "Do you mind if I ask you a question?"

Bishop seemed to think about it for a second. "I suppose that you asking me a question will be all right…"

"Why come onto this show at all, if you're so rich? Don't you have better things to do."

Bishop scoffed, and shook his head. "Silly man, isn't it obvious? I came here to teach."

"Teach?"

Bishop nodded sagely. "Of course. There are so many poor people in this world, who have no idea how to act properly. I came on Total Drama to educate the lower class how to behave."

Tristan simply stared. "...I think we should keep walking."

They started off, but before they walked any father, suddenly they heard a noise.

"What the-"

Tristan was interrupted by Jackson emerging from a tree about 20 feet away.

"GUYS! I FOUND CAMP!"

Danza snorted. "That's bull man! How could you find camp? There's nothing there but a hole!"

"Exactly! Come over here!"

The rest of the team ran to where Jackson was.

Danza nodded. "See! There ain't nothing but a hole!"

Jackson rolled his eyes. "Look down, fool."

An annoyed Danza looked down, and his jaw dropped, along with the rest of the contestants.

Because in the hole was a cabin, a water spring, and a sign with the words: "Welcome to your underground camp!"

Simone was the first to find her voice.

"..This is going to be one long summer."

(Rocky Raccoons)

The rocky raccoons had also found the underdog camp, and had a more temperamental reaction.

"WHAT THE HELL MCLEAN?" Eva shouted at the heavens.

Heather also seemed personally offended. "I can't believe I'm agreeing with you...but this sucks."

Tyler was pouting in the corner. "Aw man…How am I supposed to get my sports mojo in a cave?"

Everyone ignored him.

Brick on the other hand seemed happy about the arrangements. "Cheer up, soliders! This will be just like the trenches in the great world wars!"

"Yes, because I'm sure the trenches were so much fun back then." Noah drawled.

They would've kept arguing, but Alejandro and Dawn, who has walked away from the argument, had seen something.

"Amigos, I believe we have found our first challenge.

Alejandro read it aloud.

Dear Contestants:

As you may have already realized, the ladder that you used to climb into the hole has been mysteriously destroyed when I burned it. Your first challenge is simple; use underground materials to build something to get in and out of the hole. And consider yourself lucky, I wanted the challenge to be wayy more deadly.

-Chris.

Confessional:

Dawn: I think being underground here...is really amazing! So long I have ignored the underground creatures of the world, and gave attention to the ones on the surface...hello, !

Noah: This team so far is very disorganized, which means we're going to be losing a lot of challenges. I need to attach myself with someone if I'm going to survive, but finding someone good among this bunch is going to be challenging.

Jo: This team needs a leader! We're like a Tour De France team without a Lance Armstrong. Clearly, it falls to me to do take that responsibility.

Jo grabbed the letter and looked at it. After a moment, she looked up.

"Okay, so if we're going to do this, we're going to need to get some wood."

Scott rolled his eyes. "Yes, we can just get the wild wood growing underground."

Jo rolled her eyes as well. "Has anyone seen the cabin they built us? There's tons of extra planks we can use that are peeling off, and some nails."

Everyone seemed impressed by the idea.

"Genius!" Brick cried, before falling over.

Jo smirked. "Thank you, even though you're a loser. Anyway, we're going to have to splilt into groups to do this, Alejandro-Dawn-Noah-Brick-Dakota can be a group, and Tyler-Heather-Eva-Me-and Scott-

"Oh fuck no."

The voice was Scott's.

Jo's eyes narrowed into slits. "Excuse me?"

Scott nodded. "I think you heard me. I'm not doing anything in this challenge, except maybe napping if I feel tired."

"But that's not good for the team!" Brick cried out from the background.

Scott snorted. "Do I look like I give a shit? This team is going down the crapper. I don't see why I have to do any work. I hope we lose the challenge, so one of you losers can be voted out."

And with that, he walked over to the shelter and started napping.

Jo looked ready to scream, but surprisingly, Eva looked calm.

"Whatever. Us four are strong enough without that pathetic douche anyway."

Jo nodded. "True. Let's get to it!"

While they were all walking, Heather looked at Scott, and mouthed "throw him under bus?" to Alejandro.

Alejandro smirked and nodded.

Confessional:

Eva: Jo is someone I can respect. She's got a strong work ethic like me, and she's a leader like me. BUT SHE'S JUST AN INFERIOR VERSION TO ME! BECAUSE NO ONE CAN COPY ME. GOT IT?"

Heather: I was honestly worried that I would be the first boot of the team...but hah! Did you see that asshole? All I have to do is throw him under the bus just a little and BAM! I'm safe.

Alejandro: Heather is missing a huge opportunity here, so desperate to be safe for one more night as sheis. Scott is an amazing person to take far as a goat, who would ever vote for me over him?

Dakota: Okay, to be honest, I wasn't going to put any effort into this challenge...but then, like, Scott did it too! Ewww...I don't want to be like him! I guess I'll have to work...sigh.

Brick: What Scott did had no class, none at all! Clearly not a team player, and I have half a mind to vote him out right now!

Scott: As if I would work during this challenge, I don't need to! I'm Scott! I don't need to do anything, because I am the god of Total Drama!

The first group went into one direction of the cave to get wood for the ladder.

Dawn and Noah picked up small pieces, while Brick picked up a medium size one. Alejandro picked up a big piece, and surprisngly, so did Dakota, who instantly collapsed under the weight.

Alejandro raised an eyebrow. "Now, Dakota my dear, there was no reason to do that. You know you are not as physically strong as myself."

Dakota sighed. "I need to prove myself…"

Alejandro shook his head. "Your spirit is quite enough. Brick, could you take this load?"

Brick saluted. "Happy to do so, sir!"

Alejandro helped Dakota up, and smiled at her. Brick smiled as well.

Dawn and Noah rolled their eyes.

Confessional:

Dawn: Something I find quite fascinating about people is that they assume just because I care for the goodness of the earth, I am naive! But I assure you, I am not falling for Alejandro's sly tricks and cunning! He is truly a snake...no offense Mr. Kaa.

Noah: Yeah, I know how Alejandro plays. That was the fakest thing I've ever seen. But what surprised me was how Dawn didn't seem to fall for it either. Maybe there's more to her than what I thought.

Dakota: I'm not used to doing all this work…but I can't go home again! I need this...last time I turned into a monster! I was turned back, but my reputation was ruined...I need to do well this time.

Brick: I think that Alejandro has definitely proved himself as an asset to the team with that noble gesture of chivalry!

Alejandro: Yes, I am aware that some people did not fall for my little noble act. But does it really matter? The gullible fools that I wanted to fall for it, did. And that's what I needed.

Meanwhile, the other group was getting nails for the wood.

Jo and Eva grabbed all of the nails, and marched off with them, leaving Tyler and Heather with nothing to do.

Tyler pouted. "But I want to help…"

Heather flipped her hair, and walked off.

Confessional:

Heather: I'll do anything to stay in this game, but anything does not include someone as pathetic as Tyler. Besides, he's obvious not cut out long for the game, so their would be no point.

Jo: So...Eva thinks she can best me? Funny. It's a shame that I'm the best.

Eva: This game is all about strength. Jo thinks she's stronger than me, but no one is stronger than me!

The team gathered all their materials and began to work on the ladder.

(Blundering Beavers)

The blundering beavers had already gathered all their materials, and we're beginning to work on the ladder. Much to everyone's surprise, after gathering some wood, Simone was jumping off the cave, tying them together with vine. All the rest of the tribe had to do was give her wood.

Bishop looked at the scene. "I admit, I'm impressed."

Leslie simply growled.

Meanwhile, two people were not helping out. Anna and Vanessa were huddled at the opposite end.

Anna smirked. "This is perfect. Simone doing everything is the perfect excuse for me to give my brilliant mind a rest."

Vanessa simply made a noise of agreement.

Fay and Ethan were getting sticks to give to Simone. Both of them were saying nothing.

Finally Ethan broke the silence. "If you do not mind me asking...why are you so quiet?"

Fay shrugged. "Sometimes, I just don't feel like talking about every little detail of my past."

Ethan nodded. "I understand, I much prefer to be in my shrine than with the company of other humans."

Fay raised an eyebrow.

Confessional:

Anna: I shouldn't have to do work, to be quite honest. I mean, I'm smarter than everyone around me, isn't that enough? But with Simone doing everything, that monkey has given me the perfect chance to slack off.

Vanessa: I do understand the importance of playing a social game, really, I do. But I'm too shy to really get "into" the crowd. I'll just have to talk with Anna for right now...even though I don't really like her.

Fay: ...Impressive.

Leslie: That little monkey thinks she can outshine me? She has another thing coming!

Ethan: Fay is very quiet, almost too much. She clearly is hiding something, but do I want to know what it is?

Simone finally jumped down. The ladder was complete.

Tristan smiled and adjusted his glasses. "Perfect! We're sure to win now-."

But he did not finish, because Danza had snuck up from behind him...and pushed him into the ladder.

The ladder collapsed into pieces.

The team simply stared at the ladder, before a little note dropped into the hole.

You lose!

-Chris.

Simone let out a scream.

Confessional:

Simone: THAT IDIOT! He screwed all my work over, he screwed our chances over, he is so gone!

Tristan: What...Danza pushed me into the ladder! I'm sure of it! What on earth…

Danza: Yeah, I pushed that loser. I want to see blood, you see. I want to see the others devouring him for breakfast, and that was a good way to do it without getting, ugh, dirty.

(Blundering Beavers, some hours later)

Tristan was hiding in a hole, too afraid to show up to the "tribe meeting."

At the shelter, Danza smirked. "Typical, he won't even show up, pussy."

"Listen up, He's gone. No question, end of story." Leslie said.

Bishop sneered, and even Jackson looked ready to vote him off.

Confessional:

Danza: Wow, that worked better than I could have ever hoped! This IS fun…

Leslie: There's plenty of people I'd rather want out, but I'll take that loser's demise. With him gone, I'll have an easy majority.

Jackson: I just came on this game to have fun, and now that I can't get out of this cave, Tristan ruined my fun. I'm fine with him going tonight.

Meanwhile, Simone was fuming, while Ethan was sitting down on a rock next to her.

"Little idiot, ruining my work...I'm going to go find that dumbass right now!"

She marched off, and Ethan sighed and followed her.

Simone found Tristan and sneered.

"Okay, listen you-"

"It wasn't me! Danza pushed me!"

Simone stopped short. "What?"

Tristan nodded. "It's true! Danza pushed me into the ladder."

Simone thought about it for a while, then looked at Ethan. "I feel like I shouldn't believe it, but-

Ethan finished for her. "It's believable with Danza, isn't it?

"I'm going to go tell people." Simone said, and ran off, leaving Ethan with Tristan.

Tristan breathed a sigh of relief. "Thank you…"

Ethan smirked. "No problem."

Confessional:

Tristan: I know I'm in danger tonight, and all I can do at this point is tell the truth of what happened to the people who will listen.

Simone: I'm inclined to believe Tristan, Danza is definitely the type. Besides, I want him gone anyway.

Ethan: The vote seemed it was going toward Tristan, but now it seems like Danza is the likely boot. But I have a different idea, one that will get me attention from my dream one.

Simone had gathered Bishop, Jackson, Anna, and Vanessa, and told them the story.

Bishop gasped. "Outrageous! Such unfair play!"

"Man, if this is true, Danza has to go!" Jackson said.

Ethan nodded at them. "Of course, we'll be sure to vote Danza out."

Bishop raised his chin. "Good, I don't need to associate with you guys anymore then."

He marched off, and Jackson went off to do Jackson things.

Anna looked at straight at Ethan. "From your tone, I can imagine that Danza is not your target tonight?"

Ethan looked around, and then looked back at her. "No, he isn't. Fay should go tonight."

Simone and Tristan looked shocked.

Simone actually slapped him. "Fay? Have you lost it...even more than you already have?"

Ethan rubbed his face, and said: "Hear me out. Fay is by far the biggest threat of the three, and she's already obviously hiding things from us. Who knows what else she could be hiding?"

Simone looked ready to disagree, but Anna nodded.

"Your logic makes sense. Logically, as the biggest threat of the majority alliance, Fay needs to leave."

Simone disagreed. "Are you-are you people dumb? Danza cost us the challenge? He could do it again, and again, and again!"

Suddenly, a tiny voice spoke up.

"I...agree...Fay is dangerous. I mean...if Danza's in the minority, he'll be scared, and he won't throw any more challenges...plus, the biggest threat will be gone." Vanessa whispered.

They all stared, but Anna smirked. "That's my girl!"

Vanessa smiled softly.

Simone looked at Tristan. "You've been quiet, what do YOU think about this?"

Tristan shrugged. "I don't know...I personally want Danza out, but their logic makes sense."

Simone sighed and put her head in her hands.

Jackson walked back to the group. "Dudes, we got a note, saying it's time for the vote. We're gotta go."

Everyone stood up and started walking in a small crevice in the cave, each thinking.

Confessional:

Danza: Tristan is leaving. Simple as that. My plan is successful, because I'm just that awesome.

Simone: Ugh...this depends on Tristan's vote. I want Danza out, but if I vote off Danza, and he votes off Fay, I'll be in the minority.

Tristan: Ugh...this depends on Simone'ss vote. I want Danza out, but if I vote off Danza, and he votes off Fay, I'll be in the minority.

Bishop: What Danza did showed no class, none at all. I will be voting for him.

Vanessa: I'm scared...I'm making a big move...but Fay has to go! Please don't hate me…

Ethan: Honestly, it's simple Total Drama logic. Someone with a "story" like Fay's is going to make it far; it will be her storyarc. If we get rid of her fast, we destroy that option.

(ELIMINATION CEREMONY)

The ten contestants walked into a small sub-section of the cave. A brilliant fire was roaring, reflecting off crystals. Chris was sitting next to it.

He smiled. "Hello, losers! This is a wonderful example of the beauty on Rebirth island...too bad you have to be losers to see it!"

He continued. "Anyway, you all already voted in your confessionals, so I'll make it fast. You know how this works."

He grabbed 9 marshmallows. "Back to basics." He said, and winked at the camera.

"The first marshmallow goes to….Leslie!"

"Ethan!"

"Simone!"

"Anna!"

"Vanessa!"

"Jackson"

"Bishop!"

Only three were left; Danza, Tristan, and Fay. Danza was smug, Tristan was shaking, and Fay's eyes were darting around."

"The next marshmallow goes to...Tristan!"

Tristan accepted it gratefully.

Danza looked shocked.

Leslie lunged at Chris. "What the hell!?"

An annoyed Chris pushed her off of him.

"The final marshmallow goes to…"

Danza's hands were twitching, Fay's eyes were darting.

"...Danza!"

Danza nearly fainted as he got his marshmallow."

Jackson looked surprised, and Bishop looked appalled. Ethan smirked.

Leslie looked ready to rip Chris's head off, but before she could, a sighing Fay was launched into the air.

Chris looked at the camera, and smirked. "What a blindside, huh? Well, there's gonna be more blindsides, more fights, and more drama on the next episode of Total...Drama...Rebirth!"

Votes:

Danza: Tristan.

Simone: Fay.

Leslie: Tristan.

Ethan: Fay.

Vanessa: Fay.

Anna: Fay.

Tristan: Fay.

Bishop: Danza.

Fay: Tristan.

Jackson: Danza.

And the first person out of this season is none other than Fay.

I originally had Fay go home later, but she was the perfect first boot in my opinion. She was by far the most under-the-radar person the cast, so people thought she might go far and get a "growth story". But in the end, she was the victim of people over thinking a simple vote, and her secret was never even mentioned. She was going to be a victim of Ethan in all drafts of the story.

I hope you all enjoyed it ^_^.
