Modern AU. Link moves to a small town where he learns that he shares his name with an ancient legend that foretells of a vicious demon that kills every one hundred years. Time runs short as it appears this stories may be true... (Rated T for now, may change to M for themes and language).

Just after Ganon is sealed away, Zelda turns to see Link again after 100 years and finds the courage to ask him a question.

A well known hero and knight-in-training, Link had never needed any help in saving Hyrule. But when Princess Zelda and the Shrine Maidens decide to check on the seal placed on the legendary Four Sword, everything went wrong. With the princess being held captive by the Wind Mage Vaati, and a sadistic shadow out to destroy the kingdom, Link had no choice to but to draw the blade.

Link is unsure about loving Sidon and worries that he doesnt like him back because they are both boys. He just wants someone to love him.

Link has gone missing...again. But that isn't what Zelda is concerned about. What concerns her is who he took with him. BOTW post-game One-shot; Prompt: "The king is missing."
