Hey, new chapter! Long time no see, eh?

This will be more of a mini-chapter... actually, I might shorten the length of a lot of chapters just to finish this story. ...Tell the truth, should I keep going?

Fangs: Nope, go ahead and end it now, you're too busy and I'm sure there's other stories under a safer rating- which don't include any bloodshed, scary images, or trauma- that you'd rather be working on...

Okay, you've talked me into it- I'll keep at it!

Fangs: 0_0 ...Pugs, I WAS speaking english a second ago, wasn't I?

Pugs: Yes, but you forget- these authors don't stop writing until they've given us more than we'd like to take -_-'

Authors: Damn right!

Riffraff glowered at Lamone and Edwin. "Oh, come now. Tell me what you mean about getting possessed by that arrogant twat," he sneered.

"So you do know about Malone," Lamone countered, giving him a suspicious glance.

"Anyone who shared a brain with you, or came from a part of you, knows about him... and to save you the suspicioun, no. He and I were never one in the same,"

"Then how do you know about him?" Edwin inquired.

"Dreams," Riffraff approached Lamone. "Before I knew who my 'somebody' was, I had dreams of Malone trying to get to my heart." He stared Lamone dead in the eye. "I managed to overpower him, though. Since I had no past, he had nothing to weaken me with-"

"That, and you probably inherited Pugsy's stubborness," Nessie joked.

"Hey- okay, that's true." Kiff responded.

Riffraff rolled his eyes. "Anyway... Speaking of Pugs, that's pretty much how I figured out half of my identity. Since Malone couldn't control me, he brought up going after Pugsy instead, considering he had Lamone's heart- and since your body was dormant and he couldn't control it as long as your heart was still beating- he could find some way to control him through his subconcious. But, Lamone was there to keep him at bay..."

"I do find that strange," Edwin spoke up. "Ven and Vanitas never telepathically spoke to Sora or Roxas- not on a constant basis like Lamone did with Pugsy. The way it happened with them, it was like they had a split personality!"

"Well, when you're giving your heart to a former identity, I suppose that happens,"

Everyone was so still, it was like someone hit the 'pause' button.

"What do you mean former identity?" Edwin asked.

"I mean when someone splits from their ego, like what Pugsy always does with Hardy," Riffraff answered.

"We know what it means!" Lamone snapped. "But what does it have to do with Pugsy and I being the same person?!"

"Well, you guys WERE the same person... weren't you?"

"I highly doubt it. Lamone's been around for over 500 years, there's no way he and Pugs could be the same person," Edwin replied, then turned to Lamone. "...otherwise, I'd feel so sorry for you,"

Riffraff scratched his head, confused. "Weird... then why do I have memories of him turning into a vampire?"

"There was a time in Body Switch where he was turned into a kretin, then got bit by a werewolf, then turned into a vampire... then changed normal, the poor twerp." Edwin shook his head, then perked up. "Luckily, Hardy came quickly after."

"What's this about me?" Hardy asked, entering.

"Riffraff says Lamone used to be Pugsy's vampire-half," Blackrose told him.

"Oh, okay, for a minute there I thought I was going to be in what did you say?"

"I specifically remember..." Riffraff began, pacing. "It was, maybe, ten-maybe-eleven years before Kiff was born, about a year after Pugs and Brielle started going steady. Their friends were somewhere in Europe helping out with a case... Pugsy was alone in an alley-"

Lamone gasped, an ache forming in his head as an image flashed through his mind.

He was running down the sidewalk, his legs feeling heavy as his heart was racing, fear rushing through him. He turned down an alley, coming across a dead end. A shadow fell over him, and he screamed... but it wasn't his voice, but Pugsy's. Why was he screaming with Pugsy's voice?

"Lamone, what's wrong?" Hardy asked, rushing over to him.

"It's... it's true," Lamone replied, weakly. "I-I was part of Pugsy..."

"What?! How?!" Kiff asked.

"I don't know... that's all I remember." Lamone rubbed his head, sitting down.

"This doesn't make any sense... I thought Lamone and Pugs were brothers!" Hardy exclaimed.

"Not the way I remember it. It was like yesterday you told your mom, and Toni kept making 'Underworld' cracks about him and Fangface until he smacked her with the DVD case," Riffraff said.

"HOLD IT!" Hardy raised his hands. "Toni is Lamone's daughter! How could she be making cracks if she probably wasn't even born yet?!"

"But... she had been born at that time- what makes you think she's your daughter?"

"I remember Jackie- my wife- and I had a child... and I had to leave her behind because of Marlow." Lamone replied, bitterly. "It's not one of my most 'cherished' memories,"

Riffraff shook his head. "Okay, I'm confused now,"

Lamone gave him a look. "You're confused?"

"Imagine how the reader must feel," Edwin quipped.

"Toni's your cousin. Aunt Kelly and Uncle Richard had her three years after Pugsy was born," Riffraff replied. "...I recall a memory where they were little kids at the beach and Toni tried beating him up with a toy shovel,"

"But... then why do I remember her being my child?" Lamone asked.

"If I knew, I'd tell you."

"The author had better have a good excuse," Hardy muttered, rubbing his head. "If I have to re-learn my family tree, my head is going to explode!"

"How did we go from talking to Malone to Pugsy being a vampire?" Blackrose asked.

"I dunno. I think the reader was lost after the fourth paragraph," Nessie replied, shrugging.

"Well... until we figure it out... just know this: Malone hasn't been in my mind for years." Riffraff replied. "Whatever piece of him that might have gotten stuck to me, it's gone now."

"After the sudden ambush of new information about my life, I can suddenly care less," Lamone said, still trying to comprehend that parts of his life were fake... question being, which ones?

"C'mon... lets get back to the others," Edwin said, as they walked out of the room.

Kiff stood up, stumbling a bit as his side still ached as well as his neck, but luckily he was healing fast (pays to be a cartoon). "I just have one question though," he said quietly to the vampire.

"No, I don't count as a 'third' dad to you," Lamone answered, promptly.

"No- though that was on my mind- but... well ATF said one of the Nobodies would be evil. If Riffraff managed to stop Malone, who could it be?"

Lamone looked at his Nobody, who was talking about Hardy about whether or not if Lamone could re-fuse with him and Pugsy and be a kretin. "I don't know... but we're not going to let him out of our sight, that's for sure." he sighed. "I hope not... I don't think I could stand another-"

"SURPRISE!" shouted a voice.

*WHAM!*

A figure suddenly tackled Lamone from above, pinning him to the ground! Everyone turned, seeing the stranger... who actually looked familiar.

More specifically, like a smaller version of Brielle or WG, but with long white-blonde hair, wearing a blue-and-white shirt with black jeans- and was surprisingly two feet shorter. "Say, Riffy, what's with the black cape? You get back from a 'Batman' convention? ...hey, did you get shorter and- unbelievably- uglier?"

"Um... Xyro? I'm right here." Riffraff spoke up.

The Nobody, Xyro, did a double take- looking up at Riffraff, back at Lamone, then back at Riffraff- until she quickly stood up and backed away. "Oh, crap, sorry about that. ...Uh, that 'ugly' line was meant for the tall ugly doofus standing before you."

"That tall, ugly, doofus happens to be 'our' Nobody," Hardy sneered.

"Xyro, what have you've done now?" came a voice... and in walked a tall boy with poofy black hair like Max's, buck teeth, wearing an orange hoody like Max's with black jeans... but looking like FF2.

Drista then entered the room, along with the others. "Ah, I thought I heard the sound of Xyro ambushing somebody," she said, then turned to the others. "Guys, allow me to introduce our friends: Xyro and Zane."

"Pleasures all ours," Zane said, shaking hands with Edwin.

Lamone gave a glare to Xyro, who inched behind Zane. "I wish I could say the same," he muttered.

A/N: I can hear everyone's brains exploding from here. Don't worry, peoples, explanations shall be given! Until then, review, and we'll see how the Nobodies and OC get along in the NEXT chapter.
