Chapter 12: A.J.
Angelina stirred slightly and snuggled deeper into the covers. It felt nice and warm. She wondered why Alicia or Katie hadn't gotten her up for school, it wasn't Saturday. Opening one of her eyes, the first thing she saw was fiery red hair. She smiled to herself. Pushing herself up on her elbows, she looked at George. His coppery tresses were sticking out in all directions, but his features were peaceful. She leaned over and kissed him lightly. "George," she whispered. "George, wake up."
His eyes opened slightly. George smiled at her and pushed a piece of hair out of her face. Pulling her closer to him, he buried his face in her hair.
"George, are Fred and Lee up?" she asked quietly.
"Probably, why?" he asked, sleepily.
She shot up, her hand at her chest holding the blanket up. "Give me my clothes," she hissed.
"Why? What's wrong?" he asked.
"How am I going to get out of here without being seen?" she asked.
"Oh, I didn't think about that. . ." he mumbled.
Lee's voice was suddenly audible from behind the curtains. "George, is this a bra?"
"George!" Angelina hissed.
"Sorry," George muttered. "What bra?"
"It's black and has A.J. on it," Lee replied. "Who's A.J.?"
"I don't know," George replied back.
"Whoever she is, she must be fit," Fred said. "She has a good taste in bras."
Angelina looked like she was going to strangle someone.
"I'll get rid of them," George said. He reached under the bed and pulled on his boxers. Angelina watched him leave and laid back on the bed.
"Hey, guys." Angelina shot back up again. Not Katie. Anyone, but Katie.
"Hi, Kates," Fred said. "Now where did that bra go? Maybe Katie knows who it belong to."
"What bra?" Katie asked. "You had a girl in here?!"
"Not me," Fred said. "It might have been something someone forgot. George, have you seen it?"
"Nope," George said. Suddenly Angelina's bra lay in her lap. She grabbed it and quickly put it on.
"I just came to ask you guys if you've seen Ange?" Katie asked.
"No, we haven't seen her," Fred said, stretching. "Why would she be up here?"
"Yeah, she wouldn't be up here unless she was shagging George," Lee chortled. "How is that going by the way?"
"I'm working on it."
Angelina could hear the smirk in the twin's voice.
"She's probably off shagging some bloke then," Katie concluded. Angelina's mouth fell open.
"Probably," Fred said. "I'm hungry. Let's go down to the Great Hall. Maybe Ange is down there."
"Yeah, maybe," Katie said.
"I'll catch up with you guys in a minute," said George, in what he hoped was a nonchalant way. "I have to take care of something."
"Suit yourself," Fred said offhandedly.
When the sound of footsteps echoed down the hall, Angelina reached under the bed for her knickers and pulled them on. "That was the most humiliating five minutes of my life," she said hotly.
"You really shouldn't have A.J. engraved on the front of your bra," admonished George, tracing the letters.
"You didn't seem to mind it last night," Angelina replied. "Now help me find my clothes."
"Fine," George said. He reached under his bed and pulled out her nightgown. "There."
"Thank you," said Angelina, pulling it over her head. "Is that everything?"
"I think so," George said.
"You better get down to the Great Hall before they suspect something," Angelina said.
"Yeah, probably," George huffed, pulling her to him. "Do I have to?"
Angelina laughed. "Yes, now go," she said with a smile, pushing him away.
"Oh, fine," he replied. Angelina watched him walk down the stairs and waited for a moment. Everyone should be down at breakfast by now. She made her way down the staircase and into the common room. So far so good. She continued up the girl's staircase. Finally she made it up to her room. Changing quickly she went down to the Great Hall.
"Angelina!" Katie exclaimed, when she reached her friends. "There you are!"
"Hi, Kates," Angelina said sitting down.
"Where have you been?!" Alicia asked, slapping her arm. "We were worried sick."
"I'm fine, ok?" Angelina said slightly exasperated, filling her plate. "Nothing bad happened to me. I'm here safe and sound."
"You leave in the middle of the night and don't tell us where you're going, then you come back in the morning and don't tell us where you've been," Katie said, scandalized. "What are we going to do with you?"
Angelina rolled her eyes. "I'm not telling you so stop trying to make me."
"Not telling what?" Alicia asked in an accusatory tone.
Angelina realized her slip up. She hadn't said where she had been, but she never said she had been with a boy either. Now they were going to think that she had been around the castle slutting it up. She smiled thinking about the night before.
"I know that smile," said Katie, slyly. "Who was it?"
Angelina looked away. "I'm not telling you," she said. She chanced a look at George who was sitting there with a self satisfied smirk on his face.
"Was he good?" Katie asked grinning.
Fred began to wince. "I do not want to hear this conversation."
"Again, I'm not telling you," Angelina replied. She looked down at her wrist. "Well, would you look at the time, we better get to class."
"You don't have a watch, Angelina," Katie said.
"Whatever," Angelina said. "Anything is better than suffering through all your questions."
Hot skin rubbed against hot skin. She pushed up against him. His hands ran down her body, touching, feeling every part of her. There was moaning, shouting, begging, and whimpering. Her body felt like it was on fire. She couldn't take much more of this. She needed him now.
Angelina's head collided painfully with her desk. She looked around wildly to see what was going on. Alicia sat there looking at her wide-eyed. Thankfully Flitwick didn't notice anything.
"What did you do last night?" Alicia asked. "You were whimpering in your sleep. I woke you up before you could do anything embarrassing."
"Sorry," Angelina said quickly. "Bad dream."
"It didn't should like a bad dream," Alicia said, eying her. "Exactly how much sleep did you get last night?"
"None of your business," she whispered sharply, turning her attention to Flitwick.
Alicia didn't say anything to her for the rest of class, but kept giving her suspicious looks. When class was over, Angelina gathered her things quickly and hurried out of the room. She did not want to hear another of Alicia's interrogations. Unfortunately Katie was standing out in the hallway with Fred, George, and Lee.
"Hey, Ange," Katie said.
"Hey," she replied.
"What was all that about?" Fred asked.
"All what about?" Angelina asked back.
"You falling asleep in class," Fred said, now also eyeing her.
"Don't forget the mumbling and whimpering," Alicia said, coming up behind her. "Sweet Merlin, the boy who can made Angelina whimper is a miracle worker."
Fred and Lee both burst out laughing whilst George just smirked.
"Whimper?" Katie guffawed. "You're joking."
"No," leered Alicia.
"Are you done embarrassing me?" said Angelina in annoyance.
"Nope," Katie said smugly. "This is going to haunt you for the rest of your days."
"Lovely," she said in derision. "Can we got to lunch now?"
"Fine," Katie said.
Angelina felt hot breath on her ear as they walked down to class. "Miracle worker?" George whispered to her. "I like the sound of that."
"Shut up," Angelina said smiling. George just smiled too.
"I still want to know who's bra that was," Fred said loudly. He was sitting in the common room with his arm slung around Katie's shoulder. Alicia and Lee were sitting across from them in the armchairs.
"What bra?" Alicia inquired.
"The one Fred found in our dorm," Lee said.
Her eyebrows rose. "What did it look like?"
"It was black with letters A.J. imprinted in red on it," Fred said.
"Wait, did you say A.J.?" Katie asked with incredulity.
"Yeah, why?" he replied.
"I'll be right back," Katie said. She got up and went up to Angelina's dormitory. Angelina sat on her bed working on her essay. Katie slid up against the wall and over to the chest of drawers. She slowly pulled one open. When she found what she was looking for, she turned around. "What are you doing?" challenged Angelina from the bed.
"Nothing," Katie said clandestinely, hiding the bra behind her back.
"Why are you going through my drawers?" she asked more directly.
"I was just looking for something," Katie said. "But, now I've found it. Bye!" With that she ran out of the room and downstairs. "I found it," she said gleefully, holding up the bra for them to see.
"Where'd you get that?" Fred asked, impressed.
"Katie! What are you doing with my bra?!" Angelina shouted from the staircase.
