A/N Yes, I'm back! (I can almost hear the cheers that are not happening). And I've got a plot sorted and everything, so updates should be faster now. Sorry, I know this one's short, it's more of a filler. The next one's longer.
Disclaimer: you know. You think JK would be writing sh*t like this?
"Kids!" Bill shouted for the fifth time. "It's time for bed! Get over here now, we need to sort out sleeping arrangements!"
Slowly, the friends trickled into the kitchen of the Burrow, looking questioningly at Bill.
"Right," Bill began. "Look around you, there are thirteen of us here and not much room in the house."
"Huh?" Fred raised an eyebrow. "So?"
"Thirteen people and not enough room!" Bill repeated.
Still, nobody but Hermione seemed to see what the problem was, apart from Ron. Everyone could see the look of dawning comprehension on his face as Hermione whispered fast into his ear.
Bill groaned: "There. Are. Not. Enough. Bedrooms. In. This. House. For. Everyone."
George shrugged dismissively. "Well, I'm sure we could squeeze everyone in. I don't think Fred and Angelina would mind sharing a bed-"
Angelina blushed and slapped George, who smirked.
"We'll have none of that, thank you!" said Bill firmly.
"He's beginning to sound like Mum," Fred whispered to George, just loud enough for Bill to hear, who glared at them.
Bill continued: "So, I thought Fleur and I would have Mum and Dad's room-"
"Typical." Ron muttered. "He gets the best room, as always."
"I heard that!" Bill said. "As I was saying, Fleur and I have Mum and Dad's room; Fred, George and Lee have Fred and George's room; Harry, Ron, and Hermione have Ron's room-"
"Yay." Ron groaned sarcastically.
"Angelina, Alicia, and Katie in Percy's old room" (Percy's room had been made into a spare room as he was staying at 12 Grimmauld Place) "And Ginny and Luna in Ginny's room. Everyone happy?"
"Weeellllllll," said Fred, with a grin, "I wouldn't have minded George's suggestion." He winked at Angelina, who blushed again at the obvious innuendo and replied firmly,
"Fred, I accept that I am your friend-"
"Good" cut in Fred cheekily,
"But I refuse to carry on listening to such rudeness. Or else." She ended threateningly.
"Or else what?" Fred asked immaturely.
"Or else." Angelina refused to elaborate, choosing instead to shove Fred into Lee, effectively ending the argument.
Bill stepped in then, telling Fred that "If you don't shut up right now, I WILL owl mum."
Fred, looking slightly mutinous, shut up. Everyone fetched their bags and headed of to their separate rooms.
