Hey everyone. Now, I want to clarify Link's curse because some people PM'ed me asking to explain more. Here's how it goes. The Sheikah have always wanted to be werewolves but they never could, so they tried infusing the blood of a wolf on a Royal to see how it would go down. When they saw the werewolves are dangerous they were shocked that it actually worked on the Royals when Link was born. That's how he got the "werewolf's curse". Go back and read Impa's explanation now, it should be clearer to you. Another thing to clarify that people keep asking is "Midna says they were both cursed by the same person." If you would let me continue the story, that should also be explained. Now read and review! Fair warning. There is a very light lemon in this chapter.

Chapter: 18
Link had woken up with Zelda on a bed beside him. The sun had made him rouse as it hit directly in his eye. Another day had past, another day which he had no idea what happened to Renaden or Dyraati. He frowned and stood up from his bed.
Zelda peeked her eyes open at the sound of Link's rummaging.
"Nh…" she pulled the pillow back over her head to quiet the noises.
Now what? He came all this way for answers and he had them. But what to do with this information? What could he do against the King? Nothing! He didn't have an army, he didn't have weapon knowledge, all he had was his strength and his wolf blood.
The little shaman girl was peeking at him by the door, staring at him as he moved. This was the wolf man? He didn't look much like a wolf. As Link was dressing up for the day he made accidental eye contact with the girl. She didn't break the gaze, just continue to stare. After a while of awkward staring, Link broke the silence.
"Can I help you?" his voice wavered in a questioning tone. She simply stared at him before replying.
"There is a woman in the hidden village that can help you. But you'll have to find her first"
Link opened his mouth to ask another question but she disappeared.
"Hey! Wait a minute!" he called out, chasing after her. But she was already gone and outside. Not a good place to ask with all those people.
"Link? What's the matter?" Link turned around to face Zelda who was up and seemed ready to fight.
"Nothing, but I know our next lead" he said, taking notice of Zelda's clothes.
She had on a light shirt that went down to her thighs, it was barely see through so he was able to faintly see the pleasant curves of her body.
Zelda noticed his gaze and looked down at herself then back up at him.
"You know…no one comes into this building" she said quietly, walking up to him. Link's eyes were glued to her body.
"You think so?" he mumbled. She nodded her head and took his hand.
"And I know you've been working so hard…why not relax for a bit?" she cooed to him, bringing his hand up to her breast. He looked down at his hand then back up at her. The feeling in his groin strengthening.
"Link, it's normal to feel this way you know" she brought her hand down to his manhood and touched it gently. It wasn't love piloting her toward this move, but lust. After losing her innocence, her lust had soared through the clouds and yet, she only imagined herself doing this with Link.
The princess had always felt guilty after her first night with him. But after more thought, it didn't really matter. She thought it was love, but it wasn't. Her heart didn't race at the sight of his eyes. The only thing that moved was her loin.
"Let me comfort you" she whispered, wrapping her arms around his neck and laying back against the bed.
Link followed her blindly like a dog on a leash, laying down over her as they covered themselves in the blanket.
They were both out of the house in about two hours. Zelda's legs shook gently as she walked toward Epona with Link, who had a fresh glow about him as he walked. The black mare by the lake had been taken to do her morning chores with the humans. In her place was Epona who was drinking peacefully.
"Come on Epona, time to go" she whinnied lightly and shook her mane walking to him. As Zelda went to go and saddle up on her, she tripped from her wobbly legs and rested against Link for support. He tilted his head and helped her up.
She giggled embarrassed up at him.
"I guess I'm still not used to this" her voice was hushed and Link blinked at her. It was expected that he didn't follow.
Impa walked over casually to them with her arms folded.
"Well? Am I not getting a goodbye?" Zelda turned her head to see her caretaker and frowned. The princess slowly made her way over to her and wrapped her arms around Impa in a loving hug.
"I'll miss you, Impa." She sighed and looked up at the taller female. Impa chuckled and ruffled her hair.
"I'm not going to be leaving Kakariko for a while now. Maybe you can come back to visit me?" she asked and pinched Zelda's cheeks.
Zelda smiled, wiping the tears from her eyes and back away.
"Yeah, I will"
Link just stared at her from on top of Epona and waved. Something wasn't right. If the Sheikah did this to him, then what about what Midna said? Does that mean the Sheikah cursed her too? How?
"Impa…have you ever heard of a Twilight Princess?" the question looked like it rang a bell.
"Yes, we Sheikah have dealt with her from time to time. Why?" Link shrugged his shoulders.
"I read in a book about her curse too. Her being an imp and all or something. I didn't even know she was real" he lied right through his teeth and Impa caught onto that but didn't press the matter.
"Yes, she was cursed and it was our fault. Light and darkness fit together on a coin, Link. When we tried to play with nature on our side, it affected her side as well. We tried to find her to fix the problem. But she vanished" she took a step closer to him.
"Do you know where she is?" her question was firm, expecting another lie.
"No, I don't. When I read that she was cursed, I was hoping it'd shed some light on my own. But you already answered it for me" Impa eyed him carefully.
"The Twilight Princess is cursed because nature acts in a mirrored way, Link. Because you were born, she was cursed. I think the only way for her to recover her form would for one of the unnatural werewolves to die. And the only unnatural werewolf is you Link"
The words hit him hard and it also caused him fear. He knew Midna was listening. But she wouldn't kill him right?
Zelda put her foot into the saddle stirrups and swung her other leg across Epona to sit.
"Thank you for everything, Impa. May the goddesses let our paths cross again"
They were all stacked up in supplies and ready to go. Epona took off in a trot as they moved out of Kakariko village and out to Hyrule Field again.
"So, where are we going then?"
"I don't know. We're supposed to find something called the 'Hidden Village' any ideas?" he turned his head to look at Zelda.
"Actually yes, I've studied this. We need to cross Eldin Bridge. It's tucked away in this place by the mountain side. Not so hidden if it's on a map don't you think?"
"…It's on a map?" he asked incredulously as he looked back to the field in front of him.
"Yes, it used to be home of the Sheikah, now only one person lives there. Her name is Impaz."
"Alright, I have a few questions for her"
They traveled along together in silence, crossing the bridge and running away from a crazy mailman that wouldn't leave them alone.
"Whoa, look!" Link shouted, snapping Zelda from her nap.
"What?" Link pointed up at the ceiling, were some slugs were clinging to the rocks.
"Link Gross! Why do I need to see that?" she frowned. Link got off Epona, grabbing an empty bottle from the saddlebags.
"Watch" he said simply. Link picked up a good sized rock, grabbing it and throwing it at the red one. It fell with a splat, leaving a pool of red liquid"
"Aw, Link, come on! Don't tell me you drink that!" she curled up away from the slime.
"What? You don't drink this?" he dipped his bottle in the slime, filling it up. "This stuff's the best! It cures you of a lot of stuff. Mainly cuts or bruises" he set the bottle into the saddlebags and walked beside Epona as they moved along.
"Ew. Link, no. That's nasty" she flicked his nose playfully. "I do not drink slug slime. Thank you for the offer though, it was sweet~"
The both laughed, walking along calmly until they were met by a rock valley filled with Bulblins. The green eyed monsters stared at them with great interest. In their hands were either clubs or flaming arrows for their bows.
Link growled, showing his abnormally large fangs for a human. One of the Bulblins screeched and jumped in the air, firing the first fire arrow down by Link's feet.
"Run!"
Link was left on foot as Epona galloped with Zelda on her back. She crouched low, trying to be a smaller target for them. Link had a different take of action. Instead of running down the valley of fire like Epona and Zelda, he climbed one of the cliffs up to the Bulblins. The green monster appeared to be shocked at Link's effort to climb that steep of a cliff, but nonetheless, tried to bash him with his club.
Link side stepped the attack, grabbing hold of the shrieking monster in a tackle and throwing him off the cliff. It wasn't much of a fall, but something was definitely broken. After Epona trampled over him, he was sure something was broken in the monster. There was too many for him to fight, he looked down the valley, not paying attention as one of the Bulblins ran up behind him and smashed their club against his forehead.
"Agh!" he grabbed his pulsing head, falling to his knees. The bulblin walked over to him, putting its foot on Link's back and shoving him off the side. Link fell with a heavy thud. His vision was blurry. The bulblins blocked Epona off, waving fire at her face to make her back up. They all gathered around in a circle, huddling up around the trio. Zelda's heart slammed in her chest as she saw Link. He was too disoriented to move. The sword! The princess leapt onto Epona's saddlebag when she reared up in fear from the fire and pulled out the Ordon sword they had purchased. It was a lot heavier than it looked.
"Get back!" she screamed, swinging the sword to make the bulblins move away.
At this rate she was just stalling their deaths.

Dyraati had just woken up from his slumber, stretching his body and shaking down his fur. Was it safe to emerge? He peeked his head out, taking a look around. More people were up and about, but he did see the black mare nearby pulling a cart. He barked softly at her.
"Hey you! Over here!"
She picked up her head from grazing.
"What are you doing here? The mare and her two companions left hours ago!" her loud neigh caught the attention of her human owner. Seeing no present danger, he turned his head away.
"What!? Where did they go!?" the brown wolf snarled, his body upright and ready to run.
"Hurry, you still might be able to find them. They went to the Hidden Village; it's by Eldin Bridge near the rock valley. But be careful, bulblins like to roam there. I've been injured by their arrows many times. Be swift! May the wind guide you!" she neighed again, rearing up.
"What on earth has gotten into you?" her owner frowned, looking around to check for intruders. Dyraati made a dash for the exit.
"A wolf! A wolf in the village!" he began yelling, pointing at the large beast the dug under the exit. He was too fast, knowing all too well on what would happen with humans if he stuck around.
"Thank you friend!" his howl echoed through the land as he thanked the mare's words.
He ran. He didn't stop running, actually. He was powered by a new found strength, the strength of love. He needed his brother! Renaden was still trapped and alone! Eldin's Bridge passed under his paws as he ran. Something on the ground caught his attention as he skidded to a halt.
Red liquid? On the ground? He sniffed at it and backed up, sighing in relief. It was just slime, but Link's scent was very strong here. That lug head was bound to be around here somewhere.
The air was thick with the scent of monsters. It burned in his nostrils leaving him gagging.
"Horrible disgusting creatures" he snarled. They were all distracted on something. That was good; he didn't need their attention anyway. Dyraati pressed his body to the ground; to his luck his brown fur matched the rocks in his background, blending him in.
"Get back!" a voice screamed, causing his ears to stick up. Zelda?
"Get away from us!" she swung the sword again; missing and having it collide with the ground and cause a spark. The bulblins eyes glowed with malice and slowly raised their weapons toward her. This was her only chance. She had to do this.
Closing her eyes, Zelda lifted the sword again and brought it down. This time she felt the collision as she hit skin. The sword was lodged in a bulblin's shoulder. Its shrieks deafened her ears as it desperately tried to pull the sword out. Hot green blood decorated the ground and sprayed over Zelda's face as she stared wide eyed. Is this what she was capable of?
A bark snapped her out of the horror, Dyraati had his fur bristled up and tail held high. His teeth were bared back in a full white gleam. One was already weakened; he could take him on alone. The brown wolf leapt into the air, pouncing onto the impaled green monster. He snapped his jaws in a steel grip lock around its neck, shaking it back and forth. It gurgled, blood escaping from its mouth and leaking into Dyraati's fur as it died.
He slowly laid the monster onto the ground and growled at the others. They backed away warily then ran off as Dyraati snapped his jaws near one's leg. It was silent, save for the sound of the sand settling back onto the ground from the scuffle. He and Zelda were panting.
She fell on her knees, bringing the wolf to her as she shook lightly.
"It's good to see you again" she whispered.
The wolf blinked, pulling himself away from her hug as he rushed to Link's side.
"Oh…my head" he groaned, opening his eyes. "Zelda, when did you get fur?"
Dyraati barked at him, wagging his tail and nuzzling into his face. Link! It was really him! He licked his face in excitement. All his anxiety and worry seemed to melt after seeing his brother alive and well.
"Dyraati! It's you!" he laughed, hugging the brown wolf tightly. "How did you find us? Where's Renaden?"
"I don't have time to explain brother. Right now Renaden needs us! He's still imprisoned inside Castle Town to be sold!" he barked.
Zelda furrowed her brow. Link was beginning to speak like a dog again. She ignored them at the moment, and stared down at the Bulblin she…injured. The sword was still stuck inside it, so she reached down and tugged, trying to yank it out.
"Right, okay. We'll do that. Zel-oof!" Link held onto his chest as Zelda ripped the sword off the bulblin and elbowed Link in the chest.
"Oh Link! I'm sorry!" she spun around to look at him.
He stared at the sword in her hand and slowly took it.
"Well, I never expected a sword fighter in you" he smiled.
"Link it's not funny. This really bothers me" she frowned. "What happened? Where's Renaden?"
Dyraati's ears perked up at the name.
"We need to go back to Castle Town. Renaden is stuck in a cage there" Link explained, sheathing the dirty weapon back in its case on Epona.
"What? Let's go! We can't leave him there alone!"
