Dear Uncle Tom,
I know I have only written in times of trouble, and I regret to inform you that this time is no different. I haven't had a chance in the past year and a half to update you on my life, my apologies. I have been well, in fact better than well, I just had puppies a year ago. I understand that that makes no sense to include that, but there is a twist involved here... The pups are actually mine, and Sam's. And we are kind of in trouble.
The tribe elders said that when I returned an imprint from Sam, that it became possible for me to have his children. Little did we know that was something to worry about at the time. We still played it safe though, so don't get mad at me for losing my virginity to my mate. The pregnancy was rough to say the least, but we got through it in 1 piece. Or 5, after it was all said and done, four new lives came into the world. You now have a Great niece and three Great nephews. Sam and I hope the news will make you visit sometime, it is hard to know that you are the only family I have left apart from Paul, yet I don't know where you are.
Down to the business at hand, We need you. There is some supreme being out there that I have been warned of that doesn't like the kids. We have a vampire that can tell me about short term futures of my babies. Amanda has all of my trust in the matter of the kids, but I do not think that she is the best defense for them. I really want you to meet them, you can teach them a thing or two.
When dad died, I thought I was all alone in this world. I forgot about you, and I am sorry for that. I hate to seem like I am using you, and want this to stop. Please come back to the reservation with me and the family. I can't really see a positive future without you here to help keep the babies alive. I know we have not seen each other in about five years, but I think it's time for you to come on home now Uncle Tom.
