A groggy Rachel Berry opens her eyes and see a sleeping Quinn Fabray in the chair beside her with her head on the bed.

Rachel could not help but run her hand softly over the luxurious golden locks.

'Hmmm...'Quinn mumbles as she slowly opens her eyes to look at a smiling Rachel Berry.

'Hi'

Hi...How are you feeling?' Quinn says as she stares into big beautiful eyes.

'Good...am...Quinn,thank you' Rachel says as she holds Quinns eyes.

'For what?' Quinn says as she sits on the bed beside Rachel.

'For saving my life...Quinn I could have died if it wasen't for you...Thank you'

'It was nothing' Quinn playfully says 'you know me... Quinn Fabray helping old ladies cross the street and saving lives since the dawn of time'

Quinn could not help but melt when Rachel left out a loud laugh.

'Rachel...you really scared me...I thought I lost you...do you remember what you said in the car on the way here?'

'No...all I remember was us in bed' Rachel could not help but blush furiously as she looked up at an equally red Quinn.

'Oh...am...okay' Quinn says disappointment leaking into her voice.

'Why? Did I say something embarrassing? OMG Quinn I hope I did not make you feel uncomfortable'

'Sup Peeps' A smirking Santana comes waltzing in ' How you feeling Berry?'

'Im good thank you Santana'

'So Q...you really need to go home and sleep you look a mess, and before you start complaining and stuff I will stay with Berry until you come back'

After a while Quinn agrees and leaves not without kissing Rachel Berry on the forhead

A few minutes later

Knock Knock

'Hello...Rachel Berry?'

'Hi... these came for you a few mins ago'

'Ah thank you'

'Dang Berry someone must want to get into your pants real bad' Santana smirks knowing full well it was Quinn.

As Rachel looks at the huge bunch of red roses mixed with gardenias she could not help but smile especially as she reads the letter.
