A/N: Hey guys hope you enjoy this chapter but before we get into that I have reviews to respond to:
BM: Yeah I could go into a long rant about your review and how wrong it is but all I got to say is if you are going to leave a review then at least read the chapter and get your damn facts right. I stated multiple times that Kushina is a blood related sibling to Issei and the others and I never said that she would be paired up with anyone. So please get your facts right before reviewing and in the future don't assume stuff like that because you were way off the mark and frankly it sounded sexist to me at the end.
Wyrtha: Thanks for the compliment, much appreciated and I was planning to do a lot of time skips in this chapter but I figured it would annoy the readers to much so I did something a bit different hope it works and yeah I got a lot of ideas for Naruto too many to count really and as for summons well I might actually put that up to a vote because I actually liked the canon Toad summons.

Chapter 5
A turn for the worst:
Hokage Tower:
"Congratulations to you three, you are now officially members of ANBU, and as such only answer to me; I will be the one to assign you missions, and the only other person that you answer to is your Commander, your identities will be kept secret and the only part of the Council that has any say over you will be the member of the Shinobi Council; tomorrow your Commander will meet with you and induct you into the service, you will be tested and assigned specialties, however, I have pulled some strings and assigned all three of you to the same squad after you have passed the exams. Any questions?"
Hiruzen smiles, quite pleased with himself for having outsmarted the Council and having already started on the path of redemption. After his failure in keeping Naruto's status a secret, hopefully this act will go a long way in keeping him safe. Kage, Ryu and Ookami (Shadow, Dragon and Wolf) all look at each other and seem to have a silent conversation between them. Kage steps forward and speaks, his voice muffled and monotone thanks to the special features of the mask that he know wears, "Hai Hokage-sama, are there any regulations, rules or expectations that we should follow from now on?" Hiruzen strokes his beard, and lights up his pipe with a small scale Katon Jutsu, takes a drag and exhales some smoke.
"When you're on duty, only refer to each other as your mask identities; when your addressing me you must remember to only call me Hokage-sama, unless I say otherwise, it also goes without saying that while you are on the job you are not to remove your masks, or say anything that may give away your identity, those are the basic things that you must remember, ANBU Commander Hawke will fill you in more tomorrow, for now I have your first and semi-permanent S class mission: Protect the Uzumaki compound, and its occupants from all threats both foreign and domestic, there is no doubt in my mind that word has already spread about the Kyuubi attack and even now spies will be trying to infiltrate the village; we must put on a strong front in the coming days: an increase on missions, stepping up security and above all else, making sure that our clan compounds are protected."
Hiruzen takes a deep breath and suddenly looks a whole lot older than usual, "The sad truth is that the most vulnerable compound is the Uzumaki compound, and that is practically common knowledge both inside and out of the village; 5 occupants in one large compound that is in an isolated area, one of which is a new born and a Jinchūriki it paints a rather large target on the compound, so whenever you three are in the village you will be guarding the compound; I know that Kushina will be putting up seals that will help, but it will ease my heart knowing that you three are on guard as well."
Kage tilts his head to the side, "Will this be an official mission Hokage-sama?" his mind already trying to work things out of how to guard the compound at all times, and yet present the front that he, Ryu and Ookami were in the compound, or in the village at the same time; it would be all too easy for someone to make the connections that when the ANBU guards were on duty at the Uzumaki place, the new Uzumaki siblings were nowhere in sight and if it was an official mission and recorded somewhere it would be all too easy for someone to find the record and use it against them in some way.
Hiruzen grins slyly, "You catch on quick Kage, no this mission is off the record and will never be recorded, as far as anyone will be concerned you three will be on patrol in that sector of the village, I will leave it to your best judgement on how to deal with any "situations" that will occur while you are on duty; I will say this, however, it would be in your best interests to learn a Clone Jutsu I don't want anybody noticing your absence from the compound whenever ANBU Team Kage goes on missions."
Kage shifts his weight a little, "Does that mean I'm Team Leader then Hokage-sama?" Hiruzen sighs and takes a long drag form his pipe, clearly thinking long and hard about that question. This team was untested, and while Kage had shown some of his combat abilities in the fight against the Kyuubi, he simply didn't have enough information about them, or how they would function as a team, quickly he puts together the beginnings of a grand idea.
"No you are not Kage, not yet at least, Konoha operates in teams of four and ANBU is no exception, I will be transferring a more experienced operative to your team that will be the leader, you will be the co-leader and you will learn from them in time once you have proven yourself, or your comrades have as leadership material then you, or they will be made Team Leader, is that understood?"
The three ANBU take a knee, "Hai Hokage-sama, although who is going to be leading us?"
At that question Hiruzen smirks widely like a Cheshire cat, "I'm so glad you asked that Kage, I will be transferring one of ANBU's youngest prodigies: ANBU Weasel; he will be taking command of your team as an evaluation of a sort both for you, and him it will be interesting to see how things turn out for your team; now we've all had a long day, you are dismissed!"
With that the three ANBU blur out of existence in an impressive show of speed, making a gust of wind blow through the open window and coincidently blowing the paperwork on the Hokage's desk all over the floor, Hiruzen grabs his pencil so tightly it snaps as his face turns red with rage
"FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU"
Kushina and the hidden ANBU in the room try and fail to hide their laughter at what just happened, erupting in a fit of giggles at the old man's reaction, Sarutobi whirls around and looks angrily at Kushina who shrugs her shoulders and smiles warmly, "Well what do you expect they're Uzumaki's after all hahaha. Now then we have some things to discuss Hokage-sama and if you have planned this far ahead I have feeling that you know what I am talking about."
Hiruzen nods stiffly, "ANBU leave us, guard the door and allow no one to enter." Once the ANBU left the roof Hiruzen put up a sound proofing seal and both he and Kushina sat down and talked through the night about the visitors from another world.
All three ANBU hold in their laughter at the minor prank that they just pulled on their leader, and quickly make their way home using their speed, hopping from rooftop to rooftop. As they are moving, the three take in the sight of the village from their vantage point: it was pretty as a painting: peaceful and beautiful; the only way you would know that a battle had taken place here were the scars left over from it: the claw marks on the streets and the sides of buildings, and the people were moving almost robotically with dull looks on their faces, looks of loss and sadness.
Kage shakes his head at the sight of the people; he knows all too well how loss and sadness can give way to great rage and anger if given a target, and if his suspicions were correct judging by the way the Civilians on the Council reacted to the mere mention of Naruto then that target will quickly be put on Naruto's and his families back. Kage clenches his fist tightly he mentally swears to himself that he won't let any harm come to that little ball of energy and god help anybody that tries it.
Unknown to him, the other two members of his newly created team had the exact same thoughts on the subject. Even though it had only been a week at most, all three of them had grown to adore that little baby and would do anything and give everything for him.
The three arrive at the Uzumaki Compound and walk in through the door and one of Kushina's shadow clones runs out into the corridor stiffens, "How may I help you ANBU-san." The three ANBU all share a look before laughing and taking off their masks showing her their faces, at her stunned look all three of them fall to the floor and laugh their asses off at her. "Hahaha, Nee-chan y-you should see your face right now h-hilarious hahaha." Kushina's face goes bright red, here hair seems to defy gravity, before splitting into nine separate parts.
"THAT WASN'T FUNNY DATTABANE!" At her yelling, all three started to laugh harder till their sides started to hurt and their breathing became ragged. After about a minute, the clone starts to laugh along with them as their laughter seems to be infectious and she honestly can't stay mad at them for very long; especially when it involves a prank. After all, pranking is part of what makes an Uzumaki, although that won't stop the original from getting them back for it later.
After a while the four siblings calm down from their laughter, and the clone envelops the three of them in a warm hug surprising them. She smiles softly, whispering to them, "Welcome home." All three stiffen, peering at her with amazed looks on their faces. Slowly, those looks soften and all three smile warmly, replying just as softly, "We're home."
After that they all had a family dinner once Kushina had returned from talking to the Hokage in private about some personal matters, Kushina dispelled her Shadow Clones and received the memory of the prank that they had played on her clone and broke down laughing. After she had recovered and swore to get back at the for the prank she started nursing baby Naruto on her lap, bouncing him up and down to hear him giggle. Issei was helping Justin to make some food for dinner, which turned out to be Western fish cakes, chips and pepper sauce made from the ingredients that Scarlet had gotten them from the shops earlier that day. Scarlet was cooing over the baby, and occasionally pulling funny faces to entertain him. After dinner was finished, and Naruto was put back into his cot, the four sat down and started to come up with ideas on how to protect the compound and more specifically Naruto from harm.
Kushina decided to take charge of protecting the house using some special Uzumaki protective seals that would make an invisible barrier around the compound that would alert the user to any disturbances and if they carried ill intent then it had several security measures contained within the barrier that would incapacitate the offending intruder, these defences ranged depending on the threat level that would be derived by the size of the intruders chakra levels, low level threats such as civilians and Academy Students would receive a low level electric shock, Medium threat levels such as Chunin or a low level Jonin would be blasted by jets of highly pressurized water from all corners of the barrier once they crossed it and it registered their intent and chakra level, finally the high level threats were reserve for Jonin and above chakra levels and had the most extreme security measure in place, once the barrier was tripped stored Uzumaki Chakra Chains would strike at the intruder from all angles until they were dead or their signature let the radius of the barrier, barring the last defence the rest of them were designed to warn off, alert the nearest guard and buy time for either the residents or the guards to take action, what was really clever about the barrier and defences was that certain people could be "keyed" into the barrier and the defences so that their chakra signature was ignored completely, the only way to do that however would be to offer Kushina a pint of your blood to add into a storage matrix contained in the barrier and automatic defence matrixes this not only kept her family safe but it also prevented any imposters from being "keyed in" as a Henge would easily be detectable to Kushina and any other attempts at faking identity could be "sniffed out" by Justin and Scarlet.
So the Uzumaki was protected to the highest degree possible without being outright lethal however Justin, Issei and Scarlet pointed out a fatal flaw in its design, it was mostly designed to impair and aid against Shinobi intruders, a mass mob of civilians would still be a danger and none of them really wanted to kill civilians if they could help it not only would doing such a thing bring the Council down on their heads but it would be practically murder and that just would not sit right in their minds.
Kushina smiles that they were taking their job seriously and already proving invaluable in helping her defend her little boy, they were right of course so the next line of defence was even more important, the ANBU guards, Weasel was the most powerful of all four of them at the moment the youngest prodigy of the Uchiha Clan and oldest son of her best friend Mikoto Uchiha she had no doubt that he would do everything in his power to protect both her and her family from any threat but that left Justin, Issei and Scarlet.
Warriors from another world that only recently discovered their chakra and thanks to her ritual inherited the Uzumaki bloodlines, Chakra Chains, their massive Chakra reserves and their longevity as well as their hardy bodies, an Uzumaki never gets sick and they an expanded lifespan compared to a normal human. Good qualifications on paper but in practice they were as green as a fresh Genin they had never used Chakra and the fact that they wanted to keep their powers and abilities a secret made things even more difficult and that left only one option: Train the three to not only be Uzumaki's by blood but by ability and reputation as well.
Kushina makes a few deductions based on what she was told by them and what she has observed the week that she has known them: Justin the primary fighter of the group, has a ridiculously large pain tolerance, fights mostly close to mid-range and prefers to use either swords or his fists, due to his Evil Piece, the Rook, he has pure strength that rivals Tsunades, he is sharp and intelligent and from his description of some of his abilities it would be easy to replicate them using Chakra if they could figure out how.
Scarlet a primarily mid to long range combatant, has sharp eyesight and is deadly accurate with any kind of bladed weapon and a good working knowledge of medicine and healing, her Evil Piece, the Bishop, grants her even larger reserves of magic and Chakra, she kept most of her abilities secret but so far it seems that she would be a long to mid-range support fighter and medic.
Lastly was Issei, a pervert yet a good natured young man that had a good set of morals, he was the weakest of the three but that didn't say everything about him, a complete close range fist fighter that had a modest mix of speed and power and a whole lot of potential to develop into a powerful warrior and his Evil Piece, The Pawn, granted him the flexibility to choose a boost by promoting into another piece in an area designated by either his King or the highest ranking piece which at the moment was Scarlet as the Bishop had a higher value than a Rook
Kushina smirks, she isn't stupid she knows that they have kept most of their abilities a secret and she can respect them for it but now wasn't the time to be revealing all it was time to train those three up, Uzumaki style!... just about as she was about to laugh evilly at all the wonderful ideas for the tor… I mean training, Naruto started to cry for his mother in the nursery, ah well the training could wait until tomorrow.
In the kitchen Issei, Scarlet and Justin shiver in fright as a cold feeling of dread latches onto their spines and refuse to let go, all three go to bed that night practically shaking in dread as their senses were telling them they were in for a world of hurt tomorrow… They were right muhahahaha!
The following morning Kushina created several clones in order to take care of Naruto and the house while she took Justin, Issei and Scarlet to her preferred training ground, The Forest of Death, it was as close to a private training ground as you could get as only ANBU and Chunin hopefuls ever entered it plus the place was filled to the brim with dangerous creatures, it was here that she would drill into the three what it meant to be an Uzumaki. The entire morning was dedicated to teaching them how to feel their Chakra, access and mould it, from there she had them pull all of it out in order to judge their reserves and the rate at which it would replenish, and it wasn't surprising to anyone that Scarlet had the largest Chakra reserves out of the three of them, it was a surprise that Issei had the second largest given his inability to use much of his demonic energy. His Chakra reserves were pretty decent at the range of a High Chunin to Low Jonin level and Justin well Justin's levels were at High Genin to Low Chunin.
Kushina was a little bit shocked at the results but that didn't change her resolve at all in face it only increased it to make these three into powerful and deadly Shinobi and Kunochi, after all if Maito Guy could become such an impressive Shinobi using only his taijutsu then she was damn well going to turn these three into Shinobi just as great Chakra reserves be damned, so she set out a training regimen that they could follow along with their ANBU and their guarding duties and once she was satisfied with their progress she would then add and update it.
Training Schedule
5am – 7am Chakra Control exercises, Leaf Balancing, Tree Walking, Water Walking, Kunai and Shuriken Balancing repeat and mix together to increase reserves and refine control
8am – 9am Handseal memorisation and practise, practise until can form handseals by instinct and speed is to satisfaction with will be the Suiton Suiryūdan no Jutsu's forty four handseals within 5 seconds
10am- 1pm Basic Academy Jutsu, Bunshin no Jutsu, Kawarimi no Jutsu, Henge no Jutsu followed by Jutsu theory and Basic Sealing techniques
2pm – 4pm Element Theory, Element testing and basic control exercises based on results.
5pm – 10pm Uzumaki Kenjutsu, Advanced Chakra Theory, Advanced Sealing Theory, Medical Theory
Extra: Taijutsu Styles: Goken, Boxing, Maui Tai and Element Combat
Within the a month of training with Kushina the three devils had gotten used to Chakra and were using it as if they were born with it, they took to the training like a fish to water and dove right into it, immersing themselves in everything, their reserves and control skyrocketed to the point that even Kushina was surprised and had to use a sensing barrier around the training ground to prevent anyone feeling the massive amount of chakra exploding from the three, Scarlet had enough Chakra to be considered a Biju having a least enough Chakra on par with the Nibi no Bakeneko and still had enough control over it to do most Medical techniques, Issei's reserves increased to Hokage level and he had a moderate amount of control over it, Justin's had increased to High Jonin- Hokage level and out of three of them had the best control over it due to the fact that he had started off with smaller reserves and worked his ass off with the Control exercises in order to increase it.
The three of them had even made a few discoveries during the time spent training, in one particular training session they decided to apply the same theory for demonic energy used in devil magic to chakra, this lead to the creation of the Chakra Bomb a literal ball of pure chakra that could be thrown like a hand grenade or blasted from the users palm the thing that made this technique so deadly was that depending on the users control over their chakra they could maintain control over the attack after it had left their body, effectively making numerous applications for this attack such as mines, palm blasts, tacking blasts and it could even be used in close quarters to add an explosive surprise to an attackers fists or feet.
The biggest surprise for Kushina however came whenever it came time to find out their elemental affinities, shockingly their magic affinities transferred to their chakra as well, Justin had Ice, Fire, a minor Water, Wind, Earth, A high Lightning affinity and Darkness. Scarlet had Shadow, Earth, Water, and a minor Wind. Issei had two strong affinities, Water and Air as well as a minor Fire.
Kushina was quite shocked but that quickly gave way to sheer glee at the results from the test all of them had quite powerful affinities and almost all of them she could teach them in the only exceptions being Shadow and Darkness and they could easily go to a Nara for advice and training, however that idea was quickly shoot down by both Justin and Scarlet stating that "we don't want any of our secrets known by others as much as possible, this way we can restrict any possible plots against us and pack a few surprises against anyone that may try to fight us with subpar intelligence." Kushina understood and was further placated by the two telling her that they had a lot of experience in using those two elements with magic and it wouldn't be two hard to reverse engineer their techniques to use chakra instead.
With great joy however it came tempered with great despair as when it came to Sealing only Scarlet had any real affinity toward the art, Justin understood the concepts of it and was already coming up with new ideas for seals that would greatly benefit the village should they be perfected but he had no interest in actually using seals at all as they didn't suit his method of fighting and Issei just had no affinity toward Sealing at all, he could use and draw basic storage and explosive seals but that was about it. Scarlet however took to the art with a drive that impressed even Kushina the very moment the young woman got the basics down she tore into the Advance Theory with a passion and was already working on several projects along with Kushina and Justin to develop several useful seals.
These included the Anti-Pregnancy Seal that could be directly be applied to a woman's skin in the form of a tattoo that when chakra was applied to it, chakra barriers would form over the entrances of the fallopian tubes preventing any sperm reaching an egg, a very basic concept and unlike the Contraceptive Jutsu or using regular means of contraception this would be an easy and simply way of preventing unplanned pregnancies from all sources a great boon to those Kunochi that specialised in seduction missions, another seal was the Anti-Rape Seal, this seal was a subject of much conversation among them as they just couldn't agree on the measure to take, Justin wanted it to be an extreme measure that would maim or incapacitate an offender these ideas ranged from having the seal produce a large wind blade on activation that would sever the offenders member to making woman's chakra corrosive and target the offenders member, while Kushina and Scarlet agreed with the severity there was no way to implement them without harming the woman in the process, eventually they settled on a method that would give a Kunochi that was captured a fighting chance, the seal would contain within it a small reservoir of chakra that could be topped up after use that once the seal broke it would flood the users system breaking any suppression seals on them, from their the chakra would turn into fire natured chakra centred on the woman's vaginal opening, flaring their chakra it would draw from the users chakra and superheat for an instant causing a massive amount of pain to the male while the victims chakra would protect her from any harmful effects from there it would be up to the victim to take action on their own.
Another idea that were passed around was an Anti-Genjutsu seal that would detect foreign chakra in a person's system and flood the victims system with chakra warning them and giving them extra chakra to flare and break out of it without sacrificing their own.
In the area of Kenjutsu Issei and Justin excelled greatly, the Uzumaki's had two distinct Kenjutsu styles one revolved around flexibility and speed to weave around your opponents and strike at their weak points, a purely offensive style to focused heavily on examining the opponent, analysing and anticipating their movements and having the speed to dodge their strikes and capitalise on their blind spots and weaknesses the styles name was the Bloody Whirlpool Style the name derived from the Uzumaki's home village name and the fact that users of the style were usually found in a literal sea of their foes blood.
The second style leaned more toward direct combat using strength and speed to overpower and outmanoeuvre your foe using combination of power and speed to alternate your strikes making your foe off balance that usually ended with them dead within seconds of engagement this styles name was the Crimson Vortex as those that sparred with users of this style described feeling like being caught in a vortex coming from the user until they lost.
Justin favoured the Crimson Vortex style as he had the strength, speed and personality to pull it off greatly. His sadistic personality coupled with his habit of pissing off his opponents really made this style work for him as it was entirely focused on sucking in your opponent into making a mistake and them killing them, pissing them off and making them angry made it easier form to make a fatal mistake.
Issei on the other hand practised both styles equally as he was provident in both styles, Issei was the very definition of a "blank slate" in the beginning he was pretty pathetic but through experience and training he would become great, of the three devils Issei was Kushina's favourite student he took to her teachings and training with an almost zealous attitude and hung on her every word it was cute and his personality was familiar and warm, in some ways he reminded her of Minato and his master Jiraiya, he was almost as perverted as the old toad sage but in moments of calmness he possessed a unique insight and an understanding of the world and people that it was shocking.
If Justin and Scarlet were the annoying but funny and caring younger brother and sister then Issei was like the older quieter but perverted older brother of the group, in a conversation with Justin and Scarlet she had mentioned this and was surprise at their response, "Issei may be helplessly perverted but if you look past it you'll find an intelligent, caring and genuine young man, since we have arrived here he has only ever acted perverted around us the rest of the time he is calm, honestly we think that he is just trying to comfort us by acting the idiot and giving us something to remind us of home. We have noticed that when he has acted perverted it was just that an act, his heart isn't in it and we think it is just to provoke a reaction a small sense of home hopefully he will come to terms with the fact that we may be stuck her for a long time but the best thing to do is to treat him as normal and support him, let him know that he isn't alone here."
Kushina grew to be very fond of both Justin and Scarlet they were like what she always imagined her brother and sister would be like if she ever had any, funny, witty, pranksters and strong, courageous, passionate and loyal and above all caring, they treated Naruto like an Aunt and Uncle should,, there were even times when they were alone with him that their expressions softened and they share a look of longing, Kushina knew that look she had seen it before in Minato's eyes the desire to have a child but the looks in their eyes was tempered by regret and sorrow a look that didn't belong on their faces and made her heart hurt just looking at it, they were her family and she loved them just as much as if they been a part of her life since birth.
By the time of Naruto's first birthday a lot of things had happened over the course of the year, Justin, Issei and Scarlet had completed their training under Kushina in record time especially once they started to add Shadow Clones into the mix and the three were at Jonin level easily and they were still training like crazy at every opportunity throwing themselves, pushing themselves to the limit in each training exercise, in each spar.
A few things of note did happen over the course of the year, ANBU Team Weasel was officially formed comprising of Weasel, Kage, Ookami and Ryu and so far to date they had completed 3 S rank , 6 A rank, 4 B rank and 3 C rank missions and so far they were shaping up to be quite the team.
One major even was that the three had managed to successfully reverse engineer their magic techniques to work with Chakra and in some cases even improve them one such example was Issei's Dress Break technique on paper it sounds ridiculous but looking at from a purely tactical standpoint it is a valuable move, it strips a target of their clothes and that leaves them in shock and embarrassment both of which leaves them open to a follow up attack. What was more interesting was the elemental versions Issei had come up with Wind Style: Wind Shredder and Fire Style: Flame Implosion were in a word: brutal.
Wind Shredder and Flame Implosion worked the exact same way as Dress Break, Issei tags an enemy while in close combat and clicks his fingers to activate the seal the only difference is that instead of an energy implosion that rips the clothes to shreds the elements activate, the Wind Style version on activation becomes a literal twister of wind blades that forms around the target and shreds them to pieces like a human sized blender, the Fire Style however was horrific, Justin compares it to seeing someone being on the wrong side a napalm explosion the flames that erupt literally stick and melt through clothes, skin, veins, organs and even bone. When told of those three techniques Hiruzen immediately paled and turned sickly green at the same time and immediately labelled them as Kinjutsu and put them in the Forbidden Scroll with an S rank rating as any user may become mentally scarred from using them and seeing the results.
One event in particular will forever be stuck in Kushina's mind and that was when the devils meet their ANBU Team Leader Weasel.
Flashback
Justin and Issei finish off their small spare with sweat dripping off of them and their breathing ragged, Justin smiles, "Your coming along nicely Issei, Maui Tai certainly suits you some of those kicks actually hurt hahaha." Issei smiles at his long-time friend and blood brother, it was true he had come a long way from the person he used to be and it certainly showed especially when he could give Justin a run for his money in a hand to hand spar, one of the man's specialties only further enhanced by the overpowered qualities of his Rook Evil Piece
"Thanks Justin but I still can't beat you, it's frustrating!" It was true although Issei could go toe to toe with Justin in hand to hand fight he could never beat him, few could and the list was short, Maito Guy, Kushina and possibly this Tsunade that Kushina had mentioned a few times although that last one gave him shivers a human that could replicate a Rooks insane strength using only chakra Maou help the world if Koneko ever learned that technique the worlds pervert population would run screaming at the sight of her.
Justin grins and scratches the back of his head, "Ah come on bro don't be like that in a hand to hand fight I have a lot of advantages, hundreds of years of memories and experience, unique styles that I can use whenever I want and my Rook piece makes it difficult to put me down." Issei huffs out a sigh, he was right in hand to hand fighting the man was a beast and few could match him the fact that Issei could was an achievement especially when he went all out on him.
One really weird fact about Justin is that although he has all those advantages and loves fighting with his fists he always goes into battle with a sword first, which quite frankly confused Issei, "Justin can I ask you something?" Justin looks amused at the question
"You just did but ok then, ask away." Issei grumbles under his breath, "damn smartass" and quickly siles at Justin's look of irritation, 'stupid enhanced senses!' Issei calms himself down and asks "Why do you always start a fight with a sword if you like fighting with your fists so much?"
Justin looks pleased with Issei's question, "That's easy, there are lots of reasons but the main one is that I will only fight a person with my fists if A they can take it, B they have my respect and C they can give me a fun fight out of it else what's the point of going all out from the beginning if all I am going to get is a quick unsatisfying fight?" Issei sighs and shakes his head, that was one thing that wouldn't change Justin was a complete battle manic every other time he acts normally or what could be considered normal for a man that had 13 different spirits sharing his mind, body and soul and that wasn't even counting the various aspects of himself that were in there as well but give him a fight and he becomes a bloodthirsty sadistic maniac on the same level as Akeno and he absolutely hates it when anyone interrupts a fight that he is enjoying.
Honestly it was times like this that made Issei seriously consider who scared him more Justin when his bloodlust acted up or Scarlet when she went all creepy and yandere like Issei shivers in fright, 'Yeah on second though Nothing is creepier than yandere Scarlet I'd rather fight the Kyuubi by myself than that'
Thankfully for Issei's sanity Scarlet only ever went yandere over certain things, fan girls making a move on Justin, someone trying to seduce Justin without her permission, anyone that takes the piss out of her favourite music/anime/boybands and, Issei shivers again this time with a distinct feeling of being unclean with it, anyone that talks bad about Yaoi or her favourite Yaoi couples.
Justin cocks his head at Issei's expressions and deadpans, "You're thinking about Scarlet's obsession with Yaoi aren't you." Issei nods his head quickly, Justin walks up and claps him on the shoulder, "Come on I got some sake with our names on it, it'll help clean our innocent minds of that filth…" An ominous aura starts drifting around the corner making the two men start shivering in fear, "I'm mean wonderful gift to all people of the world by God himself!" The aura disappears and both men start crying anime tears and run into kitchen desperate to purge their poor minds of such thoughts.
At around 10pm after everyone had settled down and Naruto had been put to bed for the night the family had settled down in the living room and enjoyed each other's company swapping stories and amusing tales between them, it had become something that their little family did every day whenever they got the chance to do so, stories such as Issei making his Dress Break move, calling the Riser Phoenix a Yakitori and the day that the Occult Research Club had a prank war between them.
All of them bonded in a way that only family could and it showed they were close to one another and fiercely protective of one another especially Naruto, within a week of being made ANBU and their team being formed there had been no less than 7 assassination attempts on Naruto most of them were from civilian mobs that formed outside the compound and it required their Team Leader putting them all under a Genjutsu that put the entire mob to sleep, others were more threatening a team of Chunin had attempted to break into the compound in the middle of the night and it was only thanks to the barrier that they were alerted in time to intercept them.
Since then all the members of the team were on guard, the civilians were easy to take care of it was when the Shinobi and sometimes Kunochi population decided to make an attempt that the Team had to be careful most of the time the barrier could alert and detect any threats and that took a load off of their shoulders but there were close calls one of the closest was when someone had bribed a team of fresh Genin on a D rank mission to clean the gardens to slip in and poison the food supply, it was only thanks to Scarlet's heightened senses and knowledge of poisons that prevented that attempt since then Kushina stopped filing for D rank missions and instead used clones to do all the chores and housework with the other members of the family pitching in whenever they could.
The barrier alerting them someone's presence alerted them but it didn't register a threat so when the door was knocked all of them get up to greet their guests, opening the door revealed Kushina's best friend Mikoto Uchiha accompanied by her oldest son Itachi, at 15 years old Itachi was a bit on the short side and had a permeant blank look on his face with the beginnings of worry lines underneath his eyes, wearing the usual attire for a member of the Uchiha clan a black t-shirt with a high collar a pair of plain cream pants.
Mikoto smiles at her friend and hugs her and greets the rest of the family but an ominous aura makes them all stiffen and turn to look at Scarlet who had stars in her eyes and staring at Itachi, Justin and Issei facepalm, Kushina giggles and Mikoto tilts her head while Itachi looks like a deer caught in headlights.
"Oh boy here we go!"
"So..so..so CUTE!"
Scarlet screams and flying tackles Itachi to the ground and hugs him tightly while rubbing her face on his cheek to the amusement of everyone watching and the absolute horror of Itachi, Justin sighs and shakes his head, "Words cannot explain how much I pity you right now Itachi." Itachi's eye twitches, the only indication that he was truly irritated, otherwise he had managed to keep his face blank as usual.
"Can you get her off me Justin-san?" Itachi still manages to keep his voice monotone but it doesn't have the intended effect, it just makes Scarlet hug him harder and gush over him more, Justin sighs, nods his head and pinches her neck knocking her out she'd be pissed at him later but honestly he was all filled up on insanity today and a Scarlet fan girl moment just pushed him over the edge.
"You know Taichou you should be able to deal with something like this by now you are our Team Leader after all." Itachi, Kushina and Mikoto widen their eyes at Justin's laid back revealing of Itachi's identity as ANBU Weasel.
"How did you know that, that's classified information?" Itachi actually looked pissed off if the glare that he was giving Justin was any indication, Justin smirks, "Yeah the mask might cover your face but it doesn't cover your scent, it doesn't help that you have a rather unique scent either as far as I know you're the only Uchiha that smells constantly of pocky and the eye slits on your mask doesn't hide your Sharingan." Itachi was horrified to know this, if it was true then any member of the Inuzuka or any clan with an enhanced sense of smell could figure out his identity, Justin seeing Itachi obviously startled smirks.
"Don't worry our senses are stronger than that of an Inuzuka so no need to worry, we wouldn't betray our Taichou not after working with you for so long." Itachi's mouth twitches into a slight smile, that day the members of ANBU Team Weasel formed a close bond.
Flashback end
Time skip 3 years later: Naruto age 3
Justin, Issei, Itachi and Scarlet were currently winding down after their latest mission, an S rank body guarding mission from the Fire Daimyo himself, apparently he had become disillusioned by his regular guards the Twelve Guardian Ninja, one of them Asuma Sarutobi the son of Hiruzen Sarutobi had hinted to the Fire Daimyo that there was a possibility of a coup d'état within the ranks of the Guardians, the Fire Daimyo acted quickly and sent word to the Hokage who immediately dispatched Team Weasel to the capital city to back up Asuma and the loyalists if such a thing occurred.
It soon did the ring leader of the coup Kazama was killed and the turncoats that he had managed to convince were quickly and quietly disposed of with minimal damage to the city however only two members of the original Twelve survived, Asuma and a man named Chiriku who later retired to the Fire Temple as a monk, the mission was long and tedious as it took months to gather enough evidence that Kazama was planning something and by the time they had enough to take him out he had already mounted an assault and assassination attempt on the Daimyo.
So here they were in the Jonin Lounge drink sake and getting to know Asuma, they were about to head home whenever Scarlet and Justin detected something odd in the air, a heavy scent of blood and it was eerily familiar to them, it only took a fraction of a second to work out whose scent it was… Narutos!
Both of them leap out their seats and vanish with a sonic boom in the direction that the scent was coming from, leaving Asuma, Itachi and Issei gapping like fish in their seats at the sheer speed that the two had shown.
It only took a few seconds to get to the area where the scent of blood was coming from and the closer they got the heavier and thicker the copper sickly smell became, Scarlet and Justin share a worried look, they both knew that spending so long away from the village would embolden people but what was Naruto doing out of the compound, was it attacked, was Kushina alright, all of these questions filled their minds as they increased their speed even further and arrived at the source of the smell. What was before them shocked and horrified them.
Naruto was lying face down in the dirt, his clothes ripped to shreds, cuts, slashes and bruises all over his little body and beneath him a pool of crimson blood. Surrounding him were was a mob of men, women and dogs all attacking him and jeering at him, one dog even pissed on his head.
Justin and Scarlet narrow their eyes and clench their fists tightly until blood started to leak through their fingers, "Lets go, YOU MOTHERFUCKERS, GET AWAY FROM HIM!" Both Scarlet and Justin jump down from the roof they were standing on and the mob turns around to face them, some of the ninja in the group, the ringleader and his goons recognise the two and quickly retreat along with their canine partners leaving the rest of the mod a collection of civilians using household items as weapons from rakes to kitchen knives and ninja to face the two.
Justin sees the retreating ninja and snarls "Scarlet get after those fuckers, I'll take care of the rest." Scarlet nods her head and takes off after the retreating ninja leaving Justin to face the mob, Justin makes a show of cracking his fingers and his neck, "I'm gona send you sick bastards straight to Hell PERSONAILY!"
With that shout he jumps into the middle of the mob and slams his fist into the torso of the closest person, a civilian with a hand axe, his punch was completely unrestrained in his anger and right now he didn't care, these bastards had hurt his nephew, no they had tried to kill him and that deserved death, the punch connected into the man's chest and kept traveling right on through it the force of the punch literally ripped the man's upper torso clean off his body, the woman behind the now dissected man screamed in fear at seeing Justin's face a feral grin set on it and covered in blood, Justin vanishes again with a sonic boom and from there began to systematically tear the mob limb from limb, sometime literally, ninja's or not none of them stood a chance and within 2 minutes of the fight starting it ended the mob reduced to nothing but blood, guts and severed limbs.
Justin calms down and runs to Naruto's prone figure and checks him overusing a medical technique, "Busted lip, all his fingers are broken, the nails ripped off, three broken rips, both kneecaps shattered and… MOTHER FUCKERS! DEATH IS TOO FUCKING GOOD FOR THEM, IF I EVER FIND THE PERSON THAT DID THIS I SWEAR I WILL MAKE HIM BEG FOR DEATH A THOUSAND TIMES OVER!" Justin grabs Naruto, forms a clone to go get Kushina and races to the hospital.
With Scarlet
The ninja that had separate from the mob were fast and it was a challenge to keep up with them and they obviously had a destination in mind as they moved with purpose, it didn't take long till they reached it the Inuzuka Compound, the three ninja and their partners jump the wall and Scarlet quickly follows.
"INTRUDER IN THE COMPOUND!" One of them the ringleader shouts out and smirks at Scarlet thinking that he had out played her, in the span of a few seconds the entire courtyard of the compound was filled with clan members the clan head herself was there, "Koga what the hell are you doing!" The ringleader, Koga points at Scarlet, "She tried to sneak into the compound I think that she is a spy we should kill her now!" All the clan members get ready and start to circle Scarlet before Tsume recognised who they were targeting.
"STOP YOU FUCKING IDIOTS!" Every clan member halts in their tracks at Tsume's shout and look to her for an explanation she just scoffs and looks at Scarlet, "Scarlet-san why are you in the middle of my compound in the middle of the night?" Scarlet looks at Tsume, smiles and bows.
"Tsume-sama I apologise for the intrusion however several of your clan members were involved in an incident concerning Naruto Uzumaki, me and my partner personally witnessed Koga Inuzuka and two of his comrades assaulting Naruto once we confronted the assaulters Koga and his comrades fled and I followed them here until Koga-san called the rest of your clan out.
Tsume glares daggers at Koga and his two goons who instinctively shrink back from the furious look on her face, such was Tsume's anger that she slipped into the canine language, "Koga is this true!" Her tone was biting and angry, Koga looks ready to bolt but gathers up what small amount of courage he had and sneers at Scarlet.
"Damn right I did, we gave that fucking demon what it deserves, and my only regret is that I couldn't make the little bastard scream more!" Scarlet starts to shake, and her jaw hardens, her eyes turn cobalt blue with a black silt in the middle, her voice becomes an animalistic snarl, "Bastard I'll show you the consequences of hurting a pup of my pack! Tsume-san permission to wipe this disgrace from existence and his two lackeys."
If Tsume was surprise by Scarlet's change in appearance and her use of the canine language although with a harsher, rougher accent to it she hid it well, she turns her eyes on Koga and there was nothing but contempt and disgust in them, "Do as you wish Scarlet these disgusting rabid beasts are no longer of my clan."
Koga and his two nameless goons look shocked at their clan heads abandonment of them and looked at Scarlet who was smirking at them with a dark look in her eye that just promised them a great amount of pain, Koga and the others snapped, "We aren't just going to let you do whatever you want bitch! Shikyaku no Jutsu, Jūjin Bunshin." The three Inuzuka's got down on all fours like a dog, their nails and teeth elongated and their dogs transformed into exact copies of their human masters and charged at Scarlet who just looked at them blankly.
"I don't have time for your idiocy" Scarlet bites both of her thumbs, drawing blood and slams her hands down on the ground. "Summoning Jutsu: Ying Yang Wolf Pack!" a massive explosion of white smoke came from the Jutsu and when it cleared there was Scarlet flanked by two massive wolves each the size of her chest, one with a snowy white coat and the other with a pitch black coat.
"Nevada, Luna lets show these rabid dogs what it means to attack our pack!" Both wolves howl in agreement and prepare to pounce, Scarlet lets her claws and teeth show before going on all fours and jumping in the air followed closely by her two summons and as one they begin to twist in mid-air rapidly, taking on the form of three massive twisters with cutting edges, Scarlet's voice shouts out from the centre twist, "Lycan Style: Tornado Alley!"
With that all three twisters converge on the cowering Inuzuka's who quickly get enveloped the twisters, the only sound from them was screaming in pain, the crunching of bones and the splitting of limbs. Once the three twisters pass through the spot and Scarlet and the two wolves stop rotating and land on the ground the gathered clan members saw what remained of their former clansmen, a massive pool of blood and bodies with missing limbs and chunks taken out of their bodies, they looked like they had mauled and chewed up by a wild animal even for the hardy veteran ninja's among the clan this sight was sickening, looking to the three who caused it all three of them were covered head to toe in blood, Scarlet licks a small drop off her face, makes a show of tasting it before spitting it back out again, "Disgusting!"
Both her and the wolves make to leave the compound and the clan members part like the Red Sea to let them through, Tsume shakes her head somehow she just knows that this was going to give her a damn headache.
