Chapter 2: Aegis is born
"Aegis was born somewhere in Alaska. He had an evil father who left him before he was born and a Goddess of light as a mother. He was destined for great things, being a demigod of light and all. Unfortunately, that prophecy I mentioned earlier, is going to come into play in the next paragraph."
"When Aegis was born, Lance was born a few days after. He had a happy life as a child, mostly because his psychic powers were based off his emotions, making good things happen when he was happy. Unknown to him, he had a powerful demon feeding off his power. Lance was soon discovered by a terrorist organization called Loop. Their leader was a god who understood what the child was capable of. That gave the asshole the idea to raid his home and force him to watch his parents get killed right in front of him. Along with the destruction of all of his favorite toys and games. This lead to his psychic powers creating bad things where ever he went, making him hated, strengthening his powers."
"30 years have passed ever since the two were born. Aegis is in a luxury space cruiser (yes this is the future) introducing his new military armor systems. The first one is the Aegis armor system. A brilliant white armor equipped with shields, an energy blade, and a wrist tool. The next is the Titan armor. The same as the Aegis system except the armor is grey and black, and comes with shields, a war hammer and shield and a hand cannon. The final one is the future soldier. High tech military armor made of weaker material, but has as much gadgets as the rest. As Aegis was introducing his audience with the Future soldier, a Man who rivals Aegis, stole the Titan armor, and the blue prints for the future soldier. He called himself Titan, and was about to escape, when 2 special spirits were unleashed. The dark armor spirit possessed Titan, showing him what power he held (told him he was a demigod of darkness, because... convenience). The light armor spirit possessed the Aegis armor and bonded minds with Aegis, showing him how he could use the spirit and his powers for good. That was when Titan escaped."
"Meanwhile, Lance has signed up for a special task force under the P.O.O.L. organization. Pool's goal was to take down Loop, and keep justice to Earth. Lance was leading a squad into the Loop headquarters when he confronted the Loop god, triggering flash backs, making Lance remember What happened 30 years ago enraged him, almost releasing the demon."
"1 month passed after he infiltrated the Loop base and heard of his purpose. Like anyone who was told they would end humanity and everything in the universe, he made an armor system called G.R.I.M. It was made using nearly indestructible metals. The armor also had a special chemical called chemical 7. it numbed and destroyed parts of the brain that controlled emotion, preventing his psychic powers from being used." He then traveled the world in search of a place to hide, from the Powerful beings who would use him for evil, and himself."
"This actually isn't the story of heroes, it is how the founders and their greatest enemies came to be. Another series will be made, picking up what I have started. You will see me in time and I will be explained. The author, Dirtyrat05 will help explain the origins of the important characters, and now that you read the origins, you are ready for the real story, it has actual humor, I promise.
