Thanks for all the feedback people, it's really important for me. I'm sure this story will surprise you greatly. I assure that I will update the story more regularly ;).

This story is based in the Pokémon anime, but as you will see, it takes a lot of elements from the games. The story takes place after Black 2 and White 2 and after the end of the Unova season of the anime.

"Special Pokémon Talking"

Previously in TAKR:

"Who the hell are this bastards?. Never heard of them" Gary exclaimed furiously.

"I don't know what this acronym stands for, but obviously they are a new criminal organization that we don't have heard about. I suppose that Ash may have interfered their plans in the last region he was. The question is, are they from Unova? Or from another region?." Prof Oak wondered.

"We must collect info about them as soon as possible. I will be there for Delia's burial, and after that, we can research more about this so called organization."

"Yes, I will talk with the others professors. Maybe they know something about them, that we don't know."

"Good idea. I'm going now, see you later gramps."

"Okay Gary, take care.".

After ending the conversation with his dear grandfather, Gary bursted out to Kanto with two things in his mind, answers and Ash.

Chapter II:

Pallet Town, present day:

A large mass of people is present in the small town of dreams, home of great promises and legends. Its presence disrupting the calm and usual serenity for the inhabitants of Pallet Town, not used to see such a multitude of people.

But today was not a common day, no, it is the end to the biggest tragedy that this little corner of Kanto has suffered. Today is the departure of someone who gave her life for those she loved, today is the goodbye to Delia Ketchum.

Fitting the occasion, and being a formal appointment, time wore his gray suit, composed of a multitude of clouds that kept the people from seeing the glow of the queen star, and thus giving an even more bleak and depressing aspect to the event in question. The rain threatened to not be expected.

Among those who were present, the villagers, paying tribute to their respected and beloved neighbor, and some famous people such as the gym leaders or close friends of the Ketchum boy.
The Ketchum boy, an enigma to this day, his whereabouts, as if he is among the living or the dead. Nobody knows for sure which is the real deal about him, the only clear thing that the people who were there had was, that the promising trainer was not present in the right place. He wasn't there to accompany his mother on her departure, he wasn't there to shed tears over her mother, simply, he wasn't there. This brough much anxiety and concern for all the people who were in the event.

"He must come, it can't be otherwise, he must come." A nervously young lady with violet hair said, clearly appalled by the situation.

"Calm down Iris, he will surely come, give him time that the day is not over yet." Answered a tanned young man with squinty eyes, his voice never losing his calmness.

"Brock is right Iris, Ash will come. I have no doubt about it." Added a young redhead with a helmet-shaped hairstyle that ended in spikes.

"I hope so Misty, but I can't help being uneasy. I can't believe what happened, all of this is like a nightmare." Iris stated, still upset.

"But it is not child, it is real. Get used to it." Said a serene yet very frightening young woman with her piercing red eyes.

"Do not call me a child, my name is Iris. Also, I don't understand why you're so pessimistic." She snapped to the pokémon trainer.

"Come on Iris, I'm sure it wasn't the intention of Sabrina to offend you, isn't it?" Misty inquired.

"Certainly not, my apologies if I offended you in some way, but I do not see how I could have done it." The young woman with dark green hair stated.

"Offend me?, How dare you! Don't you know you are dealing with a champion?." Replied Iris, totally angry.

"Champion?, but I do not see Cynthia or Diantha here." Answered the beautiful lady from Saffron.

"You damned-

"Enough Iris, is enough," A green-haired boy said, that so far had remained silent.

"But Cilan, she-

"But nothing Iris. If you consider yourself a champion behave as such. Pardon her Miss Sabrina, you know how temperamental Iris can be" Expresed the green haired man from the Striaton brothers to the young psychic.

"No problem, I understand that children are usually very impulsive" Sabrina said with a calm smile.

"Children? Impulsive?, You'll see you bast-

"Sorry for being so late, but the ship took much longer than expected to leave"

Hearing the incoming voice, everyone turned their heads towards the place where the voice came from.

"Gary!" Brock and Misty said in unison.

"Brock, Misty is good to see you two again, even if it is in a sad occasion like this." The young Oak informed with a sad smile.

"Gary?" Iris asked, not knowing the newcomer.

"Ah, but if it is the very champion of Unova, I didn't knew that Ashy-boy had such powerful friends, if you are friends of course." The pokémon researcher said smilingly.

"W-we are o-only friends, nothing more. I see that you know me, but I don't know you." Replied a blushing Iris.

"Ah, where are my manners. I'm Gary Oak, Pokémon researcher and childhood friend of Ash." The young boy with spiky hair said.

"Oak?, you're something of the renowned Professor Oak?". Curiously asked the little champion.

"Yes, in fact I am his grandson. His favorite grandson to be exact." Jokingly said Gary.

'Same old Gary.' Misty and Brock thought.

"By the way Gary, I haven't seen the Professor in all day, do you have any idea where he is?." Brock asked.

"At his ranch as always, I just came from there from talking to him. He was finishing up some things he had to do, and he should come in a few minutes." The young Oak explained.

"Say Brock, Misty, do you know if May, Max, Dawn, Tracy or the others will come?" The young prodigy asked, greatly intrigued.

"May and Max were vacationing in Sootopolis when they got the news, I suppose they will take approximately 3 days to get here, because they must first go to Slateport and then sail to Vermillion from there and then come over here. Dawn was also on vacation but in a little house in the mountains with her mother in Snowpoint. I think they will take the same time as Max and May. While Tracy should arrive at dawn today as he was in the Orange Islands, doing a series of photographs and drawings that he wanted to do about the islands " Thoroughly explained the Pewter gym leader.

"I see," The Oak grandson mused.

"Tell me Gary, could you or the professor find out more about Ash?" The Cerulean gym leader asked.

"Unfortunately Misty, nothing new. I can only tell you that both my grandfather and I think Ash is alive and that he will soon appear." The young researcher explained.

I know I should not hide the truth about Ash, but if they knew what Grandpa and I have discovered, it would be a big shock for them. The least we need now is to cause more commotion on the subject, the less people know, the better.

"But Gary, you don't find it odd that Ash is not present at the funeral of his own mother?" Iris interrupted, clearly not satisfied at all with the situation.

"I'm sure that if Ashy-boy could come, he would. I know Delia was the world to him. I've known him since we were little, and that he would never give his back to anyone, let alone his mother. But I'm sure he must have his reasons for not coming." Gary explained calmly.

'And boy, he has truly good reasons.'

"Clearly Iris, you know Ash. He has always been there for the people who needed it, and I agree with Gary that if it has not come yet is probably because something or someone convinced him that is not the best idea." Cilan stated.

"Okay, okay. You win, I can only hope that you're right and that we see Ash soon." Said a crestfallen Iris.

"Champion Iris, you're here too?. Well isn't this is a surprise." Expresed a voice sarcastically.

Sensing a new voice joined the conversation, everyone turned to see better the source of the newly arrived person.

"But if you are-

"Welcome back, Koga, Bruno." Said a man with a deep, powerful voice, a voice that exuded authority.

Said man sat on a golden throne, carved by hand, in which each support arm ended as a Dragonite head, while the back was red fine leather and with the best quality that could be found in the region.

"Leader, we're back with news, as you asked us." Answered the muscular man with the face carved in rock.

"Yes, as Bruno says, we have brought news and I congratulate you, your suspicions about the young Ketchum were true." Added the man who accompanied him, carrying a rather unique outfit.

The aforementioned man smirked with the comments of the newcomers.

"I see, it seems that our mission has just begun, as I had assumed. Bruno, go look for Karen and Will. We have things to discuss. We must move quickly." Vehemently stated the man who was characterized by reddish hair.

The muscular man nodded, and went out of the room, leaving alone the ninja and the man on the throne.

"You do not waste time, eh Lance?" Koga said laughingly.

"No, we must move before them. It is vital to achieve our goal without failure."

And we are at the end of a new chapter again, as always leave your feedback or impressions, so I can know what you people think.
