AN: Gotta get ready for work, try to have more up tonight. Oh, but I do love a good plot twist!

The man sat across from me, pulling a cigarette out of his pack. I couldn't help the slight smirk that pulled at the corner of my mouth when I noticed he smoked the same cigarettes that Adrian did.

"Ms. Rose Hathaway," burly man said, pausing to light his cigarette before continuing, "I've heard a lot about you, and not all of it entirely flattering."

"Well, that's a shame." I replied as nonchalant as possibly in my predicament.

"You know, it was a really stupid move leaving the court," He said leaning across the table; smearing in my face and his breathe reeking of cloves, "you were safe from us there." Chills ran down my back; and I could feel the hairs on the back of my neck come to attention.

"And who is 'us' exactly?" This isn't good.

"There's many of us, but we aren't here to talk about anything but you however." He sneered again, and looked over towards the "mirror", giving some kind of signal as he nodded his head.

Not even a minute later the door to the room opened again, everything stopped as I stared into the eyes of Ryan.

OoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOo

Sitting next to Christian was trying.

Especially since I still hadn't seen any sign of Rose, I had a gut feeling that something was wrong.

"What is it?" Christian asked, I could see his eyes flicking sideways over to me while he still seemed to be paying attention to the lecture. "You get that look on your face when something's bothering you."

"What look?" I asked genuinely interested, I didn't know I made 'looks'.

"Like you're constipated."

I faced the front of the room not bothering to reply. Crossing my arms in front of me I began replaying last nights' conversation over in my head.
