Okay, guys! in honour of 30 chapters being posted, I give you the first battle against Zeref. Well... Zeref's Army. I made Lucy have another spell called Divine Judgment, let me know what you think. It acts similarly to Urano Metra, except instead of being hit with all the mini planets they drain your magic/curse. (Hint Hint on the enemy) Anywho. At the end I have a very important announcement, so read the end please.

Lucy POV

We all held Laxus's symbol high, even those of us who aren't from Fairy Tail. We took pride in our family, and to us it meant everything to us. And Regardless if Natsu and I have had our own share of problems I would cry for him, I would do my best to bring him back, not for just my sake, but for the sake of our guild. And I know Laxus would too even if he doesn't want to show it. I heard what Natsu said to Wendy and Gajeel before he and Romeo boarded the train. "See you guys on the flipside." I noticed the way Gajeel held Wendy's shoulder tightly. The look in his eyes said he desperately wanted to go after them and yank them off the train. Wendy would experience loss once more, just like the rest of us. Natsu had another gut feeling. Yet he didn't bother telling anyone.

Carla came to me while Laxus was in the shower last night and explained her latest vision to me. Natsu took an attack for Romeo, telling him to love Wendy with all his heart. Telling him he'd see them all on the flipside. He knew he was going to die.

Laxus put a hand on my shoulder and shook his head slightly. I nodded and leaned into his touch. That idiot, not wanting to make us worry. The kids might not understand it, but we did. Everyone who heard him, myself, Gajeel, Laxus and Orga.

Orga approached us with worry on his shoulders. He leaned to my ear. "Lucy-sama, you heard it too right? Is the fire-breather going to die?"

I nodded slightly before whispering back. "Unfortunately, it's looking that way."

I let a tear slip, resulting in Sting, Rogue, and Rufus jumping on me with concern. "What's wrong!?"

I death glared at them. They didn't need to know. Especially, Sting and Rogue. They have been attached to Natsu's name since I started to teach them basic magic. I used Natsu's strength as a teaching style. I taught all three of them the ways of Natsu's magic, well more of how the bond with the guild helped him grow magically and physically. "It's nothing of your concern. Now be quiet and stand by the wall. I wasn't going to let them run after Natsu. I had Cana run me a future on the ones who were drafted, she said we'll live, with scars both emotional and physical, and magical.

I knew Natsu would live. And just like the rest of us, he will do anything to protect each other.

"Listen up!" Laxus shouted, gaining everyone's attention. "I understand you are scared. I am too. But nothing can change the fact that if we don't stop Zeref now, everyone we care about and more will die. Die! As in to never come back. The Fairy Sphere will not come save you from Zeref. I know that is scary. But we've all fought worse. We've fought off countless Dark Guilds. We've saved so many lives. We survived Acnologia. We fought for each other and against each other. One wizard isn't going to change the fact that we are united in magic. I figured out what the One Magic is. I figured it out the day I realized that I found the one person I wanted to be with for the rest of my life, when we adopted two boys together, when I woke up on Tenroujima and saw her waiting for me. The One Magic is love, the power of companionship, the strength of emotion. It is us. We shouldn't be terrified or living in fear. Take control and win. No matter what you do win. That's your mission. And if we fail it, it will cost our lives."

Gildarts and Orga were smiling at Laxus's words. Wendy, Evergreen, and Freed were tearing up… Well Freed was downright crying, but that's normal. Gajeel Sting, Rogue, Rufus and Bixlow were smirking with pride. I held my amazing dragon slayer.

"I love you so much, Laxus." I murmured into his chest as he pulled me into a hug.

"I love you, too, Lucy." He whispered.

I pushed Laxus away. Standing protectively in front of him as magic daggers landed in the spot he was just standing in. I looked up on the roof top to find a man, or should I say demon, I've been dying to see.

"Jackal, I see you've taken to using daggers linked with your bomb curse. Virgo! Take care of them, get them out of here. Laxus! Sting! Rogue! This man is a Demon of the Book of Zeref. He's an enemy. His life is mine!" I summoned Virgo as we launched ourselves into battle.

"Aw! No fair, Blondie! This is the fourth time we've fought and you had to bring your friends didn't you? No matter. I'll just kill them first. Though, I am flattered you remember my name. Do well remember it when you're in hell. Okay?" HE smiled sadistically at me.

I matched his smile perfectly, which made his smile grow. I threw punch after punch, which he only dodged as I dodged every kick and explosion he threw at me. He threw another dagger at me as I dodged it, letting it fly passed me and into the building behind me. I summoned Sagittarius and Gemini in disguise as myself.

"Gemi, Mini, are you ready?" I shouted.

"Of course, Lucy!" They chimed.

"Open! Gate of the Divine Ruler!

Show our enemies the might of Celestial Spirits!

Oh 88 Stars of Heaven,

Bring down upon your grace!

Divine Judgment!"

We cast the spell with everything we had as Sagittarius hit Jackal with arrows infused with Sting's magic. Laxus sent a Lightning Dragon's Heavenward Halberd, I guess he caught on that in order to defeat this guy; we needed light to vanquish the darkness.

We stood together as the smoke cleared. I called Aries and told her to cover him in her wool. He was on his last breaths from what I could tell. I smirked.

"I look forward to defeating you again sometime, Jackal. That is if Zeref doesn't destroy you when you return. Give him a message, won't you? Fairy Tail's coming for you."
