11. Chapter 11

A/N: This is set a few years after Demyx joins the Organization. This is just a bonding chapter before new stuff gets introduced.

Chapter 11

Demyx was wandering around the Castle, bored. He had finished his mission that Saix had given him, but Axel wasn't back from his yet. He collapsed on a couch in The Lounge That Never Was, summoning his Sitar and strumming it, boredly. He may have lost track of time, because the next thing he knows, Axel was looming over him, grinning from ear to ear. "Dem, I gotta show you something!" Demyx knew that tone, Axel was excited over something and Demyx had no clue what it may be about. "Hurry! Or I might forget where it was!"

Axel summoned a portal and dragged Demyx through the dark corridor. "Hey, Ax. I can keep up, ya know!" "Sure ya can, Demyx. I sincerely doubt it." But he did let him go, letting Demyx run to keep up with him. Soon, they were on the streets of Twilight Town, running through the shopping district and finally, Axel stopped. "Here it is!" He stated proudly, pointing up at the sign that read 'Twilight Town Arcade' in bright neon letters. "An arcade?"

Demyx gave him a look, "Won't we get in trouble if the higher ups find out?" Axel just shrugged, "Who's gonna tell 'em?" Demyx smiled at him as both boys got mischief in their eyes. The rest of the day was spent playing the many games, Demyx beating Axel at DDR and guitar hero, and the two eating as much junk food as they could.
