Seasons 2: Episode 7 Thoughts and Confusion

Elena calmly strolled down the dark street, walking with Pluto and Drocell in tow. She was on her way to Ciel's mansion, as it was pretty much the only thing she could do until certain events happened. She had a plan, and it had to be done carefully. Glancing back to the two following her, she sighed a bit. They thought she didn't notice the way they fought each other, the brunette didn't know why they were fighting but she knew it had to stop. Finally arriving, Elena walked inside, confused at the quietness of the building. Shrugging it off as the late time, she waved to her two followers, telling them to come quietly. Making it to her room, she pulled out her phone, moving it out of the way of Pluto's hands. "You can play later." She whisper screamed to the pouting dog. He nodded, instead moving behind her. 'So what are we going to do? Back at Undertaker's place you said you knew what to do and that you had a plan.' The silver haired demon tilted his head slightly, trying to see the screen. Elena hid the phone is her chest, "Back off and wait a bit! I'm tired and I'm just figuring out what I need to do jeez!" Pluto shrugged and turned into his dog form, shaking a bit before laying on one side, eventually falling asleep. Drocell decided not to ask, calmly taking the left side of the bed to try and sleep. He ended up lying awake to the gentle sound of Elena typing on her phone. He sat up when he heard her sigh and turn the electronic off, looking at her to see if her face gave off any clues. All he saw was drowsiness, and he smiled a bit at her half-conscious face. Getting up he picked the brunette up, moving aside the covers and tucking her in. The doll then simply looked out of the window, still not able to sleep through the night.
-Next Day-
Elena quickly pulled her clothes on, yelling at her companions for not waking her up. "WHY WOULD YOU WAKE ME UP WHEN THEY'RE GETTING INTO THE CARRIAGE?!" Not even waiting for a reply, she hopped down the stairs, running to get to the slowly leaving carriage. Slamming the door open and sitting inside, she looked out the window to see Drocell and Pluto running after the carriage. "Hurry up!" Plopping back into her seat she looked to Ciel, who simply rolled his eye. "It's nice to see that you're doing well. Especially considering you were stabbed not too long ago..." The brunette looked up, "Ah right. It's not fully healed, but I'm just sort of working through it and nursing the wound hehe..." She didn't need to be reminded of her pain, it actually hurt a lot, but the task at hand was a lot more important than her right now. Pluto and Drocell finally showed up, panting and heaving from the long run. Elena patted each on the back, giving them each a thumbs up. Ciel ignored the trio, instead focusing on the new case. It was solved fairly quickly, as Claude seemed to be making it way too easy to recognize his work. Stupid spider. After interviewing the victim, the group headed out again. Elena tried to keep Pluto from eating an entire cart if food while Ciel talked/complained. Suddenly an explosion interrupted everything, Sebastian jumping with Ciel to safety while Pluto picked Elena up, dropping her on a nearby roof. "What's going on!?" Elena nearly slid off the roof, looking around frantically for the source of the explosion. She face-palmed as she saw Ronald doing his dumb catchphrase thing. The brunette casually hopped Pluto's back, guiding him to where the growing group was. "Really? England and America I'm going to need you to go home. Like now." She rubbed her temples and chuckled at their confusion at the names she gave them. Drocell rolled his eyes, she had forced him to watch Hetalia, and so he understood the reference. But he didn't think that it was the best way to make an entrance. William straightened his glasses, using the edge of his blade. "Yes...Anyway I suspected that you were in the middle if this. Sebastian." His eyes locked on those of the demon, who simply smirked. While William and Sebastian fought, Elena looked over to the crate where Ciel was. She caught him running off, angering some kids as he passed by. Deciding that 'her highness' was more important than the fight currently, she hopped down from the roof, quickly running after the boy. Pluto quickly changed forms, scooping her up and running after him as well. The brunette signaled for Drocell to stay behind, in which the doll hesitantly obeyed. Pluto jumped onto a nearby roof so Elena could watch unseen as Ciel was cornered and captured. Her eyes narrowed at the sight of Hannah, she still didn't know about that woman. She seemed too...insane to be innocent. Pluto looked up to Elena, wondering what she would have them do. He was fairly surprised when she simply walked off, not even bothering to help Ciel. 'A-aren't we going to save him?' She shook her head, "No, there's something we need to do that's more important than him right now." The white demon looked at her confused before complying, he wasn't worried for Ciel, but it seemed weird for her not to rush in and save him.
Pluto and Drocell were seated on tree stumps in a small clearing in the forest on Ciel's land. Smiling Elena threw a brick down between the two. "Alright it's time for a little bonding! We're going to build a humble abode ~" Both simply stared at her blankly. Sighing the brunette crossed her arms, "Listen, we need a base of operations and somewhere to stay where we won't automatically be caught up in whatever mess is going on there." Elena threw both of her hands up, pointing in the mansions direction. Pluto shrugged, "Alright then, but what exactly are we supposed to make? We're not going to make a mansion." Drocell nodded in agreement. Elena waved them both off, "No~ No~ we're going to make a small house like…It should look like it was abandoned or something." She pulled out her phone and picked out a picture. "Like this. Can you do it? I'll help." Both gave a nod, walking in opposite directions to get materials, Elena sighed. "And another thing, you have to be together while you're making it. I want two to get along okay?"
Drocell opened his mouth to protest, but Pluto "spoke" before him. 'Wouldn't that just make the process slower? It would be best if we all worked alone or in duo's? Like we could work together and Drocell could work alone.' Drocell shot a glare at the demon, obviously not happy with his statement. Elena raised her finger, "Perfect! You two can work together and I'll work alone. Have fun~"
She hopped off, paying no attention to the duos shocked faces. As soon as both were out of sight, Elena fell to the ground, gripping her stomach as pain hit her. "Come on your stronger than this idiot, you have to ignore the pain. You'll save everyone somehow.." The brunette stood up and ran to try and find some materials.
Walking back to the clearing, she noticed Pluto and Drocell finally working together. They both dropped what they were holding when they saw her, going to take the phone and meat out of her hands. "Seriously you guys..." The small group sat on the base of the house, eating calmly. Elena looked up, "Okay, I know you guys are probably thinking that something is weird for me to decide to have bonding time when Ciel is getting his memories jacked up." Drocell turned from his game, "Well it is a little bit off, we should be trying to help him or something?" She shook her head, "I need this to happen, there's some things that a necessary. We just need to wait until it's our turn to run in and be awesome." She stood up and stretched, suddenly turning and pointing to Pluto. "And make sure that the house is fit for guests okay~"
All three looked up as Sebastian (looking quite upset), passed through, he stopped to look at them. "And what, may I ask, are you doing?" Elena smiled awkwardly, "Making a small camp?" The demon stopped for a second to look at them before once again walking back in the direction of the mansion. Elena clapped her hands together, "Well I guess this needs to be finished faster, guess who's working in the dark with spiders and wolves?" She did a little shoulder dance as both men simply groaned.
Hey~ I think you can tell how my style has changed in this chapter. So yeah we didn't help Ciel, but trust me the crazy confusing stuff starts next chapter. I think they will be getting longer xD
I don't really have much else to say , I hope you enjoy this chapter ^^
