-3 Months later-

Smokescreen stood behind Ratchet and helped him set up a recharge crib that would be going in his and Blue's room. The Praxian mech looked behind him at Blue every few minutes.

"Would you calm down? I know you're a first time father but she's fine."

"Sorry Doc." Smokescreen lowered his helm.

"And Don't call me doc." He looked lower.

"Don't worry so much. Blue may be a little young to be bearing sparklings, since she's a physical age of 16 but her mother was technically too old to carry, at a physical age of 53, but she did it. There are many miracles in that family. She'll be fine." Smokescreen looked up and smiled a bit.

"You're right." They continued working on the crib.

-later-

Smokescreen moved the crib to the foot of his and Blue's berth and smiled.

"I can't wait." Blue walked in and looked at him.

"You look like a hyper little kid," she said. The Praxian turned around quickly.

"Blue why aren't you resting?!"

"I followed you."

"You're supposed to be in the med-bay where you'll be safe."

"And I'm not safe next to you?"

"Erm..." She giggled. He wrapped his arms around her and placed a servo on her bump.

"Smokey I'm tired."

"Wanna recharge then?" She nodded her helm sleepily. A smile grew on his face and picked he her up and laid her small frame on their berth. Blue was recharging by the time he laid her down.

"Good night sweetspark."

-Sometime that night-

Smokescreen jerked from recharge as his frame was shook.

"S-Smokescreen! Wake up!"

"Blue?"

"Smokescreen I'm in labor!" He stared at Blue's trembling form before quickly picking her up and running to the med-bay. She whimpered and clung to his frame. Smokescreen saw that the big med-bay was empty and the lights were off so he ran to the emergency med-bay in the main room of the bunker.

"Ratchet!" The medic looked up from tinkering with a piece of the ground bridge.

"It's time?"

"Yes!"

"Get her to the berth." The Praxian laid her down on the berth. Blue kept trembling. Ratchet looked down at her gently.

"Blue where's most of the pain right now?"

"My back."

"Just like your mother and brother. Great," he muttered to himself.

"Smokescreen!" she whimpered. He took her servo. Ratchet hooked her up to a few machines to monitor her and the sparkling's spark rates then checked her.

"You've got a long way to go."

-Later-

"Harmonia listen to me. You need to push! Come on this is the last one!" She was held up by Smokescreen's and Optimus' servos. Her frame shook as she gritted her dentals. She screamed. The sparkling cried and the two mechs looked up.

"It's a femme." She kept crying as Ratchet quickly grabbed a pair of wire cutters and sniped the line on the sparkling's chest before wrapping the small femme in a pink and white recharge blanket. Blue looked up as Ratchet laid the pink bundle in her arms. The little femme stopped crying as she opened her optics and looked up at her creators. Smokescreen let tears well in his optics.

"She's beautiful."

"And she has doorwings from you Smokescreen and Blue's crest," said the medic as he cleaned.

"She's got blue armor like we wanted," said Smokescreen.

"Sapphire." Optimus smiled at his neice.

"The perfect name for her."

-Later-

Luna and Nova sat on either side of Blue and looked at the bundle in her arms.

"Sapphire's really pretty Aunt Blue," said Luna.

"Thank you."

"She looks like you."

"That's what your Uncle says."

"It's true."

-3 More Months later-

Ratchet tinkered more on a piece of the groundbridge as he sat on next to Ellie on their berth. She was laying on their berth with several recharge blankets on top of her. He chuckled at her. She had always been a lot more sensitive to heat and cold when she was sparked. Her blue-green optics watched his servos move around the gadget and the datapad on their berthside table.

"Ratchet?"

"Yes Ellie?"

"I am not going to do this again."

"Ok Ellie. That's what you said with Jade and here you are."

"It's not my fault! It's yours for getting me sparked!"

"Cool it Ellie." She whined.

"Shut up." She rolled onto her back. Ratchet laid back and wrapped an arm around her. Ellie looked down at her bulging frame.

"I'm huge!"

"No you aren't."

"Yes I am! I'm having twins!"

"They're small compared to other twins like Nova and Luna and Prowl's twins. You're being dramatic."

"You try carrying two bodies inside yours for 8 months!"

"Ellie the record for most sparklings to ever be carried is six. You're fine."

"Ugh!" Ratchet rubbed her bump. Ellie curled against his chest.

"Ratchet I went to hold them already. I'm tired of being sparked!"

"I know Ellie." She gasped.

"Ellie?"

"Ratchet it's time!"

-later-

"I still hate you."

"Yeah, yeah. I love you too." Ratchet fed the older sparkling and Ellie fed the younger sparkling. Red and Jade peeked in the med-bay.

"We see you two." They walked further into view.

"Come meet your brother and sister," said Ratchet. They come obediently.

"What are their names?" asked Jade.

"Your brother's name is Blaze and your sister's name is Angel."
