Raven set her spoon down and looked at Noir expectantly. How ever Noir seemed to take no notice as he finished his own plate.
"Well?" she asked.
Noir glanced at her "well, what?"
Raven glared at him. " You said I could leave if I ate"
"I didn't say right after either" Noir replied as he took the plates to the sink.
"You can't do that" Raven cried bolting to her feet. Noir spun around and motioned for to sit. A strong invisible hand forced Raven back into her kept her there while Noir stalked over and loomed over her."I hold the power here my little bird. I can do anything I want" he leaned in closer to a point where their noses where almost touching.
"Anything" Noir repeated this time his voice a whisper. He stroked his finger across Raven's cheek feeling the her warm soft flesh on his ice cold fingers."Anything I desire, and there is nothing you can do to stop it".Raven tied to turn away but couldn't. His eyes held her there. The deep Blue colors seemed to swirl hypnotically.
"No" Raven whimpered as every muscle in her body screamed to push him a away and run. She was rooted to the and alone with her so called rescuer who seemed to expect more of a thank you than she was willing to give. Her protests where hindered by his lips touching hers. They were soft and gentle but cold, like his hands on either side of her face holding her in place.
Raven felt her body decide to work against her as she melted into the kiss. Tears flowed over her cheeks as she felt his tongue probe to get inside her mouth. She let out a few muffled whimper but inside she was screaming. Her hands griped the chair until her knuckles were white as she arched her back lifting her closer to him. Clearly her emoticlone Lust was behind this betrayal. Raven tried to force it back, but as the kiss grew deeper her struggles seemed more and more futile. Noir's hands slid from Raven's face to her shoulders as he pulled her to her feet. Her hands rested on his chest as his wrapped around her back pulling her closer.
No, She inwardly pleaded. Stop please!. Noir held tighter as the kiss intensified. Raven balled her fists gripping his shirt inside them. Noir's huge black wings unfolded and wrapped around both of them in a cocoon. The heat that radiated off them was almost to much to handle.
Then Raven saw her opening as Noir gently nibbled her lip in hat was to be a playful manner. She took his lip in her teeth and not so gently chomped down on hit. Noir grunted in pain and pulled away. Raven felt his power let go of her. She then stood and bolted to the door. Just before she got there she felt a blast of raw power hit her in the back knocking her forward and sprawling on the floor with a pained cry. Again she was held in place by his power ass she heard him approach. With a flick of his wrist she was flipped over on to her back.
He crouched down next to her and looked down at her.
Raven's eyes widened when she saw the wound on his lip knit itself shut. "That wasn't very nice my bird" he drawled. "But I admit that was inappropriate, and I do apologize" He knelt down beside her. " But you must understand. I could not help myself. This world, It effects me in ways that are hard to control".
She said nothing as he spoke. She couldn't look away again but this time avoided eye contact and starred at his chest."You're an exquisite creature, Raven. All your life you have been tamed. Soon it will be time for you to be free."
Noir then raised his hand to show her a black sphere of dark energy the size of a baseball in his left hand. He placed his right hand on top of the sphere and It grew to the size of a basketball. Raven watched as he held the sphere out above her as he chanted in language unrecognizable language. The Sphere then dropped from his hands in into Raven's chest. She felt the surge of energy as the ball disappeared into her.
She almost cried out with joy as she felt her powers return. Raven lashed out sending Noir flying backward with a blast of energy. Noir crashed through the door to the small room. Raven scrambled to her feet and dashed out the opposite door. She exited into a small hallway that lead to a fight of stairs. She turned to look back into the room to see Noir already on his feet staring after her. She threw her hood up her head and dashed down the stairs. Pain coursing through her leg with every step. She emerged into a larger room that was once a assembly line. Then she realized where she was. In an abandoned factory on the far east side of the city. She smashed through the barred front doors and emerged into the late afternoon sun. Then flew up over the building to gain her barrings then headed home.
A/N: Kinda short right? Well that's just cause I'm saving the good stuff for later. And I'm not really prone to long ass chapters like some people. Honestly they get kinda boring after a while. But I try to make my chapters a decent length.
I decided to make up for it with a small excerpt from another story Im currently working on. It's a Titan's story as well. It focuses more on alien invasions and what not.
Okay here it is.
"Come on Star, you'll love it" Beast Boy promised excitedly. Starfire followed behind him sharing his enthusiasm.
" I can't wait" She said clapping happily. "What will we be sharing?"
"No Star, the place is called The Sharing" Beast Boy explained as he lead them through the bustling streets of down town, "Its an awesome place to hang out, they have food and video games an a bunch of other stuff."
"Why are we not flying?" Starefire asked.
"Because you can't see it from above" Beast Boy replied. "It's kind of low-key, you know only certain people know about it"
"Is it an illegal place of enjoyment?" she asked becoming a little worried.
Beast Boy shook his head. "ofcorse not, it's just were all the cool kids hang out. Now hurry it's not far"
They turned off the busy street and into a side ally. Starfire now growing more nervous about what her friend was getting them into.
"Beast Boy are you sure-"
"Here" the changeling declared. They stopped in front of a plain brown door. Beast Boy knocked on the door. It opened a crack and a rough voice asked " Password"
"Double Cheese Burger no cheese" Beast Boy said.
"I thought you did not like meat" Starfire said confused.
"Its just the password" Beast Boy said as they walked through the door. They passed a large rough looking man and down a dim hallway. Starfire could feel the man's gaze following her.
"Uh.. Beast Boy I do not like the dark, bad things are in the dark" Her voice quivered as they approached a second door with another large man standing by it.
"Don't worry things will light up soon" Beast Boy said as he gave the man in front of the door a nod. The man nodded back then opened the door.
Starfire's eyes widened when she looked at what lay beyond the door. "Oh..wow."
