A/N: Um, hi... Well life, school, and work are trying to bury me. I appreciate all who are still hanging in there.

"I could have sworn my exact words were, 'You need anything, don't call'." Gibbs could hear the exhaustion in Fornell's voice, but with everything he himself had been through that day, he didn't care.

"Just listen would you. I need you to grab me some clothes."

"Really, Jethro. I'm not your maid. I'm tired, I was just about to go home. Don't you have probie's for that kind of thing?"

"Tobias! I've been at the hospital all day. I'm not in the mood for your snarkiness."

"What? Are you alright?"

"I'm fine. I need you to go back to the crime scene from this afternoon, with the dead Marine. Find all the kid clothes that you can."

"Kid clothes? Jethro what are you talking about?"

Realizing he needed to explain, Gibbs made it simple, "There were two little boys hiding upstairs Tobias. I found them in a closet. Now will you go get their stuff for me."

"What do you mean there were kids? I had my men search the whole house!"

"Well then, you need to go over the basic's on how to thoroughly search a house with your people Tobias." Gibbs wasn't going to admit, even he, had almost not gone into the room the boys were in.

"Dear heaven." Gibbs could hear Fornell sigh and knew he was rubbing his forehead. "Alright, fine. I'll go. You at Bethesda?"

"Yeah." Gibbs let out a sigh of his own as he sat down on a chair in the hall.

"How old are the kids?" Tobias' tone held a degree of concern.

"Tony is two and a half. Timmy is eighteen months."

"Are they hurt? What happened that you've been at the hospital all day."

"I'll explain when you get here. I'll just say it's touch and go for Timmy."

"Oh man. Alright I'm leaving now. See you in a bit."

After hanging up with Fornell, Gibbs headed back to Tony's room. Before he could go in Stan walked down the hall and called out to him.

"I'm going to head back to the office and put these pictures in the file."

"How did he look." Gibbs wasn't sure he wanted to know, but also knew that he needed too.

Stan paused before answering, "I don't know Gibbs. I'm not a doctor, obviously, but he doesn't look like he should be alive."

"Thanks Stan. Go on, get back to work."

"You staying?"

"Yeah, we still don't know who this Ben is. I'm staying here tonight."

"Alright, try and get some sleep." Stan said with a knowing smile.

Gibbs let out a small chuckle, "Yeah, right," he said as he turned to walk into Tony's room.

Almost two hours later Fornell peaked his head into the room. "Jethro." He whispered, not wanting to wake the sleeping boy. Gibbs walked to the door and motioned Fornell back. Once outside the room Gibbs saw four bags full of clothes.

"Thanks for grabbing their cloths for me."

"These aren't theirs." Gibbs just raised his eyebrow waiting for an answer. "Well, they are now, but." Fornell stopped and took a deep breath before starting over. "There was no clothes at the house. No kid clothes at least. Which is probably one reason my men didn't look too hard for little ones, there was no evidence of them being there. So I went to the store and grabbed a few things." Fornell shrugged his shoulder as he said the last part, like it was no big deal. The four bags were not small and they were totally full. Gibbs just smirked as he reach out to take the bags.

"Let me just put these in the room. We'll go get a coffee and talk."

After grabbing their coffee's and sitting at a table in the commissary, Gibbs filled Fornell in on everything that had happened that day.

Fornell just shook his head, "How can anyone do something like that to little kids?" Gibbs didn't have an answer and stayed silent.

They had just finished their coffee's when Dr. Michaels walked in. "Agent Gibbs, I've been looking for you. Timmy's vitals have started to stabilize. If you would like to see him, I can take you up there."

A/N: Hope you liked this chapter. If everything writes out the way I want it too, in the next chapter Tony will get to see Timmy :)
