A/N: Ummm, hello... I know it's been forever. It's been a roller coaster of events and it's not slowing down, let alone stopping any time soon. New state, new school, new job. Needed a break from new things, so here is a short fun chapter, that will hopefully help settle my mind, and one that everyone will enjoy. Thanks for sticking with it and still reading -Aussiepup-

After getting Tony settled into bed, Gibbs called Mike and filled him in on what Timmy had said. Mike had then proceeded to get every available agent on the case. Gibbs on the other hand, went to hospital security and informed them of the situation and had them make copies of Goldlin's photo. They would fill in the hospital staff and have everyone keep an eye out for Goldlin, along with pictures up in every hallway. Knowing he could do no more tonight, Gibbs returned to Tony's room and crashed out on the cot. Tomorrow would be a long day.

Gibbs awoke to the feeling of being watched. Slowly he opened one eye just a sliver, enough to see, and saw a man sitting in the corner chair. Grumbling, he streched and sat up, glaring at the man.

"Mike."

"Probie."

"What are you doing here?"

"What? Your boss can't come visit ya? I need an invite now?"

Gibbs sighed as he glanced over to see if their conversation had awoken Tony. The little boys slept on, snoring every few breaths. "No Boss, you can visit whenever. Just wondering why you're here so early."

"Probie, it's almost 9 in the morning."

"What!?" Gibbs exclaimed, a little to loudly, as Tony stirred.

Mike chuckled at Gibbs' outburst. "Yep, talk 'bout sleepin' in Probie."

"Must have been more tired than I thought." Gibbs said. As he stood up the door opened to reveal Stan and Fornell. "What are you two doing here?"

"Oh come on Jethro! After all the hard work I put into making those cards, you think I'm going to miss out on the unveiling party?" Fornell replied.

"Your hard work? What party?" Gibbs had noticed the bags Fornell and Stan had, now he could guess what was in them.

"Yeah, Fornell here told Boss and I about what you had planned for the little guy, so, well, Boss and I decided to add to it a little more." Stan proudly responded.

"A little." Gibbs raised an eyebrow at the very full bags the two men were holding.

"Well yeah."

"Mike."

"Probie."

"Want to explain."

"Nope."

"Mike!"

"Come on Probie. Live a little."

Gibbs just stared at Mike, knowing eventualy he'd get an answer.

"Alright already. I just figured the kids could use some fun. I had Stan and Tobias go buy some party stuff and food. Called the little guys Doc this morning so he'd know what we was goin' to do. He was fine with it, so long as we don' wear him out."

Gibbs had a hard time not smiling at the look on Mike's face. He looked like a kid with his hand in a cookie jar. 'Hum, wonder how much more I can make him squirm?' Gibbs thought. "What about Goldlin?"

"What 'bout him?"

"We're not going to look for him?"

"What? Like you weren't going to be here all day with the kiddos anyway? Stan and I can take a few hours to rest too ya know!" Mike tried to glare at Gibbs but he couldn't help a small smile. "Besides, I got every team I could round up lookin' for any trace of him. The three of us not there for a few hours ain't goin' to make that much difference. But being here might."

"So you came up with the party idea." Gibbs finally let out the smile he was holding in. "Alright. What did you bring?"

"Party? What party?" A little voice behind them said. All four men turned to see Tony was wide awake and stitting up. Gibbs sat down on the bed next to him when he saw Tony looking a little nevously at Mike and Stan.

"Hey Tony. Not sure if you remember Mike here. He was at the house with me, he was the loud oaf? He's my Boss, and that's Stan over there. He's also part of my team." Gibbs waited until Tony nodded. "Well you see, Mike and Stan decided that Timmy needed more than just cards for his half birthday," Tony turned to look at him, "so they got decorations and snacks. It will be like a mini birthday party." Gibbs smiled as the shocked look on Tony's face turned to joy.

"Really! Oh tank 'ou, tank 'ou, tank 'ou!" He shouted as he jumped up and off the bed. He ran over to Mike and gave him a quick side hug, before doing the same to Stan. But he demanded Toby pick him up, for a proper hug, before going back to give Gibbs his.

Laughing Gibbs told Tony to go to the bathroom and get dressed so they could head down to Timmy's room.

Trying to keep Tony from runnig the whole way to his brothers room was a chore unto its self, but seeing the looks on the two boys' faces when they saw each other was the best present he could ask for. Looking behind him he saw the same thing reflected in the other men's eyes.

"Timmy, Timmy guess wat?!" Tony said bounding up onto the bed, making sure not to touch any of the IV lines.

"Huh?" Timmy asked as he kept one eye on Tony and the other on the men he didn't know.

"'Appy 'alf birfday Timmy!" Tony nearly shouted as he handed Timmy one of the cards he had made. This got him Timmy's full attention, jaw dropped wide open, before he smiled bigger than Gibbs had seen yet. Timmy giggled as he took the card and looked at it, glitter still falling off it.

"Morning Champ," Gibbs said walking over to the bed, "happy half birthday. We were wondering if you'd like some company? You see, we got a little surprise for you."

"'Or me?"

"Yep, for you."

Timmy looked back at Tony and saw him nodding his head up and down so fast Gibbs thought it might fall off. Giggling again Timmy looked at Gibbs again. "'K."

With that, introductions were made, decorations put up, Disney movies got watched, and tons of snack food was ate. By the end of the day Fornell had two little boys calling him Toby. Mike promised to take them on a tour of the office, when they both got out; And Stan let them take their own pictures, with the camera he had brought. Meanwhile, Gibbs just sat back and soaked it all up. All four adults laughed and enjoyed themselves as much as the two little boys.

No mentioned of Ben was made. Today was a day of celebration, to have fun, to enjoy the gift of life. One that no one in that room would forget anytime soon.

A/N: So there ya'll go, something a little lighter. Truthfully don't know when I'll be able to get another chapter up. Promise it wont take as long as this one did!
