First off, thank you for the support of the story. I know it's not the conventional subject to be writing about and that I don't have much experience with the situation, but I hope to be accurate and not to offend anyone, intentionally or unintentionally. I'll be writing a full story from Theodore's point of view from when he first meet's Isaac to a sort of epilogue after the ordeal in the hospital listed here. The point of view is subject to switch in certain chapters, for something different. The title, as of now is Beneath Divine Eyes. The first chapter will be on it's way soon.
Charhamblin, concerning your question about the contract, yes, it probably would not be fitting for a pair of minors. However, the contract that started Anastasia's and Christian's relationship was not legally binding, if I recall correctly- the one that Christian is writing up here is not legally binding either, but a father would want to lay down some ground rules if anyone is to date his son (believe me, he has one for Phoebe too, one prepared many years ahead of time and far more stricker that the one between Isaac and Theodore). It just seemed like something he would to as a father. I hope that eases your confusion.
In the meantime, please keep your eyes peeled for chapter 1 of Beneath Divine Eyes. I look forward to seeing you for the debut. Have a good day! :)
