Hey everyone. I was in the mood to write two chapters tonight. Unfortunately my brain decided it was time to wrap this story up. I will post an Epilogue within the next day or so, it may even be tonight, but based on what my brain is putting out, I don't think I have the courage to write a sequel for Zion. I may do a prequel, but I am not sure. Anyways, I hope you all have enjoyed this journey with Zion, and I can't wait for you all to read how Zion turns out in the next chapter. Thank you all for reading and as always, happy Olitzing.

Liv realized it had been six months since Karen, Jerry, and Teddy came to live with them and things were going as smoothly as could be expected. Mellie decided to forego public humiliation and ridicule, and even signed up for therapy to help her "cope" with many of her issues. The children fought, but that was to be expected with siblings.

With each passing day, Liv grew more and more proud of the way Zion had welcomed the other children into their family. He considered them his "Brodders and stitster" regardless of what any papers may have said. They treated him the same way.

Liv and Fitz had taken Karen and Jerry out of boarding school, and had enrolled them in a private school with Teddy. Zion was enrolled in the Zion school, and Fitz was working diligently to expand this project. He had decided after their honeymoon that instead of focusing on just baby geniuses, he would open charter schools for children with special needs. Baby geniuses did after all have special needs, just on a different level than children with handicaps.

Fitz worked around the clock and opened four schools throughout the US, in areas where children had high handicapped rates, but the programs were inadequate in providing them a decent hands on education. Fitz still had a lot of work to put in, but he was at the point where he was able to allow others to step in and help. His wife was after all past her due date.

Baby G was currently a week late, and Liv was beginning to feel it, as was Fitz. Liv's libido was at an all-time high, higher than it was at her honeymoon. She was ready to evict this baby from her body, and it was beginning to take it's toll on Fitz.

Sex was a bigger part of their schedule than anything, Fitz would argue that it only came second to breathing. They had been locked in their room all weekend as Liv demanded he make love to her continuously. The kids except for Zion had spent the weekend with Cyrus. Zion had spent the weekend with Eli visiting the Smithsonian, and helping his grandfather work on the mastodon exhibit.

Fitz managed to sneak out of the room while Liv was taking a nap. For once in his life, Fitz was getting tired of sex. He just needed a little time to recover. Fitz slipped into his study and sat down at his desk.

He reached for the paper, deciding to get caught up on missed current events. Fitz was half way into an article on Hollis Doyle's pipeline when he heard Liv calling for him. Fitz set the paper down and sighed, wondering if he would even be able to get it up this time around.

The closer Fitz got to the steps, the louder Liv's cries became. Halfway up the steps, Fitz heard Liv let out a blood curdling scream. With his heart full of panic, Fitz flew up the steps and rushed to his wife's side. Fitz began rubbing circles on his wife's back until he felt her body relax.

"Livvie, how long? How far apart are they?" Fitz asked as he leaned directly onto a pool of moisture on the bed and realized Liv's water had broken.

"About an hour. I didn't want to go to the hospital, so I pretended to sleep when you left the room."

"How far apart?"

"The last one was five... And AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!"

Fitz looked at his watch and realized he had only been in the room for two minutes. There was no way they were making it to the hospital. Fitz jumped up and called the OB who agreed to meet them at their home with medical on standby if needed. Liv's last appointment the day before showed that the was facing downward, and there was no reason to believe it had moved since.

Fitz ran into the bedroom and drew a warm bath. If Liv was having this baby without pain relief, he wanted her to be as comfortable as possible given the situation. As the water ran, Fitz called Tom to notify him of the situation, then ran to grab all of the towels he could find. He went into the nursery that had been given a Noah's Arc theme seeing as how they wanted the gender to be a surprise. He grabbed diapers, onsies, and a blanket and made his way back to his wife's side.

Fitz tried to help Liv stand, but her pain level was too severe. He quickly undressed his wife, leaving her bra on, and ripped her panties, then carried her into the tub. He set her down in the oversized tub, and began massaging her lower back.

"Fitz, I don't want to worry you but I FEEL THE HEEAAAAAAAD!"

Fitz looked down, and sure enough he saw a head peeking its way out.

"Liv, DON'T PUSH!" Fitz yelled, bot sire if he could handle delivering his own child.

"I'M NOT PUSHING! GRAVITY HAS DECIDED TO TAKE OVER!" Liv spat as the pain rushed through her body. Fitz extended his hand, only allowing Liv to grab on to two fingers. He had learned from Jerry's birth that a woman in labor has the power to break every bone in your hand.

Fitz winced as Liv gripped his fingers as hard ad she could, and panicked as he saw more of the baby than before. This kid fought to stay in, and now it was ready to make it's appearance known.

"Ok Livvie, it's you and me." Fitz said as he realized Liv was involuntarily pushing the baby out.

Fitz washed his hands and made his way into the bottom of the tub and rolled up his sleeves. Fitz said a quick prayer that everything was ok and told Liv to push. Liv pushed with all of her strength, and Fitz breathed a sigh of relief when he saw the baby's shoulders emerge. The chord wasn't posing a threat, and Liv could continue to push.

"Come one baby, one more time give it all you've got. Scream, yell, curse, do whatever you have to do! You know why?"

"Because it is my God-given right!" Liv yelled.

"Right! Ok Livvie, on three baby. One... Two... Three!"

Liv pushed with all she had left in her as Fitz helped ease the baby out. No sooner than Fitz had lifted the baby out of the water did the doctor enter the room. Fitz stepped out of the tub soaking wet, and handed the baby over to the doctor. Fitz cut the chord and they both held their breath as the doctor began clearing out the baby's respiratory system. Then there it was. The most beautiful cry either of them had ever heard.

"Mr... President, how does it feel to know that you successfully delivered your daughter sir?" The doctor asked as he cleaned the baby up and handed her to Liv. In all of the commotion Fitz never once thought to check. He was more worried on whether or not any damage had come to the baby by him delivering her on his own.

Liv sat for a second looking at her daughter and tears began falling down her face. She handed the baby to Fitz who kissed her newborn head before handing her to the nurse who had come along as well. The nurse got the baby cleaned up, as Fitz helped get Liv cleaned up and into the guest bedroom down the hall. She surprisingly hadn't torn, and Fitz was thankful that mommy and baby were both ok.

A few moments after Liv was settled, the nurse entered the room and gave the baby a clean bill of health. She set the baby in Liv's arms who proceeded to nurse their new addition immediately. Liv looked up at Fitz whose eyes were filled with tears at the sight. Never before had he seen anything more beautiful.

"What will we name her?" Fitz asked as he continued to watch the two most important women in his life.

"Alexis Carolyn Grant?" Liv said. Fitz's mother had said long ago she wanted name the daughter she never had a chance to have Alexis. Carolyn was Liv's as well as her mother's middle name. It only seemed right her daughter carry on that tradition.

"Alexis Carolyn Grant it is." Fitz said smiling that Liv fulfilled his mother's wish. It wasn't a daughter, but Fitz had a feeling his mother would be even prouder in this moment that it was her granddaughter's name.

"Hi Lexi! How's daddy's little girl?" Fitz asked as he took him his daughter who had a tiny amount of golden brown hair on her head. Her skin was lighter than Zion's appeared in his baby pictures, but everything else screamed Liv. She has Liv's round eyes, her nose, her lips were full like Liv's, but were shaped like Fitz's and she had Fitz's ears, and Liv thanked the heavens that she had Fitz's forehead, but her eyebrows. She was a perfect blend of the two of them.

"Thank you Livvie..."

"For what?"

"For Lexi, for Zion, for you. Thank you for showing me how love is supposed to be. Thank you for saving me."

"I love you Fitz."

"I love you too Livvie."

They both sat for a moment and watched their newborn daughter sleep in Liv's arms. Liv looked around and felt her heart sink. This moment wasn't complete... Not yet.

"The kids..." Liv whispered, and Fitz could tell she was getting sleepy. Fitz ran off to get the bassinette, and called Cyrus and Eli when he returned.

Cyrus was the first to arrive with Karen, Jerry, and Teddy. As much as they wanted to run upstairs and meet the newest Grant, they decided to wait until Zion had met her first. Eli had waited until they arrived before telling Zion the reason for their return. As they walked into the house, Zion took Eli's hand, and made his way upstairs in search of his parents. Zion froze at the top of the steps when he realized the others weren't following.

"What are you waiting for? Let's go see the surprise!" Zion yelled causing the other children and Cyrus to follow behind. Ella held Zion's hand while Eli held the other and smiled, proud of his grandson in that moment. He prayed that Zion's kindness would continue once he saw what the surprise truly was.

As if on cue, Zion stepped into the guest bedroom and was greeted to the sound of a baby crying. Zion looked up at Eli, his eyes wide as saucers.

"The baby?" Zion asked with a wide grin.

"The baby." Eli said in return.

Zion tip toed into the bedroom and saw Liv holding a baby. He attempted to climb up on the bed and made it with a little help from his dad. The baby was crying, buy not as loud as he thought it would be.

"Hi baby. No cry. I'm your big brodder Zion." As if on cue, the baby stopped crying. When Zion stopped speaking the crying started again.

"No cry baby. I'm here."

Again, the crying stopped, the started when Zion silenced.

"What's your name baby?"

"Her name is Alexis Carolyn Grant."

"I have a baby stitster?"

"Yes Zy, you have a baby sister." Fitz replied looking at mother and children all together. Zion turned and called for the others who were standing sheepishly in the doorway. The last thing they wanted was to ruin this moment.

"Come meet our stitster Alexis." Zion said holding his hand out to Karen, Teddy, and the others.

They all gathered around the bed and stood in awe of the tiny human that lay in Liv's arms.

"She's so small." Jerry replied.

"Well, her mommy is small, so it makes sense she is too." Karen said to Jerry. Then it dawned on her. "Wait a minute, why is the baby here? Liv, shouldn't you be in the hospital?"

"We didn't have time to get to a hospital, so your father delivered her here." Liv looked up at Fitz and smiled as she realized that his "Superman" curl was dangling proudly on his forehead. "My superman."

The doctor came into the room to check on mom and daughter one final time before leaving. He notified them that their nurse would be arriving within the hour, and he gave them numerous instructions. When he reached the part of no sex Fitz was suddenly happy that he and Liv had gone at it as much as possible in the past few days. Six weeks was going to be a long time.

Fitz had finally gotten Liv and the baby settled, and the kids returned to their weekend slumber parties. Liv's team had shown up shortly after they had left and stayed for about an hour, completely in awe of the tiny human as well.

Abby and Quinn had already adopted Alexis as their shopping buddy once she was of age. Liv had to shake her head when both Harrison and Stephen both took one look at her and literally began looking into guns.

"She's gorgeous now Liv, imagine her at 16!" Stephen yelled when Liv told him they were going too far. Huck and Fitz both cam to their defense as did Tom when he entered the room. Alexis Carolyn Grant was going to be a heart breaker. She already had these five men plus her father expanding their gun collection, and she had barely revealed her beautiful blue eyes.

Alexis immediately bonded with Huck. It was clear they were ready communicating on another level. Alexis slept the entire time Huck held her, only to cry when he gave her back. When Huck coddled her again, she stopped. Liv knew their bond would be just as special as his bond with Zion, but Huck would be even more protective of Alexis than he was Zion; and he was VERY protective of Zy.

Everyone had finally left, the nurse had arrived, and Liv and Lexi had been moved back into their bedroom and were finally asleep. For the first time all day, Fitz was able to breathe.

Fitz reached for the remote and turned on the TV, only to be met with national news coverage on how former President Fitzgerald Thomas Grant III delivered his daughter only hours before. Where the nation was singing his praises, Fitz was still calming down.

Delivering Alexis had to have been the most terrifying yet exhilarating moment of his life. It was also the moment he realized that he and Liv were truly in this together. Where no one else was able to get to them, it was just the two of them ready to tackle it together.

Fitz watched a few news cycles and decided he'd retire upstairs with his wife and daughter. Tomorrow it would be a packed house, and he needed all the sleep he could get.

As Fitz walked the steps, flashes of how he and Liv had gotten to this point ran through his mind. He had almost lost the love on numerous occasions for what he could only look back and consider to be the dumbest of reasons.

But that no longer mattered. He had the love of his life and his children, all five of them all under one roof. Fitz climbed into bed and snuggled with Liv. She moaned her approval of his arms holding her and nuzzled her head into his neck.

Fitzgerald Thomas Grant III was definitely a blessed man. He had served two terms as president, a feat not many men could claim. He had the life he had always dreamed of, and as he drifted off to sleep, tears silently streamed down his eyes, and he couldn't help but realize that he owed it all...

To Zion...
