Well, hope you like it! ^_^
. . . . .
Sasori had managed to avoid his partner all day while he tried to think of a way to cure his hands. Apparently they couldn't eat, so that left out food. Although the puppet master couldn't think of any other ways to cure them, he certainly didn't want to wait for them to heal on their own. If it came to that, not only would they be unable to go on mission, or that he'd be left to take care of his partner, but that he'd actually have to wait.
"Wait a moment… that may work. Better go find Kakuzu to help…" he muttered to himself, walking off towards Kakuzu and Hidan's room.
"Kakuzu, I need your help with something," Sasori said, opening the door to the room.
"Okay," he said, getting up.
"Hey wait! You're supposed to be % $# sewing my arm back on!" Hidan screeched as he exited the room, closing the door behind himself.
"What is it?" Kakuzu asked.
"That brat managed to get his handmouths sick while on our mission, and I think I know how to fix it but I need your help," the redhead explained.
"He got his kekkei genkai sick?"
"Yes, now come on," Sasori said, walking off towards the base's medical area.
"You better be paying me," Kakuzu muttered, following after him.
. . . . .
Deidara growled in frustration as he wiped more drool from his handmouths.
"Deidara, come here, I think I may have found a cure for your hands," Sasori said, stepping into the room.
"Finally… What is it un?" the blonde asked walking up to his partner. Sasori suddenly slammed him against the wall.
"D-danna what are you-"
"Just calm down brat," Sasori said as Kakuzu stepped into the room, carrying a large shot, one that looked almost as big as the blonde himself. Deidara's eyes widened as the masked nin stepped closer.
"NO SASORI DANNA! I HATE SHOTS UN! He screamed, throwing the redhead away and bolting past Kakuzu out the room.
"Get him!" Sasori shouted, and the two chased after the fleeing blonde. Deidara ran around a corner and quickly turned into a room, quickly shutting and locking the door behind him.
"What the-" he ran across the room and slapped a hand over Hidan's mouth.
"SHHHHH," he hissed, staring at the door. The albino slapped his hand away and glared at the blonde.
"What the &#$ are you doing in here?" he whispered.
"Sasori-no-danna and Kakuzu-san are chasing me with a giant shot un," the blonde answered, glancing over at the door again.
"Well you can't #%$ hide in here so get out," Hidan growled, already starting to push the blonde to the door.
"Wait un!" he said, as Hidan slammed the door in his face.
"There you are brat." He froze and turned to see his partner and Kakuzu right behind him. He tried to run but Sasori caught him with chakra strings and held him still as Kakuzu approached him.
"NOOOO! LETMEGOLETMEGOLETMEGOOOO UN!" he shouted, trying to break free as Kakuzu grabbed his arm and lifted the shot. The blonde watched in horror and let out a high pitched scream as Kakuzu shoved the shot into his palmmouth.
"Shut up," The mask nin growled, smacking the blonde over the head before walking over to Sasori and holding out his hand. Sighing, the red head pulled out a handful of money and placed them in his hand. Smiling at his gain of money, Kakuzu walked off to his room.
"Geez brat, don't act like such a girl," Sasori said, releasing the chakra strings.
"But danna! The shot was as big as me un! And it hurt…" He stated, crossing his arms.
"Whatever, let's just hope it works," the puppetmaster grumbled, walking down the hall and back to their room with his partner following behind him. The blonde didn't know why, but for some reason he suddenly felt really tired. Maybe it was all the running around, he thought absentmindedly. Suppressing a yawn, he got into bed and almost instantly fell asleep
. . . . .
Deidara sat in a lone desk in some kind of school building. Looking down, he saw a bunch of tiny zoo animals sitting around on top of the desk, drinking cups of what appeared to be tea. 'What am I doing here?' he wondered. The blonde tried standing up only to find that his leg was chained to the bottom of the desk.
"What the-"
"I'm glad you're here," a voice interrupted. Seconds later, an old woman walked in. She looked over her glasses at Deidara then scoffed.
"Now then, tell me the answer to this problem," she said walking up to the board and quickly scribbling something down.
"What un?" the blonde gaped slightly not at all understanding what was going on.
"Oh come now, the answer to 5x+7(-x)-3+25 is obviously -11!" she shouted, hurling the eraser at the bomber's head.
"Let me go before I blow you up un!" Deidara growled, reaching for his clay pouch only to find that it was gone.
"That is no way to speak to your elders! You have just earned yourself three hours of detention!"
"But-"
"Make that five hours,"
"B-"
"Do you want it to be 10!?"
"…."
"Good. Now then…" Deidara blocked the woman out as he tried to think of an escape plan. 'This seems to be a one story building, so if I can just reach the window I can escape…' he thought, glancing over at the open window on the other side of the classroom. He grabbed the pencil off of his desk and quietly began to pick the lock on the chain around his ankle. The second it popped open he dashed from the desk and jumped through the window. Only to realize seconds later that the building was actually about 10 stories high. His hand shot out and just barely caught the edge of the window sill.
"So you thought you could escape, now did you?"
"Obviously, that's why I ran un," the blonde muttered.
"Little brat," she hissed, thwacking his hand with the ruler she was holding.
"Hey stop that un!" he shouted in alarm as his hand almost lost its grip.
"Brat!" she shouted over and over again, cackling evilly the whole time. Suddenly, his hand finally slipped and all he heard was her maniacal laughter as he plummeted to the ground.
Deidara's eyes suddenly snapped open, to see Sasori standing next to him with a vague look of concern on his face.
"What kind of dream where you having brat?" he asked, raising an eyebrow.
"Some crazy teacher chained me to a desk then when I tried to escape she knocked me out the window un!" he explained, sitting up. The redhead blinked slowly, giving his partner a blank look.
"Must be a side effect of the medicine," he muttered, walking back over to his desk.
"What do you mean un?" he asked.
"Some medicine can cause people to have weird dreams," Sasori explained, taking a puppet from its scroll.
"How are your hands?"
"Still sick un."
"Hm… We'll wait a little longer and if the medicine still hasn't helped then we'll have to try something else. But until then try to get some more sleep, that usually helps with sickness," Sasori said.
"Okay un," he blonde sighed, getting back in his bed. I hope I don't have any more crazy dreams… he though, closing his eyes.
