You're mine- Day 1 Our Spot Princess

The mood was set, and trust her not in the romantic way like you may be thinking right now. It was a mood of anger and such radiating off of Maka and she didn't care whether she was showing it or not. Although, Soul knew she was angry with him...she hasn't said a word after they spoke on the side walk about ten minutes ago.

However, they were closing in on the place that Soul had mentioned to her earlier.

"You excited?" He asked her. Maka slowly turned her head to Soul's question, but she only shrugged her shoulders and they continued walking in complete silence. A couple more minutes passed by and they finally reached the place Soul wanted to take her.

After, they wondered through the woods for a little bit, she couldn't help to think of the place more as they were getting there. She now couldn't believe it with her own eyes, it still was as beautiful as she remembered it.

"It's been a while since we have been back here, I'm surprised half of this place is still alive." She could hear Soul say and she could not help, but agree with him on that. The place was filled with countless plants, and usually by this time they should of been dead because of the change of season.

The last time Maka was here, goes back to when her and Soul were dating. They could not decide whether they should go out to see a movie or go out to dinner. Soul being himself voted that him and Maka should go see a scary film and that's when Maka had to decline to his request. She voted that they should go out to a nice fancy restaurant.

Soul only thought it would be boring. So that's when he ended up bringing her here. She used to call it the secret oasis. She had her reasons to call it that of course. It was practically a hidden place beyond the woods. A lake spreads across most of the land, clear blue lake that usually had ducks swimming in it in the day time.

So tonight, it was just a beautiful reflection of the moon in the lake. Maka took in a moment to stare at the scenery in front of her, she was not going to lie when she thought about the great memories that happened here. Soul was her first at everything, her first kiss, her first love, her fir-

She should probably not go any farther than that...

"Oi Maka, you just gonna stand there and look stupid? You coming?" He questioned walking around the side of the lake. She only rolled her eyes, but decided to follow him anyways. They both continued walking until they reached a spot under a really big oak tree, at least Maka was 99% sure that was what the tree was.

She can't really see anything and the only light they really had was the moon's reflection off the water, not to mention it was cold out! Soul took his place by the Oak tree's trunk and laid back placing his hands behind his head for support.

Maka only watched as he did this, he opened one eye revealing his red orb and smirked patting beside him."I don't see any reason why you have to stress about shit all the time, sit down and take a breather would you?" He snickered.

Maka eyes widened a bit."You have no right's to tell me not to be stressed Soul Eater Evans! Hiro is back and god knows what the little fucker is up to, and were sitting here relaxing!" She snapped, placing her hands on her hips glaring at him.

She could only hear him grumbled something along the lines of "Stubborn Woman..." and "Never listens..." she yelped when she was suddenly pulled down towards the ground by Soul. He only sighed, releasing his grip on her wrist and placing his hand back behind his head. Maka rolled her eyes and sat on the opposite side of the tree, neither saying a word.

It's kind of strange she thought silently to herself. She never imagined that she would ever come back to this place. The day when Soul, herself and their friends all dropped out of school, this place would be the one place that always made her feel...safe...happy...and it made her not care about a thing in the world.

Events change...and people as well, when Soul brought her here they would always talk about stuff they would see on the news. Criminals and gangs and how its not worth getting involved into stuff like that, but if you look at them now. It's funny right? Maka would of never guessed that she too would be involved in a gang one day.

Just like all the other days, she wonders if she made the right choice.

"Can we talk, you have been giving me the cold shoulder for about ten minutes now..." He trailed, Maka only sighed placing her hands on the side of her squeezing the grass in the palm of her hands.

She only took a small breath."What is there to talk about Soul...I mean really?" She pried, clenching her hands tighter ripping up little pieces of grass in the process of doing that.

Soul leaned off the tree and turned his head around the trunk of the tree only to find Maka staring off into space. He only sighed standing up and walking over towards the edge of the lake."Your guess is just as good as mines princess." He told her.

Maka raised a brow a little bit pissed.

"Your'e telling me, you want to talk, yet then you don't know what the fuck to talk about!" She shouted, standing up and glaring at Soul. He snickered at her and shoved his hands in his pockets, narrowing his eyes right at her.

"You know what I want to talk about Maka, do you need me to write it down for you?" There goes his cockiness.

"Soul, I swear you can be such an ass!" She retorted.

Silence rushed over the two once again and Maka only wondered why Soul was so persistent to talk about what happened between her, him and Adriana. She didn't want to even speak her name because it riled her up so badly, besides...what's done is done. Maka could hear him let out a small groan in frustration.

"Fine, you don't want to talk and fix things? Alright, then we won't." He said in a tone.

Maka only muttered to herself, getting up off the ground before walking around the tree only to find Soul standing by the lake, running his hand through his thick silver locks before meeting her gaze.

"Why?"

"Why What?"

"Why do you want to talk about what happened so badly?" She snickered, leaning against the tree using her foot to support herself.

Soul gave Maka a skeptical look, he knew just as well as the next person that she knows why he wants to talk about it. He wanted to fix things with Maka and he already made it clear he wasn't going to give up on her no matter what happened. She didn't seem to get the picture obviously. He walked back over towards the tree where Maka was resting and stopped right in front of her, narrowing his eyes at her.

She only look at him and rolled her eyes."What?"

"You know why I want to talk about this so badly Maka, don't play fucking stupid." He snickered.

"Who says I know? You don't know that I know Soul...so don't make false accusations, isn't that what you always told me Soul, well...isn't it?" She pried, giving him a cocky smirk of her own.

Soul only gave her a hard core glare, without warning her slammed his right hand against the making her jumped a bit. He dropped his head and mumbled a few words she couldn't quite make out, until he lifted up his head and gazed straight at her. She had no choice, but ti look him in the eyes considering they were so dangerously close to one another.

"If your trying to piss me off let me know, because your doing a hell of a good job at it." He said in a dangerously low voice.

She only snorted."Oh please Soul, I could still piss you off without even trying."

She was about to get up and move away from him, but that's when he slammed his other hand against the tree. Locking Maka completely in place, she only glared at him.

"You know Maka", he muttered and she furrowed her brows."Even though you act like you don't care, inside I know you still do care. You might not see it, but I can bet you that not only me...but Liz, Patty, Blackstar, Kidd and Tsubaki can see it too. So tell me Maka...am I accusing you of anything...or am I right?" He asked her.

Maka closed her eyes and took in a deep breath, but she chose not to say anything. Soul looked at her, but she started to turn her head in the other direction refusing to lock gazes with him. She was to much into a deep thought at the moment. Soul sighed, and retracted his hands from the tree trunk and only stood there looking at Maka who still hasn't said a word.

Shoving his hands in his pockets he took this time to speak once again since she would not."You can shove me away, call me a dick, jerk a fucker like you did in the past, but listen to this..."

"...I'm not giving up on making you mine Maka, I will have you soon enough." He smirked, but Maka only kept her head turned in the opposite direction.

Silence again filled the air and it started to get much colder than before. Soul could feel his phone vibrating through his pocket and quickly took it out and read that it was a text from Kidd saying:

Liz and I are back together the same with Tsubaki and Blackstar.

How is everything going with Maka?

Oh, and Soul we will meet you guys back at the girls place in ten minutes.

-Kidd

Soul only sighed and chose not to respond back to that the only thing he wondered is how Kidd and Blackstar managed to grab Tsubaki and Liz's heart so quickly. He thinks about it a bit and remembers who he's dealing with right now. Soul looked at Maka who was now looking towards the ground.

"We need to get going, Kidd just text me and told me we should meet them at you guys house in ten minutes." Soul explained. She didn't care to respond its not like Soul thought she would anyway. Maka got off the tree and started to walk past Soul, but something was off when Soul heard a crack in the distance.

Without thinking twice he tackled Maka down to the ground the same time a random shot was fired from out of nowhere. Soul looked around, but he did't see anyone because of how dark it was right now.

"What the fuck Soul, get your ass off of me your squishing me!" Maka shouted, her face being squished because of Soul being on top of her.

He looked down at Maka and narrowed his eyes."I think we can say that's the least of your worries Maka, or did you want to get shot instead?" He challenged, helping her off the ground.

"Of course not dumb-ass." She snickered.

Maka and Soul looked around and it was clear. Who could of shot at them and why were they getting shot at in the first place? There was something wrong and truth be told she didn't want to stay and find out what that something is because she doubts that its something good. Soul scanned the area and motioned Maka to follow him at the same time.

"We need to get out of here, I have a feeling Hiro is behind this shit." He muttered making his way out of the woods with Maka trialing close behind him.

The only thing that toggled his mind at the moment is not having a gun on him at all. He isn't the only one that was weaponless either, Miss Bad-Ass didn't have any guns on her at all. He only hoped that they could make it back to Maka's house before things started to get worst.

"I should of known that bastard wasn't bluffing, goddamn it!" Maka groaned.

Soul only smirked."You know Hiro better than the rest of us combined, how in hell did you not think he meant what he said?"

They made their way out towards the main road and began walking back in the direction of Maka's home."Even though what your saying is true, there are sometimes when I can't tell whether he is bluffing of not." She snickered.

"I should of known...you and Evans would end up fucking around with each other again soon enough." A dangerous voice growled.

Soul and Maka both turned their heads towards the source of the voice. Maka knew that voice from anywhere and like always she was right. Why out of all the people did she have to run into him?

Anthony Riggs.

"Long time no see Anthony." Soul grinned ear from ear.

Anthony gave Soul a smirk before looking towards Maka who just stared at him."Maka...you look just as lovely as I remembered y-..."

"What are you doing here?" Maka's voice was sharp and quick with the question Anthony looked at Maka for a moment a sly smile breaking on his lips as he gazed at her. It's been a while since he's seen her sure, but she was still as sharp as a knife.

"So quick to get to the point." He shrugged, his golden bangs swishing to the right side of his face when he turned in the different direction.

Anthony was a great looking guy and there was no denying that at all. Maka didn't hate him, he could be a really good guy if he wanted to, but the thing she hates the most about him is that he's Rag's right hand man.

She hated that Anthony does nothing more, but follow in the footsteps of that total douche bag. He could do so much better without him. Maka glanced at his features for a second, considering its been a while since she's seen him, but it seems that he didn't change at all. He still had the same glowing blonde hair, green eyes that were a lot lighter than her own. The perfect colored skin and height.

He was wearing baggy pants, with combat boots on along with a black tank showing off his muscles.

"Were you the one that shot at us earlier?" She said breaking out of her gaze and narrowed her eyes at him. He looked at her with wide eyes and then smirked.

"Correct as always..."

"Why!"

"Calm down Maka, I was merely sending out a warning signal."

Soul rolled his eyes."Well you just merely sending out a fucking signal almost killed us!" He snarled.

"It's not like I was trying to kill you because I wasn't, that's not my intention. Hiro told me to shoot towards you to spook you a little bit so you can get the picture that he's not fucking around with you...Maka." He turned his head towards her.

Soul looked at Maka and he could see the anger build up inside her.

"If Hiro wants to play dirty. Why don't he take me on one on one then instead on depending on his little minions!" She snapped.

"You ask him that yourself when you see him Albarn, anyways, my job here is finished. He also wanted me to tell you to watch your back always, because the longer you keep him waiting, the more chaotic things are going to become." He smirked, and turned away from Soul and Maka leaving the two speechless.

Soul only sighed."What do you suppose we do?"

She watched as Anthony strolled down the sidewalk without a care in the world, before hearing Soul say something to her which caught her attention and she turned her head towards him. She looked at him for a brief second before walking past him and towards her home.

"We have to talk to the other about this first and warn them, as much as I would like you to leave me alone for good. I might need you, Kidd and Blackstar's help sadly." She sighed, rubbing her forehead as she explained to Soul who was trailing behind her.

Soul gave her a toothy smirked."I knew you would need my help sooner or later, but even so I'm willing to do what you need me to do princess." He grinned which Maka rolled her eyes at.

"Fine, if your so committed then walk fucking faster...I can't do much without my gun." She announced.

Soul could only imagine what runs through that thick head, but then again it would be safer not to know what goes on. Finally reaching Maka's old and bust up place they entered. Soul wasn't going to complain his, Kidd and Blackstar's place was not better.

Maka mouthed dropped at the scene in front of her and Soul only gave her a confused look before gazing in the same direction. If he didn't know better he think his mouth did the same. Maka and Soul only blinked in confusion as Blackstar was straddling Tsubaki on the ground, kissing her up and down the belly making her giggle.

Kidd and Liz was on the making out with one another, as for Patty she was sleeping on the ground practically passed out. Liz heard a noise behind her and stopped kissing Kidd. She gave Maka a weak smile and a small wave, before kicking Blackstar off of Tsubaki who was moaning.

"What the fuck Liz I was just about-", He soon noticed Soul and Maka."...Hey Guys, what took you so long?" He grinned.

Maka still couldn't believe what was going on right now. Tsubaki's face was red in embarrassment as she rubbed the back of her head sheepishly. She soon regained her posture and narrowed her eyes at the sight.

"Explain."

"Well, you see Maka...Kidd and I are...uh back together now, same with Blackstar and Tsubaki..."She pointed out.

Maka's eyes went wide. She only turned to the one person she had a feeling already knew about this. She gave Soul a glare that he only smirked at and she couldn't help to punch him in the arm.

"Yes, I already knew, did you have to fucking punch me!" He snapped.

"I swear Soul, one of these days..." She trailed not bothering to finish her sentence, she walked into her room and slammed the door. All went silent and the only thing Soul and the others could hear was the sound of the guns safety clicking off.

She was committed to this life.
