"Alright ladies and gentleman let's hurry up here! We have exactly three hours before this concert, we need to rehearse!" Cooper's voice rang out through the hallway, and I could hear Trina just outside our door.

"Uh-oh Kit-Kat," Lianna warned the closed bathroom door, "better hurry, 'cause our beloved drill sergeant is here!"

"Funny Li, really," Trina's unimpressed face said anything but. "Ladies, let's go! We talked about this! We have three hours before the concert, and we still have to get to the venue! Not to mention the traffic! Now, let's move!" As soon as Cati opened the bathroom door we were jostled into the hallway.

Go figure. Not even twenty minutes off of the bus before we're pushed right back on it. At least this time, the air was humming with the mixed melodies of the Star Rockers and the Naked Brother's Band. I quietly played along to whatever melody I heard first, before Lisa cleared her throat next to me.

"If you want to make your band think you're over them, you probably shouldn't be playing any of their songs." My fingers stopped strumming the harmony of Rosalina instantly.

"I -"

"I know you still miss them Rosalina. And it's really okay. We're not mad at you for missing anyone. We just don't want to see you get hurt, and it seems like every time something happens between you and the band, or you and Nat it always ends badly." I wanted to tell her that it wasn't always like that - That me and the guys were best friends, and that some of my favorite memories were with Nat - with all of them. I opened my mouth to say something - anything - but Lisa only patted my shoulder before going to sit next to Thomas.

My phone was silent - I had given up on keeping it on, instead ignoring all of the messages. I already knew something was going to happen. And I just couldn't sleep with my phone blinking all night long.

As we finally pulled into our venue, I practically ran off the bus. Wrenching open the stage doors, I hurriedly set my bass down before walking onto the stage. The Star Rockers would be playing first - Our microphones were already set up. We only had to move them into place.

I could only partially hear Trina's stressed voice from behind the curtains, so instead I took my time to place my microphone in my spot. There were so many seats - So many people, and Cooper couldn't stop talking about how the show was completely sold out. The butterflies flew into my stomach as I lowered the microphone to my mouth.

"You're acting more weird than usual Rosalina." Maya's voice made me jump, pushing away the microphone.

"I don't know -"

"Rosalina, stop it. Ever since that phone call in the bathroom you've been jumpier than usual. And even though I know - like everyone else does, I should add - you still miss-"

"I know! Okay! I've heard it from everyone today and Maya I honestly don't need to hear it from you."

"Well, then I know it's not about that." I tossed her a glance; I was confused as to why she was letting me get away from the Nat and the other band thing.

"Rosalina, my dad...is on the police force. You know that, right?" I only nodded.

"He was also a private detective and -"

"Rosalina, your phone's buzzing. You have a text!" Lianna waltzed onto stage, passing me my phone. I frowned.

"It died though."

"I know silly! But I found your charger and plugged it in on the bus, so you could have it! You're almost never without your phone, so I'm sure the past few hours must've killed you." Lianna laughed before leaving to tune her guitar.

Tell and the deal is off. - M

My skin tingled. I hooked the microphone onto the stand before dodging around Maya quickly.

"Rosalina! Come back!" I ran off the stage and barreled straight into Nat.

"Uh, sorry Nat. I got to go. Later!" I could feel my voice turning into a squeak. How did he know Maya was talking about this? How did he know she was offering to help? Was he even here? I peeked out a window and saw the reporter vans begin to line up outside. I gulped. I had a very bad feeling about this.

Maya POV

"Alright everyone! That was amazing! Okay, so there's no meetings or photo shoots after this, but I already gave everyone a list of the parties, and there's one huge party that I think we should all attend, but it's not until tomorrow-"

"Trina, hold up. Where's Rosalina?" Cati looked around quickly. "I swear, she was just right here."

"I think she left to go to the bathroom..." Christa tried peering further backstage, but the crew was already busy picking up the set.

"Well, we should find her. We can't leave without her. Everyone, split up!" I ordered, feeling slightly panicked. I had no idea what was making Rosalina so scared on the tour, but it was more than just seeing her old band again.

"Maya, Cati!" I heard Thomas swear for the first time in my life, as Lisa's shriek pierced the air. We ran over to where Rosalina's music was. Everything on the table was messy, and the few boxes on the floor had been moved wildly, as if there was some sort of fight.

Everyone seemed to be waiting for the others to confirm what they saw, the shock still spread out along their faces.

"Maya, look at this." Cati pointed to Rosalina's stuff, and sure enough, a ripped piece of paper was laying in plain sight.

We told the bitch what we needed, and she didn't get it done. I guess if she couldn't keep you brats off the stage, then we get to keep her instead. - M
