Authors Note: So it appears once again it has taken me a while to update. I am sorry about that. It seems flat hunting has taken over my life! Ha! However my boyfriend and I have found a place that we love and will hopefully be moving into it soon so I hopefully will not take too long to post the next chapter for you all. Anyway here is a sixteen year old Regina. This is where things are going to start picking up a little more. With teenage Regina will come some drama which I think we need some drama. But let me start with this chapter and we shall see what will happen :-)

Being sixteen years old and living in Storybrooke can be quite boring. There isn't much around for teenagers so when a party is being thrown at someone's house you can pretty much guarantee every teenager will be there. So that is where Regina finds herself with Rose and Robin by her side. She smoothes her hands over her red mini dress and looks around the room.

"I'm not sure if we should be here Regina." Rose says as she also looks around the room. Their parents had told them specifically that they were not to go to the party. William Nottingham's big brother was hosting the party and everyone knew when he was organising something it usually got out of hand but Regina in no way was missing out on the party that everyone was going to attend.

"Oh Rose it will be fine. If there's any trouble we will leave." Regina shrugged and began to walk into the room.

They had told their parents that they were staying at each other's house finding no flaws in their plan and having gone over it many times before talking to their parents. They had decided they would just camp out in the old tree house in the forest that they used to play in as children because of course how uncomfortable could it be? And they weren't planning on going home earlier.

Regina made a beeline for the punch bowl and she grabbed a cup and filled it up. Taking a sip she looked over at Rose who was giving her a questioning look. "What?" She asked.

"You do know that probably has like loads of alcohol in it right?" Rose asked.

"Yea…so…" Regina shrugged. "Have you never had a drink before?"

"Sure I have had a drink before but I have never had that much. You will be under the table after one glass." Rose said.

"She has a point. Little John told me that William's brother gets whatever alcohol he can and just pours it in the one bowl and hopes for the best." Robin added.

Regina shrugged her shoulders and took another sip. "It tastes fine. I will be fine."

Rose and Robin gave one another a look. "Regina!" came a squeal from the other side of the room and they both looked round to see a girl called Miranda walking over to them.

"Hey Miranda." Regina smiled and took a few steps forward towards the girl.

Rose and Robin watched as Regina talked to the girl and then Rose leaned into Robin slightly. "I think we are going to need to keep an eye on her." Rose whispered.

"Yea, if she keeps drinking that punch she won't be standing for much longer.

Of course as the night went on and Regina drank more and more of the punch Robin and Rose were proved right and Regina was beginning to struggle to walk and never mind standing. Rose managed to help Regina over to a couch while Robin went to go and get her a glass of water.

"Roseeeeee…" Regina slurred as she leaned into Rose her head resting on her shoulder.

"Yea Regina?" Rose said trying not to laugh at her best friend.

"I love ya you know…I mean you have been my best friend for like…forever…" Regina slurred and made big hand gestures.

"Yea I have. I love you too." Rose replied.

Robin returned with the glass of water and gave it to Regina. "And here is the man I've been waiting for."Regina slurred happily.

"Hey." Robin laughed.

"Come sit here…" Regina said pulling Robin down onto the sofa beside her.

"Okay sure." Robin laughed again.

"You know Robin…" Regina said and then hiccupped making Robin and Rose laugh a little more. "There's something I have wanted to tell you…"

Uh oh. Rose thought. Now do I stop her from talking or let her continue? She has wanted to tell Robin how she feels for so long…maybe this is her time? Or maybe she is just incredibly drunk. "Regina maybe we should get you home." Rose said quickly trying to distract both Regina and now an interested Robin.

"Home? Are you crazy?" Regina squeaked and then hiccupped at the end.

"Yea she is right. Her mom and dad will kill us if we take her home like this. Kill us and then probably kill her. We are done for." Robin said with a sigh.

"Yea you are right." Rose replied.

"You know Robin I love this shirt on you." Regina slurred as she placed a hand on Robin's chest and played with one of the shirt buttons. "It really suits you."

"Well…I…Thanks…I guess." Robin stuttered as Regina continued to lean on him, playing with one of his shirt buttons and giving him one hell of a sexy look. Well at least he thought it was. Although he thought that about many looks Regina gives and whatever Regina wears well she makes that sexy too.

"But you know what would be even better…" Regina slurred leaning further in so she was closer to Robin, her lips mere inches away from his.

"Okay I really think we need to get her out of here." Rose said standing up from the sofa.

"Oh well we could wait just a minute…" Robin said.

"Nope come on we need to go." Rose said leaning down and trying to pulled Regina up off the sofa. She managed to but Regina stumbled causing her to stumble and Robin just managing to catch them both before they fell.

"Oops." Regina giggled with her hand over her mouth.

Robin and Rose helped Regina out of the house and they walked down the street trying to figure out what they were going to do. They had a very drunk Regina and the only place to go was the stupid tree house. They decided they really hadn't thought everything through.

"Where are we going to go? We can't take her to the tree house. There is no way we are getting her up that ladder." Robin said.

"I don't know. We ruled out her house. There is no way we can take her to mine because my mom will grass her up to her parents and also kill me for being at the party so that's out. What about your place?" Rose said.

"Nope, I'm staying at Little Johns tonight." Robin shrugged.

Rose sighed and she tried to think where they could go. Anywhere she could think to go resulted in them all somehow getting into trouble. She then got an idea that she was sure would work for them all. "What about if we take her to Emma? Surely Emma wouldn't grass her up to their parents?"

"You think she wouldn't?" Robin asked.

"Nah she's cool. Regina always says Emma is cool for a big sister." Rose said.

"Alright well we will take her there then." Robin agreed.

"Ow, my feet hurt." Regina whined as she stopped dead in the middle of the pavement and refused to move.

"Come on Regina we need to get to Emma's." Rose said pulling gently on Regina's arm.

"No, my feet hurt." Regina whined again. "And I feel sick."

"Oh god." Rose sighed.

"It's alright I'll carry her. It's not that far." Robin said. He then leaned down and scooped Regina up with one arm round her back and the other under her legs, lifting her bridal style. "But if you feel like you are going to be sick please tell me with enough time to put you down."

"My hero." Regina sighed as she wrapped her arms round his neck and rested her head on his chest.

"Did she just call me her hero?" Robin asked with a confused look.

"She's drunk." Rose shrugged and they began to make their way to Emma's hoping that they wouldn't get in trouble. Once they got to the apartment building and climbed the steps Rose knocked on the door and they waited for Emma to answer the door.

Emma who had been lying in bed trying to get to sleep groaned as she heard the knocking at the door. She huffed and threw the covers off of her, grabbed a jumper and pulled it on as she made her way to the door where the knocking came again.

"I'm coming." Emma called as she grabbed her keys off the side and unlocked the door. Opening the door she was confronted by a embarrassed looking Rose and Robin who was carrying a sleeping Regina in his arms. "What the hell has happened?" Emma asked as she stood aside and let them into the apartment.

"Erm…well you know that party that everyone has been going on about?" Rose started.

"Jack Nottingham's party? The one none of you were suppose to go to?" Emma asked with a raised eyebrow.

"Hit the nail on the head there." Robin said with a slight laugh and then stopped as soon as Emma gave him a look.

"Yea that's the one…well we all kind of went to it. Regina and I came up with a plan so we could go and hopefully our parents wouldn't find out but Regina kind of got a little drunk." Rose explained.

"Drunk? She didn't drink his punch did she?" Emma asked also having heard all the stories of Jacks punch making.

"I'd love to say no but that would be lying. She had quite a few cups of it. I'm not exactly sure how many…" Rose said.

"I lost count at about five." Robin sighed. "We tried to tell her but she said she would be fine and then she got talking to that Miranda and her friends and then William was trying to show off to her and kept filling up her cup and well…"

Emma sighed and ran her fingers through her blonde curls. This was the last thing she needed. "It was just the punch she drank? There was nothing else? No drugs or anything?"

"No no she didn't do anything like that. Was just the punch." Rose confirmed.

"Okay. That's fine." Emma sighed. "Robin just lay her down on the couch and thank you both for bringing her here and trying to look after her."

"We were going to take her home but we had a feeling your parents might kills us and then her." Robin said.

Emma laughed a little and nodded her head. "Yea you guys made a good choice bringing her to me."

"So you won't tell them?" Rose asked.

"No don't worry I won't tell them about this." Emma replied and she watched as Robin and Rose instantly let a sigh of relief out. "Now have you guys got somewhere to go?"

"Yea I'm staying at Little Johns. You can come with me Rose, Little John won't mind." Robin said.

"Thanks." Rose said giving him a smile.

"Okay guys. Thanks again for looking out for her." Emma said as she showed them out of the apartment.

"Tell Regina to phone me…you know when she's a little less drunk." Rose said.

"I will do." Emma laughed. She said goodbye to them and then closed the door and locked it again. She then turned round and looked over at Regina who was still sleeping on the couch. She sighed and tried to think what she was going to do with a drunk teenager. She couldn't very well be angry with Regina. She had done the same thing at sixteen years old. It was all part and parcel of being a teenager. She just wished it hadn't been at the Nottingham's party. Literally anything could have been in that punch.

She sighed and pushed herself off the door and walked through to her bedroom and pulled open one of the drawers and grabbed some pyjamas. She then walked through and over to Regina. Crouching down she shook Regina gently to try and wake her up. "Regina, wake up." Emma said. Regina groaned but her eyes began to open slightly and she gave Emma a drunken look as she tried to figure out where she was. "Hey. How you feeling?" Emma said.

"How did I get here?" Regina asked, her words still slurring.

"Rose and Robin brought you here." Emma answered. Regina nodded slightly and Emma helped her to sit up. Emma watched Regina carefully and she could see Regina's face changing colour slightly and she had a feeling on what Regina was going to say and do next.

"Emma I think I'm going to be sick." Regina said as she placed a hand on her stomach.

"Okay, come on." Emma said helping Regina up off the sofa and through the bathroom. "Please try and keep it in until we get in the bathroom."

As soon as they got to the bathroom and over to the toilet Regina knelt down and emptied the contents of her stomach with Emma by her side, rubbing her back and trying to comfort her while also looking away not wanting to see Regina being sick. Regina soon finished and Emma handed her some toilet roll to wipe her mouth and Regina did so and then flushed the toilet. She sat back against the bath, brought her knees up against her chest and rested her head on them.

"Oh god I feel horrible." Regina groaned.

Emma laughed a little and she got up to get Regina a glass of water. Once she came back she sat down beside Regina and nudged her slightly. Regina lifted her head and Emma handed her the glass of water. "Take slow sips." Regina nodded and did as Emma told her. "So you drunk the punch eh?"

"I think so…" Regina replied in between sips of water.

"Not the smartest move you have ever made." Emma said. She looked to the side to see Regina with her head on her knees again, the glass of water placed on the floor by her feet. She couldn't help the little laugh that escaped her.

Regina looked up at Emma and frowned, her look still drunken, her hair a mess. "What are you laughing at?"

"Oh nothing. It's just funny to see you like this." Emma shrugged her shoulders.

"Well I am glad you find it funny." Regina groaned as she rested her head back on her knees.

Emma laughed again and rested back on the bath. "Well you will go and drink the punch at a party that you weren't even allowed to go to in the first place."

Regina groaned again. She lifted her head and turned slightly towards Emma, her legs moving down. "You won't tell mom and dad with you? Please don't. They will kill me!" Regina begged a little.

"No don't worry I won't tell them." Emma sighed.

"Oh thank you Emma!" Regina exclaimed and flung herself at Emma wrapping her arms around her.

"But…" Emma started and Regina groaned. She pulled away from Emma and looked at her waiting for the next part. "You need to promise me you will not do this again Regina."

"Aw but Emma everyone was going to be there. I couldn't miss this party. Don't you remember what it was like? If I missed this party then that would be it." Regina moaned.

Emma rolled her eyes. She forgot the times of being a teenager and the biggest problem being missing a party that everyone was going to. Oh how she wished that was her biggest problem now. "Regina You do understand why mom and dad didn't want you to be at that party don't you?"

"Yea yea, lots of older kids, alcohol, blah blah blah." Regina said rolling her eyes.

"Regina I am being serious now." Emma sighed as she turned slightly to face Regina a bit more. "Mom and dad really didn't want you to go to that party and it was for a good reason. They knew exactly what it was going to be like. Everyone knows what Jack Nottingham is like and what his parties are like and his brother is no better." Emma said.

"Then why do you have him working at the station?" Regina asked.

"William Nottingham is barely doing anything at the station. He wants to work in the police when he is older so he wants to get experience but he barely does anything than runs around after your father and I grabbing us lunch." Emma explained. "We don't trust him with anything else, well at least I certainly don't. Anyway that is not the point I am trying to make Regina."

"I get it Emma." Regina sighed and rolled her eyes. "I was bad for not listening and going to the party and drinking when I was told not to do so. Are you going to put me in time out now?" Regina sassed back.

"Your impossible sometimes you know that?" Emma fired back.

"So I have been told." Regina shrugged.

"I could put you in time out." Emma said.

Regina whipped her head round to look at Emma and tried to gauge whether she was being serious. Surely she couldn't actually be serious in putting her on time out. She hadn't been in a time out since she was at least ten years old. "Are you serious?"

Emma shrugged her shoulders. "Well why not? You done something you were told not to do."

"Time out is for children Emma. I am not a child anymore."

"Well don't act like one then." Emma said.

Regina sighed and rested her head back against the bath. "I wasn't acting like a child. I just wanted to go to the party."

"And were you planning on drinking the punch before?" Emma asked.

"I was only going to have one glass but then…I don't know. It tasted alright and then William kept filling my glass up and I just kept drinking it. I wanted to stop when I began to feel weird but I was with Miranda and all her friends and they were drinking and…"

"And you wanted to look cool in front of them." Emma interrupted Regina's ramblings in understanding. Typical teenage problems. Peer pressure and making sure to stay looking cool to the popular kids. Although it was never something Emma thought Regina cared about. She wasn't unpopular. She had good friends.

Regina nodded her head. "I realise it was stupid now…now that I feel like this anyway."

"Hangover started?" Emma asked.

"I think I'm dying." Regina groaned and Emma laughed.

After a while Regina had gotten changed into the pyjamas Emma had got for her and Emma helped her to bed, getting a bucket just in case Regina was sick again and making her take some headache tablets to hopefully ease off any headache when she woke up later. She had slept on into the late morning. Emma had been up for at least a couple of hours before Regina finally got up and made her way into the living/kitchen area looking not her best.

Emma looked up and tried not to laugh when she saw a dazed looking Regina, her hair a mess, make up still on her face. "How you feeling?" Emma asked.

"I honestly feel like I am dying." Regina responded as she sat down on one of the stools at the kitchen counter opposite Emma.

"Yea too much alcohol will do that to you." Emma smirked.

"What can I do to help it? Please help me?" Regina groaned as she rested her head down on the counter.

Emma laughed a little. "Here…" Emma said as she got a glass of water and slid it across the counter. "Drink plenty of fluids. How's your head?"

"It feels like it has a pulse and hurts immensely." Regina said.

Emma nodded her head and then walked round the counter and over to the bathroom. She soon returned with some headache tablets and placed them on the counter "Take these. Those should hopefully ease the headache. Are you hungry?"

"I'm not sure I could eat anything. I feel sick."

"It is probably more hunger than anything. You need to eat something. Why don't I make some pancakes. Lots of grease and maple syrup. Perfect for a hangover."

Regina made a face and groaned placing a hand on her stomach. "Really?"

"Yea fatty food is what you need for your hangover." Emma said as she went about making the pancakes. Emma watched as Regina just sat there and stared down at her glass of water. As she looked at Regina she knew she couldn't go home today. Mary-Margaret and David would take one look at her and know there was something wrong and they would know exactly what. So there was only one thing to do. "You're going to stay here again tonight." Emma said pulling Regina out of her thoughts.

Regina looked up at Emma and gave her a questioning look. "Am I?" Regina asked.

"Yea. You can't go home. Mom and dad will take one look at you and know what has happened. You can stay here." Emma said.

"I don't have anything with me."

"It's fine I will pop out and get you some of your stuff." Emma shrugged.

"And what are you going to tell mom and dad?" Regina asked.

"I will just say I fancied spending some time with my little sis and you were up for it. We are going to spend the day eating junk food and watching movies." Emma said.

"I suppose that sounds good." Regina nodded slightly.

"Course it does. it involves me." Emma smirked.

Regina rolled her eyes and laughed a little. "Yea of course."

They both jumped slightly as there was a knock at the door. Emma put the pancakes on a plate and then walked round the counter and over to the door. She opened it and smiled as she saw Robin stood on the other side. "Oh hi Robin." Emma said loudly to alert Regina who gasped and stood from the stool, fixing her hair and trying to make herself as presentable as she could in her hung-over state and dressed in a pair of red and white checked pyjama bottoms and white vest top. "What can I do for you?" Emma asked as she leaned on the door.

"I…erm…I just wanted to come and see how Regina is after last night…you know…" Robin shrugged as he shoved his hands into his jean pockets. "And I kinda wanted to talk to her about something."

"Oh right. Well do come in." Emma said stepped aside to let Robin into the apartment.

As he walked in his eyes scanned the room and his eyes landed on Regina who was looking into the toaster to try and fix the makeup she had slept in. Emma who had now closed the door smirked and then coughed causing Regina to jump, drop the toaster slightly and spin round, blushing and giving them both a small smile. "Hi." She said quietly.

"Hi. I just wanted to come and see how you are?" Robin said as he walked into the room a little more.

"I'm…a little ill." Regina said.

"A little?" Emma scoffed and received a glare from Regina.

"Yes a little." Regina hissed.

Robin laughed a little. "I thought you would have been worse after all the punch you drank last night."

"Well…yea…I don't recommend it." Regina nodded.

"Talking of last night I was wondering if we could talk…in private maybe?" Robin asked looking from Regina and then to Emma.

"Oh sure. I will just head upstairs. Leave you two alone for a bit." Emma said as she headed towards the stairs. She slowly climbed up the steps, glancing back every so often to see Robin and Regina moving towards the sofa and sitting down. Both looking awkward and nervous. She couldn't help but smile at the two teenagers.

"So what did you want to talk about?" Regina asked as she sat on the edge of the sofa, her hands in her lap, fiddling with her fingers nervously.

"it was just about something you said last night…or well more like something you kept trying to say but Rose kept interrupting you. I just wanted to know what you were trying to tell me. It seemed important, even if you were kind of drunk." Robin said and Regina laughed a little.

She ran her fingers through her hair. Should she just tell him? She had wanted to for so long. But then what if he rejected her and it ruined their friendship. She didn't want that. She wanted him in her life no matter what. But what if he didn't reject her? "It's something I have wanted to say to you for a while, but I just don't know whether I should." Regina said nervously.

"Regina you know you can tell me anything." Robin said shifting forward slightly and taking her hand in his.

Regina looked down at their hands and then back up into Robin's eyes. Okay. This was it. She was going to go for it. She nodded her head and then took a deep breath. "Okay…well what it is, is…the thing is…" Regina stuttered trying to form the best way to tell one of her best friends that she loved him like crazy and wanted to be with him. "The thing is…I really like you Robin."

"I really like you too Regina." Robin smiled.

"No Robin, I mean I like you, like you." Regina said trying to emphasise to Robin what she meant.

Robin nodded his head. "Yea I know. I like you, like you too."

Regina gasped. "You do?"

Robin nodded his head again. "Yea. I have done for so long. I just wasn't sure if you felt the same way.

Emma who was sat at the top of the stairs had been listening to everything, rolling her eyes at the teenagers. Everyone in the whole damn town had known that the two had liked each other for ages and had been waiting for the day where the two would realise this. She smiled as she watched them.

"Really?" Regina smiled trying to hold in her excitement.

"Yea. I kept going to say something to you but I kept stopping myself. I always got scared that you would say you didn't like me like that." Robin shrugged.

Regina smiled. "Well I do like you like that." She responded which made Robin smile.

"So you would want to go out on a date with me then?" Robin asked.

Regina nodded her head happily. "Yes I'd like that very much."

"Great!" Robin said happily with a little squeak to his voice that made Regina giggle a little. He cleared his throat and sat up straight puffing his chest out a little. "Great!" He said in a deeper voice making Regina giggle again. "So what about next Friday? I could take you out then?"

"That sounds good." Regina said biting her lip a little.

Robin nodded and they sat in silence for a moment, both glancing up at one another. Robin then shifted towards Regina a little more and said quietly to her. "Would you mind if I kissed you?"

"I wouldn't mind at all." Regina said.

Robin smiled at her and then leaned forward placing his lips against hers. It was their first kiss. Inexperienced, perhaps a little sloppy, but both were so caught up in the moment that neither cared and wouldn't have noticed anyway. Robin placed his hands on Regina's slim waist and Regina had her hands on his upper arms. The kiss was soft. Robin pulled away and Regina giggled again.

Emma couldn't help but smile as she watched the two. Finally they had both made a move and got themselves together.

Authors Note: So here we have the beginning of Outlaw Queen. Anyone have any ideas what there first date should be? :-)
