"Hey Luke" Brooke said
"How you feeling?"

"Home! Finally!" Brooke said as she entered the house while Lucas and Nathan chuckled
"Wow really missed this place huh?" Nathan said as he plopped himself on the sofa
"I did" Brooke replied "Hey where's tutor girl?"
"Here" Haley said as she walked out of the kitchen with a plate full of cookies. They sat and watched 'A lot like love' and Haley and Brooke stared dreamily at Ashton Kutcher as the rolled their eyes and chuckled
"I look much better than him" Lucas said
"Yeah you wish" Haley and Brooke said in unison

Rachel and Alex were sitting on the beach and talking about Peyton and what should be done about her
"I knew she was trouble. That hoe can't take a hint, can she?" Alex huffed
"Tell me 'bout it" Rachel scoffed "I mean I can't beli-" she started but got cut of midway by someone who called her name
"Rachel?" the voice said
"Oh my god" Rachel said as she stared in awe
"Can I talk to you?" The owner of the voice asked as Alex looked at Rachel curiously while she nodded
"Who is that, Rach?" Alex asked
"Explain later" Rachel replied as she got up and followed the person

"Hey Brooke!" Nikki said as she walked into her house
"Hey Nikki! What brings you here?" Brooke said as she let her in
"I heard about Peyton. And I came because I heard that you didn't slap her" Nikki pouted
"Ah yeah. Her pathetic face wasn't worth my palm"
"Well….yeah I guess. Anywhooo wanna go shopping?"
"Uh yeah. Lemme just get my coat"
"Sure"
"Ah there it is!"
"Ready?"
"Yep. Im just gonna write this note to Lucas…" Brooke said as she wrote it "And done. Okay lets go!"

"So you wanna talk about it?" Nikki asked Brooke as the looked at the latest Vera Wang dresses
"Nah. Not worth the time"

"Hey Alex" Jay said as Alex walked into the kitchen "Coffee?"
"Yeah" she whispered
"Okay. Why do you look and sound so sad and wasn't Rachel with you?"
"Yeah I'm confused not sad and both of those are connected" Alex said as Jay looked at her with his eyebrows bunched together "She ditched me"
"Well that's new" Jay scoffed
"Yeah it is" Alex whispered. Jay just looked at her like she was crazy and shrugged
"Okay well here's your coffee. I'll be by the pool if you need me"
"Why do we have a pool anyway? I mean we live on the beach"
"Well see, we have the money" Jay replied as they both laughed lightly

Lucas walked in the house with Jake and Jenny and called out to Brooke. He didn't get a reply so he started walking around the house looking for her
"Luke she's shopping with a friend!" Jake called out when he found the note
"How do you know?"
"Found a note"
"Oh. Does it say with whom?"
"Nope" Jake said as he looked at the note again
"Okay. That's weird. Anyway, do you want a beer?"
"Ah that'd be great"
"Milk for Jenny?"
"No no she's asleep"
"Right. Okay"
"Here ya go" Luke said as he handed Jake the Beer and sat on the sofa "wanna watch a movie"
"Yeah great idea. Lemme just put Jen in the room"
"Yeah. You know the way"
"Yep"
