Hey everyone sorry for the late update and thanks for your reviews that keep me inspire and happy to continue this story so enjoy the story and the comments I was asking for was about picking a date for the next memory on Gajeel's mind which I need for the next chapter can you readers please lend a hand this is for you guys and you'll see why :)

If only you knew Lu, but I just don't know where to start Lu thought Levy sadly.

Levy continued on ahead of Lucy despite the comments her friend would make about herself. Lucy sighed as nothing seems to work on her best friend, then something caught her eyes. She leaped forward and grabbed Levy by her shoulder pulled her back. Levy was stunned by Lucy's actions and noticed the dagger that would have cut her cheek. Sounds of cries came from the bushes as bandits tried to attack them. The girls dodged their attacks and call out their magic. Lucy summoned out Virgo and Aries to help out while Levy used her Solid Script: Fire to burn one of the bandits. During the fiasco, Virgo dug tunnels underneath the bandits which caused them to collapse into them.

"I guess that's all of them," stated Lucy as she scanned their surroundings for any surprise attacks.

"I'll inform the Rune Knights about them," called Levy as she pulled out her lacrima and reported to the Magic Council. Levy noticed that Virgo and Aries had already left, but Lucy was still on edge.

"Lucy is something wrong?" asked Levy as she tensed up as well. Lucy looked around and glanced with Levy as if to tell her to be aware.

"No, I probably just imagined it," answered Lucy in a faked-tone which Levy caught.

"We should get going now," replied Levy as she pretended to wait for Lucy at the foot of the path. Something popped out of nowhere, Lucy and Levy got into fighting stance ready to attack whoever or whatever. "Yipp" called out something.

"Lu, do you see what I see right?" asked Levy as they see a dog with weird looking paws. (The dog from Howl's Moving Castle)

"Yeah, but what's a dog doing out here," thought Lucy as she came near the dog cautiously to see if it was a trap. The dog looked at me and barked which sort of confused us.

"It's so cute," called Levy as she smiled at the dog. The dog came and wiggled his tail in happiness at the two girls.

"Yeah, but why are you by yourself little guy?" asked Lucy as the dog came over for a scratch behind the ears.

"I think I've seen him before, but when," thought Levy as she patted the dog.

"Well, the Rune Knights are coming. How about we take him with us?" asked Lucy as Levy nodded happily. I know I've seen him before...hm...Oh I remember now thought Levy surprised as she caught the dog smiling at her remembrance of him.

"So what's the next memory? " asked Natsu as Gajeel sigh for his fifth time. Gajeel wanted to get out of here, but Natsu wouldn't allow him until he figure out his feelings for Levy.

They were transported again at the Fairy Tail guild which surprised Natsu. Natsu looked around and noticed the date November 29. Thanksgiving was over and most of the members were drunk from the party they had for their Thanksgiving dinner. Gajeel looked suspicious as he tried to walk away from Natsu.

"Where do you think you're going Gajeel?" asked Natsu as Gajeel began to sweat.

"Nowhere just getting some iron," answered Gajeel as he walked over near the counter shaking. Hm..why do I get the feeling he is hiding something thought Natsu as Gajeel's actions began to worry him.

The scenery changed revealing a weird looking dog with Levy which it looked like she was following someone. Gajeel froze as Natsu noticed that Levy was following Lily and Gajeel to a restaurant. Levy hid behind a plant as she listen on to the conversation. Natsu looked at Gajeel's frozen state and raised an eyebrow at him.

"Gajeel, don't you think the guild has a right to know?" asked Lily as Natsu and Levy thought what Gajeel could be hiding.

"They don't need to know anything, besides they're in a drunken state and knowing them it will get worse," replied Gajeel which Lily rosed a questioning look.

"You just don't want them to know it's your birthday and fuss over you like a little kid," smiled Lily mischievously as Gajeel choked on the meal he was eating.

"What the hell, Gajeel! I didn't know it was your birthday," complained Natsu as he nagged Gajeel about it.

Natsu wanted to continue when he saw Levy leaving with that dog with a determination in her eyes. Natsu ignored Gajeel and followed Levy as Gajeel followed as well.

"So where are we going?" asked Gajeel as Levy led them back to Fairy Tail but turned to Fairy Hills.

"Beats me, I'm just following Levy," answered Natsu as Gajeel was shocked that he noticed Levy just now.

"Why was she there? Man, I think I know where this is going and how its going to end," sighed Gajeel as Natsu grabbed his arms and shook him.

"How does it end? Tell me" demanded Natsu as Gajeel smacked him for being dramatic.

"I'll just show you, drama queen," muttered Gajeel as the scene showed Levy in a beautiful light-blue dress with black tights and heels to match with her tights.

"Wow Levy looks great," complimented Natsu as Gajeel hit him for no apparent reason. She doesn't look great, she look stunningly beautiful thought Gajeel as he gazed at his lovely bookworm.

Levy knocked on the door and Gajeel appeared looking shock to see Levy dressed up like that. Lily peeked at the window and smiled at what Levy was planning.

"Um...Gajeel if you're not busy would you go somewhere with me for a second," blushed Levy as she shyly looked at his eyes that where shining with an unknown emotion.

"Uh..sure. Lily, I'll be back," called Gajeel as he followed Levy to her home. Once there, Levy asked him to turn around and close his eyes which he complained about but followed her orders. Levy led him inside and put his hand on the chair and went to turn on the lights.

"Okay Gajeel, you can open them now," called Levy shyly as Gajeel opened and glanced surprisingly at the scene in front of him. Levy had made him a cake, set up balloons, a birthday sign with his name on it, and presents near the cake. He looked at her with happiness and shock.

"How did you~" Gajeel was cut off as Levy said "I heard your conversation with Lily. You know you can tell us it's your birthday. We don't bite."

"You didn't have to do this. I'll pay you back~Ow what's that for Shrimp," complained Gajeel as he rubbed his forehead that Levy flicked.

"You don't owe me anything, besides it's Black Friday may I remind you, so everything was easy to get," argued Levy as Gajeel just pout.

"Now eat up the cake and open your presents already," smiled Levy as Gajeel looked at her with a soft gaze. Gajeel tried the cake and was shocked to find that it had bits of Iron mixed into it.

"Yeah I added some iron into the cake. I hope you like it," assured Levy as Gajeel smiled at her.

I love it and thank you for everything," flushed Gajeel as he stuffed his face with cake.

When it came time for the presents, Gajeel opened the one from Lily which made him suspicious of his partner. Lily made him a handmade iron sword to snack on which Gajeel loved. Levy's gift was something Gajeel will always hold dear to his heart. A pendant of an iron dragon that looked almost like Metalicana which touched his heart.

"Do you like it?" asked Levy with hope.

"Yeah thanks Shrimp?" thanked Gajeel as he ruffled her hair.

"Good I got one too see," showed Levy as her pendant matched Gajeel's.

"Well I got to go before Lily complains about me being out late," lied Gajeel because he know he'll probably lose the self-control from kissing Levy.

"Alright but next time I'm letting the guild know about your birthday," smirked Levy as Gajeel slumped at her response.

The two went back into his memory core and Natsu was still in shock of what Levy did for noticed Natsu's state and was about to say something when Natsu spoke.

"I can't believe you didn't tell me about your birthday," mumbled Natsu miserably as Gajeel sigh.

"You're still on about it. Get over it," complained Gajeel as Natsu argued.

"I just want to know why you didn't want to tell us," pout Natsu.

"Because I didn't want a freakin gift like the one you gave Erza," argued Gajeel.

"Fine! But I'll get you a gift that is sure to knock your pants off," replied Natsu determined.

"Whatever, are we..oh.. never mind here we go again," shrugged Gajeel as they were transported into another memory.
