A/N: It has been a long while I know! A number of things have come up and I haven't had time to sit down and type, plus my laptop isn't picking up on wifi anymore and I'm having to plug right in to the router which isn't fun nor private –pouts- anyway here's a chapter for you all!
Chapter 10
Months passed and both Dean and Sam and Castiel and Gabriel grew. They were now almost the size of full adult Alphas and Omegas and that alone was exciting for both of the people who had adopted them. Dean had grown into a handsome well muscled Alpha and Sam had grown into his body as well. They were both worth pedigree status and capable of competing in shows Gabriel and Castiel as well, but neither Bobby nor Jody had wanted to put them through all of that without their permission unlike some angel owners. They also had the option to send them to Alpha and Omega school, schools specializing in their specific species where they learned just as humans did, but it catered to the needs of angels. Bobby and Jody had opted out of that as well, determining that it was totally up to their angels if they wanted that or not and since all of them had decided against it Bobby and Jody didn't fill out the paperwork.
Dean still had permanent scars from the muzzle incident at the Angel Pound when he'd been so young, but they were mostly hidden by the mess of freckles covering the teenaged Alpha's cheeks and nose. He was a bit self conscious about them, but he also considered them to be battle scars. He'd survived a lot in his younger years and he wanted a piece of the story to stay alive so he'd also opted out of surgery to remove the ugly scars. Sometimes he'd awake in the night with ghost pain from where the muzzle was tightly bound around his face, it served as a constant reminder to him to be strong no matter what and he was honestly grateful for that. Every time he placed the necklace his father had given him around his neck it served as the same reminder.
It had been almost a year since his father John had died tragically in their house fire and Dean's heart still ached sometimes to hear his father's voice one last time telling him to be brave, telling him he loved him and Sam. Dean would hear Sam crying at night sometimes due to bad dreams about the fire or in just general longing for their dead father.
"It wasn't your fault baby," Jody had told Dean one night after a period of bad dreams throughout the evening. "It's not…these things happen…"
"Why do they happen," Dean had cried, cried so hard until he felt as though he had no tears left. "Why Jody?!"
"God chooses people to move on," Jody had held Dean close and rocked him in her arms, both their bodies moving back and forth. "And when he does, sometimes we just have to let go. I don't know why he picks the people he does; only he knows why."
"Well he's stupid then," Dean had yelled out. "My dad wasn't ready! He's stupid! Stupid!"
Jody hadn't said a word; she'd only held Dean tight and let the young Alpha vent. She didn't necessarily agree with Dean's views on God, but the boy was also deeply upset by his father's passing. She knew one day something would happen to Dean, something amazing, and he might change his mind on the issue, but for now she was content to let him say what he pleased.
Now, Dean stood before the mirror, fanning his wings that luckily he was now able to conceal in his back in a ball of celestial light. He inspected his chin and cheeks, still stained with the scars of the past and sighed, before walking back over to his bed and pulling out a book to skim. He wasn't really one to read books, but occasionally he used them to distract him from his real life and he liked finding that one line that reeked of positivity if that was possible at all.
"Reading again," Sam smiled from the doorway and entered the room. "Or should I say skimming pages?"
Dean smirked in response and looked over at his brother. Dean's younger brother was almost obsessed with his physique. Sam claimed it was all for his health and suggested Dean try it sometime, but Dean knew that the real reason that Sam kept up his appearance was only for Gabriel. Sam had been trying to court the archangel for months now and Gabriel still had yet to return even a phone call, Sam was relentless though and he wasn't about to give up so easily. Dean and Castiel had hung out on almost an everyday basis so Dean knew Gabriel wasn't dead to the world, but Dean still felt the need to warn his brother about letting himself get his heart broken.
"Dean I'm almost an adult Alpha now," Sam would say. "I can handle a little heartbreak…but trust me Gabriel is the one so I'm not about to give up now."
"That's a sorry excuse for a pick up line Sammy boy." Dean smirked and laughed.
"Oh bite me." Sam laughed in response and sat down on Dean's desk chair.
"I think that's Gabriel's job." Dean chuckled and tossed the book to the floor.
"It would be," Sam's shoulders drooped and if his wings were out, Dean theorized they'd be on the floor. "If he thought I was pretty enough…"
Angels didn't really use the terms "sexy" or "handsome" even when referring to other male angels or themselves. They preferred daintier terms like "beautiful" and "pretty" especially when referring to their wings. Sam had confided in Dean before that Gabriel was the prettiest angel he'd ever seen even after meeting loads of others and Dean's only words to him had been to "be careful" and "use protection" jokingly, but he'd felt as though he was to eat his words after Gabriel had denied any sort of those affections towards Sam.
Sam was determined though and Dean had to give him props for that.
"Sam it's not you it's him," Dean reassured his younger brother. "Gabriel's probably going through some things right now and needs time. Just give a little time. He'll come around; you're quite the catch you know. I mean you two did share a cage at Harvelle's Pet Shop?"
"Yeah," Sam smiled a little, still looking at his shoes. "Maybe you're right."
"I know I am," Dean nodded. "Just give it some time Sammy and by no means go around him if you end up in heat. You'll regret it unless he wants it too."
"I know, I know," Sam groaned. "It's just hard yah know, having to rely on all these toys for satisfaction. I mean I wanna know what it feels like!"
"What what feels like?" Dean asked he was only half listening at this point.
"Sex!" Sam exclaimed, sort of excitedly.
"What," Dean exclaimed. "Oh no Sammy, you are not having sex yet!"
"And why not," Sam gave Dean what he had come to call a "bitch face". "Dean I'm practically a adult now! You can't tell me what to do with my body! It's mine!"
"I know," Dean finally sighed. "It's just….you're still my baby brother every time I look at you and there's so many things to consider Sammy. So many things could happen. You could accidentally knot with an Omega in the heat of the moment and you're not ready to be a daddy, neither of us are."
"Shut up Dean," Sam glared. "You're just saying that cuz you're not getting any either! Just leave me alone forget I asked!"
Sam stormed out to his room.
"Bitch," Dean laughed. "Hormonal much?"
"Fuck you!" he heard Sam yell and then nothing more.
Dean laughed for a few moments before really thinking about what Sam really said. He wasn't getting any either, it was true. Dean was older than Sam and he may have been a late bloomer, later than Sam, but he knew the consequences of mating as well as the pleasures. He'd just never experienced them head on. Sam was younger than Dean and flooded with teenage hormones. It was only natural, his brother's impulses and wants, but Dean hoped Sam would keep a clear head about it all.

Sam wiped his tears and tucked his jacket closer around him as the cold night air hit him. Hours had passed before Sam had decided to sneak out of his bedroom window and into town. He had been through the good parts, but the seedier parts sent a pang of worry, but mostly guilt through his stomach. Sam swallowed hard, but only after looking around him, he continued walking forward. He couldn't believe he was doing this. Dean had told of these places before, the eighteen plus places, and Sam decided that tonight was it.
The night he'd finally lose his virginity for real.
"You eighteen?" the older, gruff looking guard smoking a cigarette and blowing the smoke into Sam's face, said.
"Yeah." Sam was about to dig out his ID, but the guard let him in anyway. Sam stuffed his wallet back into his pocket and trudging inside. The Angel Whorehouse as Dean had come to call them was loud and full of energy. Music blasted through the speakers and scantily clad Omega angels danced everywhere. Sam could smell their musky scents permeating through the air and he begun to grow hard just being there. Damn hormones.
"Hey there pretty boy," a female dancer cooed at Sam and begun to play to with his hair a little. "You come here often?"
"F-First time actually…" Sam stammered a bit, still trying to seem confident.
"Oh," the female Omega dancer smirked and winked at him, her touch itself was intoxicating enough to make any premature Alpha come in their pants. She pointed over towards a dark haired Omega dancer in fish net stocking and a small top, the way her hips moved was like sex in itself and Sam's jaw practically dropped. "No drooling. It's hard to clean up. That's Ruby, she likes a newbie. Go on over boy. She'll take you to the back when she's done dancing."
Sam walked over to where Ruby was gyrating her sultry hips around the tall metal pole. Various Alphas were cat calling her and throwing money, but she paid them no mind after Sam took a seat. Her dark, seductive eyes met his and that was it. It was like Sam was having his own private show. She crawled closer to him and was suddenly inches from his lips. Sam blushed profusely and felt his jeans grow tighter. Ruby winked and went back to her dancing. Sam was almost in a trance. His mind wandered from her chest to her legs. All of her was perfect.
"You like that Sammy boy?" Sam was now seeing Gabriel before him, dressed as sexily as Ruby was. Sam's mind was in a haze, he could barely contain himself.
"Oh yeah…" Sam muttered, imagining it to be Gabriel still moving his hips around the pole and Sam dumbfounded smile never faded.
"You come here often big boy?" Sam was snapped out of his fantasy and Ruby stood before him instead, still just as hot, but Sam was a little disappointed.
"Uh no," Sam said, trying to regain his ability to speak. "First time actually."
"Ever," Ruby exclaimed. "Well you handsome devil, you should come with me…"
Ruby took Sam's hand, neglecting to notice the chorus of boos and hisses coming from the other Alphas and led him into a back room, shielded only by a silky purple curtain. The lighting in the room was perfect and Ruby sat Sam down on the only chair in the room.
"Tell me what you want," Ruby practically purred, caressing Sam's thighs. "I didn't get your name I'm sorry I don't know what to call you?"
"Sam," Sam said. "My name is Sam."
"Sam," Ruby giggled. "I like it."
She shed her shirt, revealing her perky breasts which she then placed Sam's hands on.
"All yours," she whispered in his ear after sliding into his lap. "Just tell me what you need…"
"Y-You…" Sam's breath hitched as he felt her breasts beneath his hands. "I need you."
"Good boy," Ruby nipped at his ear and begun to grind into his lap, increasing his hardness. Sam panted and tried not to finish right then and there in his pants. "You're big aren't you? Big ol horny Alpha needing a quickie."
"Don't tease me…" Sam warned her, he didn't want to go into full on Alpha mode, but his heat had been insatiable lately. He'd only even brought up the subject of sex with Dean because of it. Even now, he felt the coils of heat deep in his gut as he leaned his mop-like hair into the wall, not caring what diseases probably lurked on it. Ruby was making him feel better than any toy ever could and he was lost in a sea of ecstasy.
"Why not?" Ruby continued to tease him, reaching her hand into his unzipped and unbuttoned jeans, running her fingers along his length. "You gonna go all big bad Alpha on me? Oh honey I can take it…I can take it ALL."
She jerked up hard once, earning a loud moan from Sam. He felt lost in pleasure, his vision was hazy and his heart pounded in his ears. Ruby nipped at his neck as she slowly pulled both their pants off, leaving them naked from the waist down, Sam sucked in air due to finally allowing his cock to be freed from its confines. He actually growled for a moment.
"Let it go baby," Ruby said. "I can take it. Don't worry about me. I'm not even a bitch in heat, take me Sam."
Sam lost it right there, right when she sunk herself down on him. He only saw Gabriel now, raw hot passion consuming him; he imagined the way her face looked when she moaned to be that of Gabriel's. Sam thrust up hard a few times, because of lust mostly, but also because if it was Gabriel Sam wanted him to know how badly he wanted him. How badly he yearned for Ruby to be Gabriel right now. He wanted nothing more than that. The scent of Alpha musk filled the room as Sam reached his peak, knotting inside her and panting hard, grabbing the wall so as not to fall off the chair. Ruby cried out as well, holding onto Sam's broad shoulders and breathing into his neck.
"That wasn't so bad was it," she asked. "Hope I rocked your world Alpha."
"You sure did…" Sam smirked, still seeing Gabriel before him instead of Ruby. Ruby pulled her pants up and smiled at Sam before starting to walk out of the room.
"Don't you want your money…?" Sam slurred, still caught up in the pleasure of it all and twice as hot was the fact that Ruby could take a knot then not even have to wait for it go down before pulling off. That took a lot of balls because knots hurt like hell.
"Keep it," Ruby smirked with a little wink. "This one's on the house. I like you Sam. You've got spunk."
"You too…" Sam replied, pulling his jeans up and zipping them, shaking a little from the sensitivity. Ruby left without a trace and Sam grabbed his coat from the floor. He checked to make sure his wallet was still full and she hadn't stolen anything from him and once he concluded that he left. He ducked out the front door and past the guard who was by now on his fifth cigarette of the evening. Sam took off running towards the park where luckily no one was doing any late night walking. Sam sat on a park bench and brought his knees up to his chin. He cried.
Sam didn't know why he was crying. He'd finally done it. He'd had sex. He was no longer a virgin and finally in most Alphas' eyes a man, but as satisfying as it had been for his heat, Sam still felt empty. Ruby wasn't Gabriel. Ruby wasn't someone he wanted to lose it with. He'd been planning to lose it to Gabriel, but that had gone array when Gabriel had decided that Sam wasn't good enough for him. Sam wiped his nose and sniffled, looking up at the stars.
"Oh dad," Sam said. "I've done something I can't take back…and the funny thing is I'm not sure I even want to."
The wind was Sam's only answer, it blew gently through his sweaty hair.
Sam wanted more, that was all he knew, but until Gabriel came around at least he now knew where to get it. Sam then, after wiping his face free of visible tear stains, walked home through the chilly night.
