A/N: I know it's been a long while once again and I'm sorry loyal fans of this story, thank you for putting up with my bullshit. I'm having an issue with my laptop that prevents it from detecting wifi and I don't know why and I have to plug it directly into the router to get internet and it's not very private so I have to wait sometimes. Plus I'm in the school musical and we practice every day until late and during Hell Week (the week of the production) it'll be much longer. So once again thank you to those who are hanging in there with me and I apologize profusely. Enjoy the chapter.

A/N: PS I might add another pairing in here with AdamxOC it might be one sided unless you all like it. Just let me know if you like the character. If you've read my other stories you may recognize him.

Chapter 13

Dean shook off the chill that was steadily creeping up his back and his wings and tried his best to ignore it. His brilliant ideas had never paid off in the long run before, so he could only hope this time that they would. Sam packed Jo's truck full of supplies and food for the angels they did manage to bust out, adult or fledgling. Gabriel sat in the truck bed observing what Sam did. Castiel walked over to Dean, who was mapping out their escape plan once they did bust out the angels. Dean sighed and turned to Castiel.

"I'm sorry about last week," Dean apologized, wondering why he felt the need to. Maybe it was because they were about to go head to head with the city's most notorious angel breeder and abuser. "You know when I forced myself on you."

"Dean," Castiel replied. "You are acting as if this is a death sentence, which it very well may turn into one, but for now have faith that it will work and don't apologize for things that are not your fault."

Dean was about to protest, but he decided against it when Castiel placed his lips upon the Alpha's cheek and smiled afterward. Castiel would have kissed him again if only Jo and Ellen hadn't walked out of the back of the shop into the dank alleyway with three other unknown people. Castiel and Dean's instincts told them that the unknown figures were in fact, angels as well.

"These guys will assist you," Jo said. "They're willing to infiltrate Crowley's place and take him down. A few of them victims of him themselves, Dean's in charge guys, but lest he need backup…"

"I can handle it Jo," the tallest of the angels, clearly an Omega, but still very well defined with muscles and a clear look of revenge in his eyes. He had brown hair similar to Sam's, but was far less tall. His eyes were hazel and on his chin was a small, but noticeable scar that ran from the bottom of his chin to his bottom lip. His wings were brown with green hues, matching his eyes. Though he was physically an Omega, Dean determined he wouldn't want to run into this guy in a dark alleyway at night. He came closer to Dean. "It's just an Alpha and his friends."

There was a part of Dean that wanted to challenge this Omega that had basically called him weak, but another part of him, the stronger part told him to stand down. Clearly this Omega had been through Hell and back, but as Dean looked into his eyes he spotted something distinctly familiar.

"Donathan…?" Dean asked, hoping he was right. The Omega grunted and pushed past him to the truck. It was Donathan. The same little Omega Dean had seen all those years ago full of baby fledglings and very pregnant. The same little Omega that Dean had reassured safety in Ellen's arms and here he had grown up, safe and well developed, into an adult Omega. Dean, although a bit intimidated by him and put off, was happy for him.

The other two angels stepped forward as well, making their way to the bed of the truck. The smaller Omega female one had brown eyes and flaming red hair. Her wings were brown; most angels' wings matched their eyes in some way, but not always. She laid eyes on Sam and smirked before hip checking him slightly and jumping into the back of the truck, earning a small growl from Gabriel. The third angel was the only Alpha out of the trio. He had dirty blonde hair, hazel-ish eyes and almost similar features to that of Sam and Dean, his wing color even matched Sam's.

"What's your name Alpha?" Dean asked, stopping the dirty blonde in his tracks. The Alpha turned his head.

"Adam," the Alpha replied. "And I'm surprised you don't remember me Dean?"

"How do you know my name?" Dean asked.

"Not easy to forget when you come from the same litter," Adam smirked and patted Dean's shoulder. "I'm your younger sibling. I stayed behind when you two got adopted; I was always a few cages over though, when we were babies."

Part of Dean was shocked that Jo and Ellen hadn't told either him or Sam about another sibling of theirs, but another part of him wasn't. It was only nature that sometimes angel littermates got separated from one another after birth and forgot about one another after awhile. Adam jumped into the back of the truck and smiled at the female Omega and Donathan. Dean, after motioning for his brother to get in the passenger side, hopped into the back of the truck with the others and the supplies, Jo climbed into the driver's seat and started up the truck. Dean had been placed in the space next to Donathan and was sensing a very hostile aura from the Omega. That feeling alone made Dean far more uncomfortable in Donathan's presence than the first time they'd met.

Dean only hoped they could survive each other before having to take on Crowley's mill.

Jo drove the angels into a seedy looking part of town that they all hadn't been to in the longest time. The air stunk with factory emissions and waste and Dean almost choked. He regained himself in Donathan's presence, but the second the Omega looked away Dean gagged. He didn't want to appear weak in front of him. Sam sat wedged uncomfortably between Gabriel and the female Omega.

"What's your name sweetie?" the female Omega was clearly turning up the charm.

"Uh," Sam stammered. "Sam."

"I'm Anna," the female Omega finally identified and damn if Dean wasn't listening in. "You're pretty strong for an Alpha aren't you and handsome too."

"Ok carrot top," Gabriel grumbled. "I'm sure Sam would like you better if you didn't sit with drool running down your chin comprendo?"

"Well," Anna glared at Gabriel. "Somebody's being an overprotective asshole."

"Gold star for you," Gabriel replied. "Any other profound thoughts honey?"

"Gabriel," Sam snapped. "Shut up ok? We're all here to fight Crowley not each other, besides it's not like you own me so chill out."

Gabriel huffed and tried to focus his attention once again on something other than Sam. Dean watched him and sighed. It was clear that Gabriel loved Sam, cared about him deeply in all respects even, but he'd yet to make a move. Dean had considered time and time again about interfering and getting the two of them together, but it wasn't his place. He had enough to worry about whilst he was courting Castiel. He was worried to move too fast with Castiel more than anything else. Castiel had already stopped him once before when it came to the more intimate acts Dean was willing to go through with. Dean only hoped that one they'd get there.

They quickly reached the back entrance to Crowley's mill and Jo begun to coast to as not to make too much noise. Dean held onto Castiel's hand when he saw him visibly begin to shake. Jo hit the brakes softly and they coasted to a stop. Donathan motioned for them to follow him out of the truck and grab a weapon or two while they climbed out. Dean had never held an angel blade before and hoped he'd never have to, but as he placed the weapon in his hand he felt more powerful than he had in a long time. The long blade was silver and had some weight to it. Dean hadn't read much on the weapon, but he was almost certain that it was one of the most powerful in the world.

"Use it well," Donathan said to him. "It can come back and bite you in the ass yourself if you let it."

"What do you mean?" Dean asked as Donathan closed the truck bed after the others had been properly armed and jumped out of it. Donathan looked at Dean as if he was an idiot.

"Because," Donathan explained it as if he were talking to a child. "If you let the enemy get a hold of your blade lord knows they'll take you too and do horrific things to you. Trust me I know."

Dean saw Donathan's wing, one of them was cut preventing him from flying. The scar on his chin almost radiated now.

"Is that what they did to you?" Dean asked.

Donathan grunted, not answering him, he didn't have to. He pushed past Dean and instructed Anna and Adam to follow him inside and the others, all but Jo, were to follow close behind. Donathan and his two companions filed in quietly and Dean and his family followed. Dean hadn't remembered much about the mill before coming to Jo and Ellen's pet shop, but he'd hoped never to come back and now here he was, once again being the hero.

"Crowley keeps the fledglings separate," Donathan whispered to the group. "They're right over here, just keep your heads up and voices low and he won't know we're here."

Dean and the others followed swiftly until they all reached the cages where the babies were kept. They were all very weak, almost too weak to lift their heads. They squeaked a little when they saw the warm faces of the Omegas. Possible sources of grace in their minds, grace and safety. Donathan gently popped the lock on the cage and motioned for Adam to come forward, he was to take these babies to safety while Donathan popped the lids on the other cages and instructed others to do the same as Adam. Adam started to lift the babies up into his arms, but something else caught his eye. Their Omega "mother", male but still an Omega lay in the corner. His eyes the same color as Adam's, but filled with pain and hurt. His tiny body was skin and bones practically and his wings were drooped so that his babies could drink what remained of his grace. The angel's eyes were so badly whipped and scarred he could barely see and Adam's heart clenched at the sight of him.

"What's your name?" Adam asked.

"E-Ezra..." the Omega replied. "Please d-don't hurt me…"

"I won't," Adam reassured him. "I'm here to save your babies…and you."

It had been a split second decision, but looking into Ezra's broken eyes had been enough for Adam. Adam carefully lifted the terrified angel up from his cage and leaned him on his shoulder. The sound that came from Ezra's mouth was one of pure pain and next thing Adam knew they were in trouble.

"Trying to steal my angels I see," Crowley appeared with two guards behind him. "Come on now loves is that really the best idea?"

Two rather hellish looking hounds suddenly appeared at Crowley's side and snarled.

"Sick em boys!" Crowley yelled and every angel took off running. Adam picked up Ezra on his back since his fledglings were in his arms. The angels ran to Jo's truck, hounds at their heels. Donathan's eyes went white and he let out a blast of grace from his hand towards the hounds. They whined and ran the opposite direction and Crowley cursed loudly. Jo took off once all of the angels were accounted for and sped down the dirty alleyway towards the Pet Shop. Dean looked around him, accounting for everyone and looking at the angels they had managed to rescue. He gazed over at Adam, who was currently inspecting the wings of a rather tattered and worn angel who was staring up at Adam with thankful eyes.

Dean sighed and took Castiel's hand in the back of the truck bed. He knew they had to go back and get the others, but this time Crowley would be ready, but as Dean stared at the broken, starved, and bruised fledglings around him, he realized he was more than ready to kick some mill owner ass.
