AN: ANDDDDDD I'm back home. So, yeah, expect slightly sooner updates, similar to my old every weekend schedule I used to hold.

I'll admit... last chapter was kinda stupid. But, beyond the slowly crackafying of my story, it did do some story. Like, Akatsuki, and Itachi stuff. I also threw in a cliffhanger for fun. Anyway, I doubt anyone reads my AN's but if you do, I love and you are my favorite. But don't tell anyone else!

Chapter 15:

"So, let me get this straight. You're part of this super secret Akatsuki thing. You're group or whatever is after all the biju, and this Pein fellow sent all of your little emo friends and yourself after me?" I ranted.

"Correct... little Naruto-Kun. Now, if you would be so kind as to let little ole Zetsu and I to capture you, I just might not cripple you," Orochimaru gloated.

"Can I take a rain check on that. I have several meetings, gotta get my nails done, and pick up my kid from soccer practice in the next fifty minutes," I replied humorously.

"What?" Was Orochimaru's elegant reply.

"Man, all these old ninja don't have any sort of sense of humor anymore. Just, evil gloating here, killing there. Where's the jokes," I grumbled.

I quickly dodged a lightning fast jab from Orochimaru, then rolled under a weird plant jutsu attack Zetsu sent towards me. I jumped upwards and flipped threw several seals. A massive amount of water made it's way from my mouth, turning the ground below me in to a muddy mess.

I shimmied out of the of another attack by the snake Sannin, and attempted a quick Rasengan. The attack managed to glance the old shinobi and gave me enough time to plant an ephemeral seal in front of me.

"Fuuinjutsu: Ephemeral seal: Uzumaki Swirling Tide!"

All the water I had conjured on to the ground roared upward and formed an angry torrent of water in a whirlpool. The supposed S-class rogues both were swept up by the jutsu. From outside the titan of a jutsu, it looked like a tornado of water had suddenly appeared.

Inside however, my two enemies had begun water walking on the thrashing water. The three of us were left standing at a forty-five degree angle as we faced each other. I raised a hand and let an earth jutsu form a stone sword in my hand.

I sprinted towards Orochimaru, as I neared him I suddenly flipped into the air doing two extreme flips before landing a devastatingly powerful downwards strike on my opponent. The stone sword shattered upon impact, but left Orochimaru without his Kusanagi.

I moved closer to fill the two inch gap, before slapping another seal, this one corporeal, on the Sannin. But before I could finish the seal, I felt the snake conjuror grab my wrist and hold me with a vice grip. Behind me in my peripherals I could see Zetsu trailing a large amount of seals, his chakra flaring visibly.

As my attention was taken off of Orochimaru, he decided to sink a Kunai into my stomach. The damage done to my body caused me to release the water jutsu I had been holding and launched all three us threw the air. I landed on my feet barely while Zetsu landed on a rock, hard. Orochimaru had the easiest landing, perfectly dropping on to his own pedal extremities.

I ripped the poisonous kunai from my stomach, leaving a gaping hole that bled profusely. Zetsu, luckily for me, was either dead or unconscious. Orochimaru however seemed perfectly fine, and barely winded.

I grunted in frustration. The last time I had fought a Sannin, it was Tsunade, the weakest of the three and I had barely won. I had no doubts in my mind I could win this fight, I had plenty of jutsus and seals that would allow me to win. But without the time to properly use them, well, I was left backed into a corner with a broken arm.

…...Konohagakure...

"...That ruined your life was Mito Uzumaki, the first jinchuuriki of the Kyuubi."

"What!" Minato gasped, "How is that possible, she was the wife of the first, and she is dead!"

"That's simple, but the explanation does require some prerequisite knowledge before we continue. To put it simply, I had left a notebook to explain what I knew then of The Sage, of the Uchiha, and the Senju. That knowledge is now outdated. The truth of the matter is that Mito wished to carry on her clan's path of revenge after her clan was wiped out.

She, with this will of revenge, married the Senju named Hashirama and slowly orchestrated the deaths of the few remaining Senju. Along with that, Mito also set a plan to eventually have the Uchiha mistrusted and then also end with their deaths and the demise of their clan as well. The plan was to have the Uchiha become so mistrusted and eventually hated, and the Uchiha to become so arrogant and stuck up, that the Uchiha would attempt a coup. But all of this relied on the Uzumaki containers of the Kyuubi, and their hatred.

The plan went awry though after her death though. Without anyone to guide the leftover Uzumaki, the hatred of the Uzumaki were set against whoever they pleased. Your wife against the cloud shinobi, and your son against you.

Mito's plan for the downfall of the Uchiha was brilliant still, with many backups. She would alter the Kyuubi with seals to emit a genjutsu that would make everyone despise the jinchuuriki of the nine-tailed biju. The thing was, the seals would only work properly on a male host. Then therefore, Mito also set seals to make sure that after Kushina finished being the host, the Kyuubi would enter a boy Uzumaki.

The seals also forced Kushina to have a boy child, when originally she was only going to have your daughter Narumi. The seals however became corrupted over time by the Kyuubi. This caused the purpose of the seals to fluctuate and act improperly. This lead to your wife and you ignoring Naruto-Kun while the rest of the village completely despised him in the way that the original purpose of the seals were suppose to facilitate.

With all of that in mind, the boy Uzumaki was supposed to be used as the weapon to stop the coup and kill all of the Uchiha. What Mito hadn't planned on was that I would become friends with young Naruto-Kun, and eventually come in contact with Madara Uchiha," Itachi was suddenly interrupted by Minato.

"What does Uchiha Madara have to do with this?!"

"Let me finish and you shall learn. Now to continue, Uchiha Madara had someway, somehow, come across this vast amount of knowledge of the three clans and shared it with me in hopes of me helping him to kill the Uchiha. I was able to see the justice in his argument and set Naruto-Kun onto the path of killing you. This was in the hopes that with you dead, the Uchiha clan would attempt to take control of the entire village and die trying.

I see now that my plan has not come to fruition. My despicable clan yet lives, and you are still breathing."

"What was your full plan, Itachi?" Minato murmured.

"My plan was to influence Naruto-Kun by becoming his only precious person. Then when he is close enough to me, have him strike me down and take my eyes. With my eyes, he would then eventually gain the Eternal Mangekyo and kill you. He would feel the need for the powerful form from the suggestions from latent Sharingan hypnosis I had used on him to make multiple personalities appear in his brain that had the knowledge that would help him achieve this state with my eyes.

By him becoming one with his many artificial multiple personalities, he would learn how to gain the Mangekyo. Then, so as not to become blind, he would seek to gain the Eternal Mangekyo. Once he achieved this, he would kill you and trigger the rest of Mito Uzumaki's plan."

"But, why do all of this Itachi, why would you, or Madara, or Mito do any of this?" Minato cried.

"It is simple Minato, for revenge. That is what rules this world. Revenge. The cycle of Hatred, the cycle of Revenge. Two sides of the same coin. You should know this, you have experienced it when you fought the Iwa shinobi. Your hatred for them when they killed one of your comrades. The glorious feeling of gaining revenge in respect to your fallen brethren. That is the only reason."

"I...need to think. Do not move, do not do anything. Just let me...think."

…...Once more with Naruto...

I grinned as I dodged another powerful jutsu from Orochimaru. The adrenaline blasting threw my veins as I fought a far superior shinobi, as I was hopelessly outclassed, yet I somehow survived. It was exhilarating. I had never felt more alive then when I was fighting fights like this.

Orochimaru sent another fire jutsu towards me, scorching the earth in the process. I simply ran threw it as the kyuubi chakra I had worked so hard to contain slowly creeped along my body. I savagely swiped at Orochimaru with my hands. The chakra claws on my fists easily tore threw flesh, though it was all for not as the snake man's body disappeared and a cut up log took it's place.

A second tail appeared behind me, then a third. Then a fourth appeared and my skin began to flake off until I was an entirely red being. I dropped onto all fours and spoke.

"So... you wish to fight, hunt, and capture biju... well... by all means, let us play!"

I then powered up and launched a menacing ball. Orochimaru barely summoned his four wall technique. Another tail inched it's way out in the meanwhile.

I charged towards Orochimaru in untold of speed and fought ferociously, brutally reckless swipes and evil jabs left Orochimaru on the run. The whole time that I attacked, more tails appeared until I hit seven. The skeletal system that had appeared over me made me realize what was happening.

I immediately stopped anymore of the red power from adding more tails. I then restarted my assault on the snake Sannin. Each blow sent the old man on the run, each jutsu easily being brushed off by my red skin. Just as I was about to pin the old slithering bastard, I froze.

Orochimaru just smiled before punching me directly in the face. I was blasted backwards. I looked at my body and noticed that my tails was disappearing. I was already down to three, my skin once more normal.

I almost instantly knew why. The Snake man had placed a seal on me, the five element seal. Now, not only would I be unable to use Kyuubi chakra, but my chakra would be extremely uncontrollable.

This was perfect...and my adrenaline rush was gone.

…...Orochimaru...

I grinned as the last of the Kyuubi chakra dissipated. This would be easy. I rearmed myself with the Kusanagi, and threw one last sword strike to end this fight. To my surprise, the Uzumaki somehow stopped my blade by slapping bath his palms to the flat sides of my weapon. I looked into my foe's eye and gasped at the Mangekyo.

I hadn't noticed during the fight because the brat had been using so much Kyuubi chakra.

I then heard one word, "Amaterasu," then all I knew was oblivion.

…...Naruto...

I puffed, and rubbed my bloody eye. In front of me was the remaining smoldering ashes of Orochimaru. At some point during the fight, Zetsu had left. I grimaced at the many cuts papering my body. I was exhausted, drained of chakra, and injured. So, a usual day for me.

My last sight was a pale woman with blond hair walking towards me.

…...Konohagakure...

Pain, so much pain. The nine chakra chains that I wielding were so very painful for two reasons. The chakra manifestations required so much chakra. Then to top that off, not only was I feeling the burn from losing and using so much chakra at once, my mother was completely wrecking me as I fought her.

I used two of my chains to try to fend off my mother's attacks but ended up falling to the ground in shear exhaustion, my chains expiring.

"Are you alright, Narumi?" My mother asked.

"I'm fine, Kaa-San. I just need... a small break," I barely puffed.

"All right... just don't push yourself too hard."

I suddenly just snapped from my mother's words, "BUT I HAVE TO KAA-SAN! I MUST BECOME STRONG ENOUGH TO BRING HOME NII-SAN!" Tears streamed down my face as I laid on the ground unable to move, "THEN WE CAN BE A FAMILY AGAIN!

Then...we can be... a family again."

AN: ALL RIGHT! So, that's all for now, I'm going to slowly work back towards my 6,000-ish word count. Anyway, thanks for reading. If my Mito thing was hard to understand, just know that Mito did things to try to make Naruto be the weapon to kill all the Uchiha.

For Itachi, just know he tried to also kill all the Uchiha with his own plan.

Of course, considering all of these plans rely on Naruto killing everything... so, anyway. Bye.
