You may wonder why I kept the boy alive for as long as I did. Why would I not kill him? There was little food, I was starving as a result. He would have been a quick and easy meal. The answer was simple, he took care of me. He feed me and gave me water. I had been raised by humans. They had given my all the food I had ever needed before, I assumed that this pattern would continue. To answer a question you didn't ask, that is why I kept him alive for as long as I did.
