Luminara ship jump out of hyper space over Ilum she shivered even from up in space she could feel the coldness of the planet but pushed it to the back of her mind as she lowered her ship in to orbit and landed next to the ancient temple Luminara stepped out of the ship were they were hit by the cold wind "Master why do the crystals grow here it so cold"said Barriss as she hugged her clock closer to try and keep warm
"Because the cold is perfect to form the crystals now it get moving the sooner you find your crystal the sooner we can get out of the cold"said Luminara as she want in to the temple Barriss just rolled her eyes and followed her inside the inside was covered in ice with very old statues in the corners of the temple they walk up to a door at leads in to a cave"Barriss do you remember what to do from last time?"asked Luminara with a smile
"Yes Master hopefuly we wont get attacked by droids this time "said Barriss with a smile as she walk up to the door at would lead her in to cave were crystal were
"Yeah at wasn't the best trip we ever had now hurry up"said Luminara Barriss give her a short nod as she walked down the the cave slowly so she wouldn't slip and hurt her self on the icy floor she kept on walking in tell she felt something dark standing behind her she turned around but there was nothing there so she turned back around where she someone who look just like part from having darker skin and dark red eyes "Who here you"said Barriss with a raised eyebrow
"Am your dark side"said evil Barriss who voice was cold and fully of anger
"Am not sacred of you i have the light "said Barriss
"You know your true nature; you know your true power little girl. The Jedi destroyed themselves because they were weak and corrupt. Only darkness is the true path. You can be your true self again. Leave those fools behind."said evil Barriss with a evil laugh
"No i wont betray my friends again"said Barriss
"Very well then you shall die"said Evil Barriss sending a force push towards Barriss making her fly backwards hitting the icy wall behind her she quickly recovered from the shock of the attack and reached for her belt but stopped when she remembered she didn't have a lightsaber with her
"The one time i dot have my lightsaber"said Barriss under her breath as she used the force to throw three chunks of ice at her evil self but she manged to doge all three as she ignited her red lightsaber and run towards Barriss swinging her lightsaber at Barriss it almost met it mark but Barriss used the force to hold the in place just a few inches from her face as Evil Barriss but more pressure on her lightsaber
"You can keep this up for ever"said Evil Barriss with a smirk on her face Barriss know she was right so she a kick straight to Evil Barriss ribs making her loss her balance Barriss used the force to make the lightsaber fly in to her hands and want to strike at Evil Barriss but Evil Barriss dodged her attack and grabbed the lightsaber out her hand
"Is at the best you can do"said Evil Barriss with a cruel smirk on her face
"No"said Barriss as she sent force push making evil Barriss fall backwards Barriss quickly force jump in front of evil Barriss but as soon as she landed she felt something rapping around her throat as she lifted of the ground as it got harder and harder to breath
"Once your dead all go back and kill your master and your friends at have stood in are way far to long"said Evil Barriss with a wide horrible smile on her wicked face
"I wont let you do at"said Barriss in between gasps for air
"What are going to do your weak without the dark side"said Evil Barriss
"No am not"said Barriss as she reached deep in to her self she felt a wave of pure light force energy inside of her self she released it sending a wave of force energy out of her body sending Evil Barriss in to the wall Barriss dropped to the floor exhausted from the amount of energy she had released as well as the lack of oxygen she got up on to her feet and kept walking "Glad at is over now were is my crystal"though Barriss as she kept walking down the cave half an hour later she came a cross two bodies laying on the ground of a old jedi master the other was at of a youngling both and long cuts running a cross there bodies it was clear at they were going to bleed out
"Save the youngling"said The Jedi Master
"No save my Master"said the Younglinhg Barriss look at them for a moment the master had wisdom but the youngling had a bright future Barriss lend over the youngling and started to heal her but as soon as she was done both the youngling and master disappeared where the body of the youngling was there was a crystal Barriss bent down and picked up the crystal and run all the way back to the enter were Master Luminara was waiting for her
"Barriss did you find your crystal?"asked Luminara as Barriss walk up to her
"Yes but what happen it was kind of odd Master"said Barriss showing her master the crystal in her hand
"How so?"asked Luminara
"Well first i had to fight my evil self then i had to chose between healing a youngling or a Master but once a healed the youngling they both disappeared then i found the crystal were the youngling had been"said Barriss with a confused look on her face
"Hmm seen like you had the test of strength and of insight"said Luminara
"oh"said Barriss with smile
"Now let get in to the ship get your lightsaber built"said Luminara as she lead them to the ship she want to start the ship while Barriss want to the cargo hold were she sat down and used the force to make her lightsaber once it was done she ignited it and a lightgreen blade came out of it
"Well done"said Luminara from the door were she had been watching her student
"Thanks Master as the ship gone in to hyper drive?"asked Barriss as she turned off her lightsaber
"Yes we should be at Onderon soon can i ask you a question?"asked Luminara
"Of course master"said Barriss with a confused look on her face
"Why did you frame Ahsoka"said Luminara with a sad look on her face
"I didn't mean to frame her she was getting to close to find out about what i did just meant to get her my back but i regretted it as soon as i did it"said Barriss was a sadness in her voice she was pulled in to a hug by Luminara
"I know your sorry"said Luminara with a smile as she pulled out of the hug to see Barriss who had a smile as well
