It wasn't even an hour later that Speed and the remaining Adders burst into Big Momma's.
"Alright, Butchy. You are all packed, right?"
"Nearly. There's just a few more things I need to pack up."
"Then go get it done." Speed snapped.
As Butchy walked out, glaring at Speed, Tessa followed him. Once they reached the house, Tessa helped Butchy grab the last of his things.
"I can't believe you have to leave in a couple hours!" Tessa said, tearing up a little bit.
"Hey, it'll be alright! A raven always a way back to her nest." Butchy said before lightly kissing Tessa.
They sat down on the couch and talked for the next hour and a half, until Lela came and said that Speed was getting impatient for them to get back. As they got back to Big Momma's, they could see the angry look on Speed's face.
"What took you so long?!" He snapped.
"We were talking. Spending time together."
"Say your goodbyes, little brother! Cause this is the last time you'll ever see your girlfriend! And Lela, you'd better get ready! Cause now that I'm in charge, you and Hank over here are…"
"Um...Speed...I can't." Hank spoke up.
"And why not?!"
"I'm...um...I'm….going to college in a week?"
"What?! You're not supposed to go to college!" Speed yelled.
"My parents are sending me, and I've already been accepted to a really big college!"
"Like what?"
"Yale."
Speed threw his hands in the air, frustrated.
"I'm sorry, Speed! It's just something I have to do!" Hank said before walking out.
"Why is it that my gang keeps shrinking?!"
"Because they realize how mean you really are." Butchy said, wanting to get on his brother's nerves one more time.
"RRAAAGH! That's it! Out! Get OUT!" Speed yelled, very angry now.
"Ok! Ok! Love you, Tess. I promise that we'll be back together again."
"I love you too. I look forward to the time when you can come back."
Soon enough, Butchy had to leave. Everyone from the Rodents, especially Tessa and Lela, was crying.
