I didn't know what I had until I lost it.

Chapter 2: Two and a half week before the funeral.

Natsumi's POV:

Come on its incredible that with all the high tec alien technology I can't be home on time. Ok Natsumi you need to calm down the world isn't gone end because you are an hour late. Seriously girl what do you think can happen in such little time? I roll my eyes and put my earphones on and plug them into my red colored IPhone and I close my eyes against the window of the train.

This time gives me time to think. The city has changed a lot since we form part of the Kerorian Empire: what am I thinking? The whole world has changed: and not only by how it looks aliens don't hide any longer and just walk around, go to school, etc. It has been only 3 years and I don't want to life in any other way now if I had known it would be this good I would never have tried to stop that stupid frog. In the end I only wasted my own energy and fried my nerves: in my defense I was only a silly girl that had no idea what would happen once Earth was invaded.

Thinking about him, Keroro, he hasn't changed that much he still loves his Gundam models, but now he lives in his own house here in Japan: not that he ever uses it. He has been promoted and now is an officer cadet he also has retired (It's not like he truly liked being in the army anyway) loves to play the hero and all in all is still the stupid frog we all know and love.

Then we have Kururu who now lives in India even if I will never tell anyone I do miss him: our personal little creep, but he still comes by and he hasn't been promoted some kind of punishment for something I really don't wanna know. He isn't retired, but hasn't gone active duty anymore: he is a consultant to the EDF (Earths Defense Force). And now that he can turn human at will and has some money and such he likes to flirt with mom, EEEEW!, but it's as clear as the day that he only does so to gain Moas attention. Sadly the Angol believes that he is in love with her.

Of course we have Dororo who became Sergeant has retired and now is married to Kuyuki. They are the owners of a very popular Dojo in the city that looks more like a school: because they do a lot with their students and most of them are kids. Not many of us where expecting the notice of their upcoming nuptials, the only one who wasn't shocked was Giroro, but we were all happy for them…After all they were perfect for each other.

And we have Tamama who is now a corporal and an adult in all, but spirit not to mention that he is the head of the earth's defense force. Due this he still lives in Momoka's house well at last partly because also most of the Nizisawa guards are part of the Force and he is still as close to Momochi as ever, just like the stupid frog and Fuyuki….

And then we have our ex-corporal Giroro he is the one who has grown the most these past years and not only military speaking: he is now a General, has his own A-Ranked platoon, he lives here in Japan in a truly modest place, but doesn't spend much time there he is usually on some mission I do miss him the most… He was after all my partner and is my best friend.

It's incredible how much live can change in a few years mom hasn't and keeps getting info and ideas for her manga's from Giroro's life instead of our own: life with the frogs. When Keroro heard that Giro was going to get his very own manga he got jealous, but I have seen how much he enjoys the Manga: Frogiot. I have to chuckle when I think about this he (Giro) still puts his SOS face on when mom starts asking him things: not that I don't pity him because once mom starts there is no way of stopping her.

Fuyuki has grown up to become a well built and handsome young man, it's incredible that he will be a freshman in college next year, he is of course still is into the paranormal and now is dating Momoka: poor girl has to glare to keep the girls of him.

And Saburo….. Well he also works for the EDF and I finally came over my crush on him now we are good friends. I also have myself I'm in college now and don't have such a stressed live anymore. Yes live has changed for the good: I'm sure of it.

Dammit I was so lost in troughs that I didn't noticed that I had past the station that's near house now I have a 30 minutes' walk in place of a 10 min, but let's get started with a smile spring vacation has just started and the gang will be coming home I'm so excited even Giro has promised to come. He always does, but isn't always able….stupid job of his.
