Black Baron of Suna Chapter 5: "So I'll have to intervene personally?"
Shop Near the Underworld – three years after the Challenge between Naruto and Tsunade -
The Blond Necromancer was slowly sipping his afternoon tea with a calm expression in face, a pleasured moan escaping him as Veronica found a rather stiff knot on his shoulders as she was massaging him.
It had been three years since he managed to convince Tsunade to take the position of Hokage since even her expertise in healing could not save Hiruzen's arms that had been then amputated and substituted with prosthetics coming from Suna (and secretly 'tampered with' by Naruto).
It had also been two years since Sahara had been chosen as Kazekage for the unexpected joy of the Village population, he was there with her both as Baron Shi and as Naruto thanks to the Shadow Clone technique, his trusty skull-masked guards hidden in the shadows just to be sure nothing happened.
He had been forced to tamper a little with his own body to have it 'get older' since Samedi and Brigitte had the brilliant idea to stop it from being altered by the flowing of Time, but that was the past and now he finally looked nineteen while Sahara had finally developed the 'curves' other girls have.
Curves that he himself had the pleasure to explore every night since her election as Kazekage to help her relax after every long day of work with the help of her sisters. Yes, losing virginity in a foursome with three sexy girls was definitely a good thing for one's self esteem.
But not everything was going smoothly, those ROOT Shinobi were still trying to capture him and Rin had informed the boy that the Akatsuki Organization was finally starting to move to capture the nine Bijus, making Sahara the first on their list of targets.
"Some ass-holes at the door, boss! They said that they find unfair that you killed that bastard for not paying," Tayuya said entering the room.
"He wanted me to force the elders into choosing him as Kazekage and then kill them should they refuse, I had their permission to use him as a target practice for you people, he even tried to attack Sahara, what I did was even too 'human' for something like that," Naruto answered with an annoyed sigh.
"That was exactly what we told them, they still tried to attack us," Kushina answered, shaking her head in annoyance.
"Fine! I'll present them our new bouncer then," the boy said getting up, walking towards his secondary body as Baron Shi to 'wear it'.
Once exited the shop he was faced with three angry civilian and two Jounin shinobi, there was even an ANBU acting as 'Head' of the group.
"What can I do for you?" Baron Shi asked, his hood covering the annoyed frown on his face.
"You killed my husband! I want my revenge!" the woman said with a glare.
"Revenge? Your husband was a traitor that tried to force the elders to choose him, he even asked me to use my guards to kill them had they refused, and he even attacked the CURRENT Kazekage...between me and Public Execution, I was the better option he had, at least no-one will know what he tried to do." the Necromancer answered.
"The brat is still not ready to guide a village! My father would have made us great! Greater than Konoha even!" the boy near the woman said with a growling tone.
"And how would have he done that exactly? Through war? Through politics? Through blackmailing and underground assassinations attempt? Your father was a war monger and an idiot, showing muscles and growling does not make one powerful enough to move war, we need Konoha since our being allies is dated to something like one hundred years ago, by now we are 'too deep' inside this to just bite their hands and hope to ally ourselves with someone else, Mist is no longer the same village they were, even three years was not enough to recover from their civil war and Iwa still hates us from helping Konoha during the last war, Kumo instead is just too far away to offer proper help and protection...do I need to say more?" Baron Shi answered.
"My father was not an idiot, you monster!" another boy said, spitting at him, watching the tall man clean his hooded cloak with a deep sneer.
"I should technically wait for Sahara-sama to give me the order, but after this...I'll kill you all and use your useless souls to decorate my paintings, I'll put your mother's painting near the shrunken head of your father, at least they will be together for all the eternity," Naruto answered with a cold voice.
"You won't do such a thing, you are under arrest for threatening a civilian!" the ANBU said, making the two Jounin step forward in a threatening way.
"Let's see...you asked me to give you some sort of power to become Kazekage yourself or AT LEAST to control the current one..." the Necromancer answered with a bored voice, pointing at the masked shinobi with a lazy gesture.
"You wanted a way to fuck your own sister without having the resulting baby born with malformations..." he then said pointing at one of the Jounin.
"And you wanted me to turn your dog into an human...so to have sex with it," he said pointing at the female Jounin.
"Those people discovered that and blackmailed you two, the ANBU just wanted revenge on the fact that I did not accept his request," the blond said with a cold chuckle, looking satisfied as the two Jounin gained an ashamed expression on their faces.
"It doesn't matter, since you are resisting arrest I am now justified to beat you into a pulp!" the ANBU said in glee.
"It does matter instead, stand down!" Sahara barked furious, she and her two sisters appearing in front of the Shop in a swirling of sand, a squad of four ANBU behind them.
"Kazekage-sama!" the woman said with wide eyes.
"SHUT UP! I heard enough!" the young woman answered, silencing the civilian with a ferocious glare.
"I am glad my signal reached you in time," Naruto said with an amused tone.
"Yes, hearing what was happening here and why was really helpful," Kankuo answered with a nod.
"I'll have you know that over the ninety-eight percent of the population is okay with my sister being the Kazekage, so your claim about no-one wanting her is empty, now you are trespassing and will pay the consequences," Temari added.
"Attacking a civilian is a shame for the ANBU Corp as it is trying to go behind the Kazekage's back to obtain what you want, you are out of our ranks with immediate effect!" the ANBU captain behind Sahara said in disgust.
"He is not a civilian! He is a monster! An abominable freak! A devil!" the masked man tried saying.
"I happen to not care about what you think about me, but you came here in my property with the intention to attack me, I accepted to meet you because I knew that once here...you would have been subjected to MY rules! Bwahahaha!" Baron Shi said with a deep laugh that chilled the presents.
"W-What do you mean?" the former ANBU asked with a trembling voice.
"The candles "read" the intentions of whoever uses them, if one ask to come here with the hidden wish to harm him he will know, and he will act accordingly, he warned us when he opened his shop here years ago," Sahara answered.
"WAIT! You can't let him kill me!" the man pleaded.
"I'll let to my new bouncer decide. Come here, NEMESIS!" Naruto ordered with a barked yell.
With thundering steps, a frightening giant creature joined the scene, Nemesis was an humanoid creature clothed in black trousers, overcoat, boots and gloves.
It had been obliviously 'built' by using parts of corpses as it had exposed muscles on its body and added stitches to cover the right eye that was swelled-up and covered in flesh.
It was a giant about 7' 03" tall, with not enough skin to cover his mouth leaving out his yellow jagged teeth, fixating his white empty eyes on the masked man he growled with a deep voice.
"S.T.A.R.S!"
"No! no! It's ANBU! ANBU!" Baron Shi said in annoyance.
"S.T.A.R.S!"
"Forget it! This happens when you use a damaged brain!" the Necromancer said while the 'Bouncer' took an hold of the ANBU's masked face.
"AAAAAH! Let me go! Let me go!" the man yelled, stabbing the creature with a kunai without getting a reaction.
"That's enough, Baron Shi! you scared him enough, we'll take care of them," Kankuo said.
"The woman with her two sons will be mine, they were behind the attack and will pay the price for it, the shinobi are all yours, it's up to you to keep them on a thigh leash," Baron Shi answered, snapping his fingers to summon his guards that immediately restrained the woman and the two young men.
"Kazekage-sama! Help us!" the woman pleaded.
"I want you to crack open her mind, I want to know Everything that is inside their heads, should they have other plans against Suna or, Kami forbid, some idea about moving a revolt against me...feel free to have as much 'fun' with them as you want," Sahara said with a cold glare.
"Whatever you wish, Kazekage-sama, I aim to please," Baron Shi said with a low bow, ignoring the pleas of mercy as the three civilians were dragged inside by Minato, Kushina and Anko.
"Please accompany our "Guest" out, and remember them that they no longer are able to ask for our services nor even just accompany people here, they are forever banished from the Shop," Naruto said to Tayuya.
"Aye, Boss! I'll be clear and concise," the masked woman answered.
"You won't show mercy?" Temari asked with a whisper.
"I'll see what they think about the village and Sahara, then I'll decide who lives and who don't" he answered.
"Show some mercy if they are worthy of it, please," the girl pleaded.
"I am not a monster, Temari, but you know how I work, I'll remove whoever will bring Chaos to this world, the culprits, not the victims," the Necromancer answered.
"Okay, thanks," Temari said with a tiny smile.
Watching her go away with her sisters had him let out a short chuckle, surprised that the three girls still loved him no matter his "Job" and powers over Death.
Ignoring the woman and her sons screaming in despair to be spared as Anko dragged them in the dungeon under the Shop for Interrogation, the young man just sat on his chair behind the huge desk.
"Need anything in particular, Master?" Veronica asked.
"My original body would be a good start," he said.
"I'll take it here immediately," Veronica answered.
While he was waiting in silence, the young man closed his eyes, letting his head wander through the various information his spies and the souls of the recently deceased had brought to him.
"Things are evolving," the Kyuubi Doll said with a calm tone.
"...Yes, Tsunade reported Hiruzen trying to guide her decisions with off-hand comments and suggestions, she understand that he is doing this just because he is fossilized on his old believes about the Shinobi World, but things needs to change in accordance with the muting of the times, Danzo too his doing his best to climb on my "Hit List" of people to remove," Naruto answered.
"Your body, Master." Veronica said, she and Adorea carefully moving the blond-haired body near the tall black-haired one currently containing the Necromancer's Soul.
"Thank you," he answered.
"It's been a while since I started thinking about this, kit...I fear that we can no longer wait for the others to follow our suggestions anymore, we need to push things forward a little faster," Kurama said with a sigh, watching Naruto's soul enter in his original body.
"You think we'll have to intervene directly?" the now blond young man asked with a sigh himself, distractingly watching as Adorea took the 'spare body' to store it away.
"You know very well how convinced I was about remaining in the shadows, had this situation been different, I would have not proposed this," the Kyuubi answered, the young man just picked the Biju's immobile stuffed body up to perch it on his shoulder.
"Akatsuki," he muttered.
"Do you want me to hunt down the members of the Organization, Master?" Veronica proposed instantly.
"That would be even too much out in the open, Veronica, but thank you all the same!" Naruto answered, patting on his lap while looking at her.
Without a single comment, the blue-haired girl sat on his legs, letting-out a content sigh as he circled his arms around her waist while she reclined her head on his shoulder.
"Will you keep me company tonight as well, Master?" she asked.
"Am I spoiling you?" he asked with a chuckle.
"Mistress Sahara and her sisters like giving me orders whenever I join you and your lovers in the bed, can I have some...'alone time' for once?" she asked back.
"Of course, everything you want, my dear," he answered with a smirk.
The two sat silently for several minutes in which he just kissed or nibbled her neck while she massaged his hair, both with eyes closed and a smile on their face as they savored the moment.
As his hand sneaked under her dress for some more skin-to-skin contact, a cheerful-sounding chime came from one of the various amulets dangling from the ceiling.
"Damn it..." Veronica hissed with a low whisper, making her Master snort in amusement.
"I find annoyances' timing to be scarily perfect when it comes to our relaxation time," Naruto answered.
"What was that?" Minato asked curious.
"The new wards, since Rin talked about Zetsu's abilities to 'Melt' in the floor and Obito's powers akin to Teleportation, I decided to add some protections in case our being between Living World and Underworld was not enough," the blond Necromancer answered.
"You mean?" Kushina asked.
"Zetsu tried to force himself here, probably to act as a messenger or a spy, luckily he still couldn't reach here since we are "far" from the Living World, but still, my defences alerted me that he tried, I wonder if the shock to his soul, or theirs since he acts like two beings fused into one, was as painful as I wanted it to be," he answered with a curious tone.
"Do you think he will try again?" Kurama asked.
"Probably, we'll see what will they try after some other failures at entering here," Naruto answered with a chuckle, calmly returning to his exploring the hidden 'treasures' under Veronica's clothes.
"You are lucky that Sahara and the others find exciting to have someone so willingly to play "Slave" when you all are together, otherwise you would just spend most of the time repairing her," Minato said, shaking his head.
"If I do this is just because I know my Master likes it, please don't put me in some kind of 'Emotionless Puppet' group, thank you," Veronica answered with narrowed eyes.
"We know you have emotions and a personality...it's just that you are...well, a pervert," Minato answered.
"I am NOT a pervert!" the other said with a furious glare.
"Then why I heard you tell Anko that your dirty fantasy was doing it on that desk while wearing a collar and a leash?" the former Fourth Hokage asked with a devious smirk.
"Veronica?" Naruto asked surprised.
"Don't believe him, Master! He is just jealous of your situation and making-up lies!" the girl said rapidly, trying to cover her reddening cheeks by reclining her hat.
"Oh! He IS jealous, that's true," Kushina said with a smirk.
"Kushi-chan?!" Minato yelled with wide eyes.
"But is also true that Anko was telling her that her own fantasy was doing it on the Kazekage's desk...with her watching, that is slightly MORE perverted so Veronica is not the only one dirty-minded here," the red-haired woman added, completely ignoring her husband.
"THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A SECRET!" Anko yelled from the lab underground.
"Oh! She heard me...what a piping-Tom," Kushina said with a smirk.
"You are taking my being with so many women awfully well, mum," Naruto said with a surprised tone, the new chiming warning the Shop of a new try of Zetsu went easily ignored just like his "DAMMIT!" scream of pain.
"It's not my fault if you are so manly that women flock you in hordes, it must be my Uzumaki blood flowing through your veins," Kushina answered in smug pride.
"You mean the Namikaze blood, he is just good with women as I was at his age," Minato countered.
"As if! You had to save my life to catch my interest, you never had that aura of sheer Badassery my manly little Naru-chan exudes all the time, just like my father," the woman countered.
"What!? Look at me, woman! I am Minato Namikaze! Have you any idea how many love letters I received everyday when I was still an academy student?" Minato answered, crossing his arms in offense.
"Letters? After loosing that tomato-like face I had when I was a kid, I always received chocolate and flowers from secret admirers, even after we married," Kushina answered.
"WHAT?! Who are those bastards! I WANT NAMES!" Minato yelled in anger.
"I personally kicked their ass into switching target, don't worry," she answered, unconcerned.
"Shall we continue this in my room, Veronica?" Naruto asked.
"Can we call Miss Temari too? I want to try some things I have read in some adult books, Master," Veronica answered, letting out a low, modest squeal as he scooped her up in his arms.
"If this is what you want, my dear," he answered, carrying her away while the two undead parents kept debating about who was the 'Coolest' one when younger.
Several Hours Later – hidden cave – Border with the Land of Rock - Akatsuki Meeting Point -
The various projections of the Members of Akatsuki were standing in circle, waiting as per their Leader's request for Zetsu's report about the spy's current mission.
When the black-and-white being reached the wide cave, several eyebrows went raised at his crisped and ragged appearances.
"What happened?" Pein asked.
"We tried to see if we could enter the Shop of this mysterious Baron Shi without an appointment...we failed," White Zetsu said.
"Failed? How come you failed?" Itachi Uchiha asked, his usual monotone showing a surprised edge.
"We don't know okay? We never bothered with a candle and tried to just pop-up there, the very damn air FRIED US! THE FUCKING AIR! I couldn't feel not even a shitty barrier and it was like putting our head in the microwave! IT HURTS!" Black Zetsu answered with an angry voice.
"You have stuck your head in the microwave once? Why?" Kisame asked, curious.
"It was a figure of speech, you fishy idiot! I am saying that whatever protection is the one around that Shop we can't surpass it!" Black Zetsu answered with a murderous glare.
"That's besides the point! Any news about the Ichibi Jinchuuriki?" Hidan asked annoyed.
"She is always under heavy escort and she visits Baron Shi at least once a day, the strange blond brat that lives there is the only "anomaly" in her schedule, we can't trace him no matter what we try so use him as a bait is out of the question, I don't know how he does it, but unless I have him in front of me I can't sense his presence," White Zetsu said.
"This is interesting, should we attack, I want to be able to study him, may be good to create new puppets with "hidden" strings," Sasori said with a tiny nod.
"We can't wait any longer, it's time for us to start our plans, Deidara and Sasori, you two will follow the original plan and capture the One-Tailed Jinchuuriki in Suna," the 'Leader' of the Akatsuki ordered.
"As you wish, Pein-sama," Sasori the Puppet Master said with a nod.
"Yeah, it will be funny!" Deidara added with a smirk.
"What about us?" Kakuzu asked.
"We need to capture the bijus and seal them in the correct order, you others will keep the other Vessels under close watch, we need time to extract a Biju so we need to be sure that once we are done the others will still be reachable," Pein answered.
"And about the Kyuubi?" Itachi asked.
"We'll collect the others, if by time we have the eight Tailed Beasts the Fox is still missing, we will move to hunt it down together, I won't let a single Beast ruin our plans by playing Hide-and-Seek!" Pein answered with narrowed eyes.
"As you wish, Pein-sama!" the assembled members of the Organization answered as one, their projections fading away one by one.
Rain Village – Secret Room – with Pein -
"Are we doing the right thing, Madara?" Pein asked to the masked man watching him from a corner of the room.
"Don't worry, once we'll have collected every Biju and enacted the plan, everything will be okay, and pain and wars will be just a distant memory," the man answered with a chuckle.
"What about Baron Shi? The most strange stories can be hard about it," Konan asked curious.
"I'll talk with him myself the day before Deidara and Sasori will attack, who knows...maybe he will personally deliver us the Kazekage once I am done, I am curious about how he manage to elude our eyes" 'Madara' said with an amused tone, disappearing in a vortex coming from the hole in his orange mask.
"What do you think, Nagato?" Konan asked.
"I am worried, Konan...I wonder if Yahiko would have accepted what we are doing had he been here to see us, but I know we MUST do this, otherwise this world will just tear itself apart," Pein answered.
"And what about the people we are killing to reach our goal? And the Jinchuuriki we will kill after removing their Bijus?" Konan asked.
"They are acceptable losses, Konan, we are giving them Peace from a life of hardship, they are sacrificing themselves for the better of the whole world," Nagato answered.
"Nagato is still refusing to see the truth, I will try again with Konan, just in case she will be able to talk him out of this, but I fear that when the time will come, only her will understand how wrong this is," Yahiko's ghost muttered sadly, keeping watch on the two with a sad expression.
With Itachi – border with the land of Rock -
The Uchiha Missing-Nin had just distracted Kisame enough to sneak away to send a message to Jiraiya in Konoha, he knew the Spy-Master would need the information about the Organization starting its hunt.
When he reached a clearing he unsealed a scroll and some writing equipment, determined to hurry-up and send all the information he could to Konoha and its Hokage, when the first black feather fell in front of his eyes, his expression grew surprised.
"Sharingan!" Itachi yelled, activating his Doujutsu to look around, watching how dozen of ravens seemed to fly around him at slow-motion, leaving behind innumerable feathers that almost stood floating in the air from how slowly those were falling, he could see that every raven had a pair of Sharingan eyes staring at him with unblinking glares.
"Where are you? How come you know about this illusion?" he demanded.
"I was the one that taught you this Genjutsu, remember? I started teaching you this the day you were enrolled into ANBU...I was so proud of you, you were secretly scared of being unable to be a good enough shinobi for that rank, we used to talk all night about it, with me trying to console you about your abilities," a female voice said with a deep tone of sadness, making Itachi's eyes grow wide.
"YOU! How dare you take the appearances of my mother?" the young man asked in anger, turning towards the source of the voice.
"Taking my appearances? You are wrong, Itachi...I AM here, I wanted to see what happened to you after that fateful night, was it all to be Konoha's spy? Was all to follow orders that you killed us? That you killed ME, your own mother? Did I matter so little that a single order was enough to end my life?" Mikoto asked.
"You know why I did that, Mother...it was necessary to stop Father from overthrowing the Hokage in his mad dream about Uchiha supremacy," Itachi answered.
"We both know that it was the other way around, Itachi, we both know that it was all because of the Elders and the Hokage that everything reached the breaking point, forcing most of us to try and force the issue against the fear they all had of our eyes; they wanted us controlled and slaved, this in turn had been more than enough for your Father to convince the others to follow his own plans, he too used Fear to guide the events, all in order to reach for the power over the Village he so much wanted," Mikoto answered.
"Why are you here?" Itachi asked with a pained expression, the woman's dying eyes flashing in his mind once again.
"I am here to give you a warning, both Villages and the Akatsuki are playing a dangerous game, there is someone that is getting tired to see Chaos rule the Elemental Countries, he is planning something and he won't stop at anything to complete his mission," Mikoto answered.
"A warning? Who is this man?" Itachi asked.
"I can't say his name, he probably already knows that I am here and talking with you, he can make my life difficult if he wants to no matter if I am already dead...I want you to take distance, Itachi! Keep yourself away from the Akatsuki, Konoha and every other Village, hide somewhere, don't interfere and don't fight, please!" the woman pleaded.
"Why? Who can attack people if they are already dead? And what about Sasuke?" Itachi asked.
"I...I can only say that he is a Necromancer, a man with power over the realm of Death itself, write to your brother, explain him everything! Tell him how Elders and Fugaku used Fear, Loyalty and Ambition to guide events towards our destruction, he still wants to know why, he is still not blinded by hate, but everyday people hiding in the shadows try to lure him under their control using you as a leverage, alert Sasuke and then hide with him far away, please...don't make yourself the target of That Man!" Mikoto pleaded.
"Mother..I..." Itachi tried saying, his face twisting into horror as purple chains erupted from the floor, circling around Mikoto to drag her underground.
"AH!" the woman yelled in fear as she started sinking down.
"MOTHER!" Itachi yelled, grabbing her hand but unable to pull her awayas she was now waist-deep into the terrain.
"Itachi...please...save yourself and Sasuke from this foolishness, you two suffered enough from this!" Mikoto said as a chain circled tightly around her neck, making her eyes roll-back in her head.
"Now-now! I know people in the Underworld that don't like when a Soul escape, even if it doesn't seem like that, Itachi-kun, I am actually helping your mother, I am forcing her back before THEY will hunt her down...and those people are vicious with run-aways like her," a deep, distorted male voice said through Mikoto's mouth.
"Who are you?" Itachi demanded.
"Me? I am a guy who wants to bring Equilibrium to this land, you saw what Hiruzen, Danzo, Onoki, A and people like them do everyday, Times are changing, old ideals and thirst of Power can not continue to fester, think about it, the ones in position of Power "play" with the Villages and the ones living in there, even the current Daimyos are either fools or war-mongers, old ideals are polluting this world, I just want the "Right" people in charge," the mysterious voice answered.
"And how can you be sure to know WHO will be the right one? Who gives you the right to choose who should reign?" Itachi asked with narrowed eyes.
"Who gave me the right? I am not hunting down innocents for their Burden just to cover everything in an endless Illusion so to have back my childhood crush like the real Leader of Akatsuki, nor I am using the guilt of a man forced to kill his own Clan to spy on at the time recently born Organization called Akatsuki, I am not trying to become a dictator, I just want people with a grain of Common Sense taking decisions in place of the current morons, but feel free to not trust me and alert Konoha like a good doggie, I have my ways to reach my goal with or without your consent," the entity said with a chuckle.
"How do you know all of this? And who is the REAL Leader of Akatsuki?"
"I have my ways, Itachi-kun...as for the rest, well, that would be telling, where is the fun in having someone else giving you all the answers?"
"You are a sick demon, you are finding this whole situation amusing, aren't you? What will you do once your 'Equilibrium' is established then?" Itachi asked.
"Ufufufu! Yes, finding that the greatest Evil that is plaguing the Elemental Countries with his Organization of sick assassins and psychopaths is doing this just for the sake of the girl he used to masturbate to is way more entertaining than what I thought. As for once I am done with you all, I will just fade in the background making sure to be as far away as possible from the lime-light, I don't like being the center of attention, I'll just help people understand how stupid their old believes are and hopefully teach them how to live in some sort of Peace-like state" he answered.
"Peace-like?"
"You seriously think that "Eternal Peace" do exist? Huhuhu!" the voice answered with a deep laugh.
"As for now I need to alert Konoha, they will tell the others about the hunt for Jinchuuriki," the young Uchiha man said.
"You sure? They don't have a Biju or a Jinchuuriki any longer, that is no more their concern, or even better, the less-than-honorable members of the Village WILL use that as an excuse to capture one of the others and letting the Organization take the blame, you know this will happen, it doesn't take being a Prodigy to see this,"
"What should I do then? I am listening," Itachi demanded with narrowed eyes.
"Huhuhu! Send your message if you don't believe me, then watch closely how people will move behind the Hokage's back to ensure a new Slave will work for them, then, try and consider Mikoto-chan's offer to go into hiding with your little brother and talk to me once reached your decision...I will know when you will be ready and contact you myself..." the voice said, dragging Mikoto fully underground and making both woman and illusion disappear completely, leaving Itachi alone in the small clearing.
"This...is not good, I need to alert Konoha about Akatsuki," the young man said with a sigh, his mind both confused and worried about the apparent play of power between the Organization and this mysterious individual that in some way had the ability to trap his mother's soul.
"What am I supposed to do?" he asked aloud as if hoping that from the sky the answer could come and solve his doubts, shaking his head clear he rapidly composed a short message about the start of Pein's plans for the various Jinchuuriki, a part of him admitting that it will probably spring Konoha's interest just like the entity said it will do.
Letting out a new pained sigh, Itachi created a clone to send the message in one of the meeting points with Jiraiya's spies to deliver it to the Toad Sage.
He begrudgingly prepared himself to spy on his old village himself to see if the warning was real, his mind already forming plans to take Sasuke away and hopefully explain everything to him while hiding in one of the small civilians-only towns scattered around the minor villages.
"I just hope you are safe, Sasuke...this thing is getting bigger than what I thought, I should have known that accepting that deal was like selling my soul to the Devil, if only I could be certain that you will understand, I would explain everything to you, then the choice to kill me or not would be only yours...I just tried to protect you from the evil our father was, unknowingly throwing you to the wolves...I am sorry," Itachi muttered before returning to Kisame before the fish-like man could become suspicious.
In the meatime – Suna - Shop Near the Underworld -
The young Necromancer was back into his body as Baron Shi and was sitting with an amused expression in front of a crystal ball, near him the ghost of Mikoto looking at the scene in there with a sad expression, a pale and shaking Sasuke was sitting on the other side of the desk, looking at the ball with wide eyes.
"Well played, Mikoto, we both gave our message to your son, now is up to him," Naruto said with a chuckle.
"Thank you, Baron Shi-sama...but, was it necessary to make him think that you are a manipulative man bend on changing the World?" the woman asked in concern.
"Had I presented myself in any other way it would not have had the same effect, are you alright, Sasuke?" Baron Shi said, looking at the boy with a calm look on his face.
"So...both Father and Hokage played with us? All because of Power?" the boy asked.
"Fugaku used the fear-induced oppression the Elders had on your Clan to actually start the rebellion they feared would have happened, the old man and those fossils at the same time feared to see someone younger and with different ideals steal their 'toys' that were Village and Shinobi and so acted accordingly, your brother was told only half the truth, he knew about the starting revolt but not that everything started from the High-Ups in the Village Council forcing the Uchiha Clan's hand; he had been their tool, just like they now hope you to be, if you kill Itachi, the last proof of their planning will disappear, leaving them pristine and innocent in the eyes of everyone," the Necromancer answered.
"But I do know now! I can tell everyone!" Sasuke said angrily.
"And do tell, what would stop them from saying that killing your own brother cost you your sanity, lock you up and then use you as a breeding stock to create a new Clan of Sharingan Users under THEIR control?" the man asked back, making the Uchiha boy fall silent.
"If they managed to cover everything up until now, they surely have prepared counter-measures just in case you came to know the truth, they had years since the Massacre to cover every possible angle after all, if not for Mikoto contacting me, even I would have been in the dark about this," Naruto said.
"Then...what should I do?" Sasuke asked, worried.
"Keep wearing my scarf as you are doing now, it will protect you from mind tricks and loyalty seals, then pretend to still be determined into killing Itachi, if they offer help accept it, making them think that you still are the playable fool they think you are will help them lower their guard, grow stronger, if by the time to leave Itachi still have to contact you, one of my guards will come to take you here as they did today, as you saw, unless I give the permission no one can enter here," Baron Shi answered.
"You sure I can trust this?" Sasuke asked.
"Words of your mother, not mine!" the Necromancer said with a chuckle, waving towards Mikoto in amusement.
"I am just trying to protect my sons from making a terrible mistake after another," Mikoto said.
"Sorry, Mother...it's...it's good to see you again," Sasuke said, tentatively hugging her and sighing when his arms moved through her body.
"I am happy to see you again myself, you are growing into a strong man, I am glad," she answered with a tender smile.
"What will you do now?" Baron Shi asked.
"I will do as you said, if Itachi really is sorry he will contact me and try to explain his actions, otherwise, well, Konoha wasted an occasion to fix their mistakes, after the Kyuubi they will just lose the remaining Sharingan eyes at their disposal as I will abandon them for greener pastures," Sasuke answered.
"As long as you are happy, you can even join my Shop, an helper is always well accepted," Naruto said.
"Join Suna?" Sasuke asked back, surprised.
"Nah! Joining the Shop Near the Underworld! We get more money from the missions of the village since we are hired as Mercenaries and didn't have to follow all those shitty rules of a Village, only the ones of the Shop," Tayuya said with a snort.
"Yeah! And our Dental Insurance is WAY better than the one of Konoha!" Anko added with a chuckle.
"And the bathrooms! The cleanest ones in the whole Elemental Countries," Minato said with a chuckle.
"I...I'll think about it..." Sasuke said, sweat-dropping a little at the reasons they were offering.
"Just ask for a meeting when you will have decided, as for now, one of my guards will take you back to Konoha," Naruto said as Anko stepped forward, signaling him to follow.
"I will also accompany you, Sasuke, then we'll have to say farewell," Mikoto said sadly, her eyes already watering up.
"Yes...it was beautiful to see you again," he said with a loud sob.
"I am proud of you, my precious baby-boy," the Uchiha Matriarch said, the trio leaving the Shop to return to Konoha.
"Sigh! At least he could see his mother once again," Naruto said with a sigh, surprised when his mother dived in his arms to hug him to death.
"WAAAAAAAAAH! My poor baby! If not for Samedi we would not have been together! You would have not been with your mommy!" Kushina howled while hugging him, caressing his back while rocking the blond back and forth.
"I am okay mum, don't worry, you were here for me whenever I needed you the most, I love you," he said, patting her back awkwardly.
"NARU-CHAAAAAN!" she yelled, burying her face in his hair while crying in happiness.
"Was it safe to be so open about your plans?" Minato asked, watching with a tender smile as Kushina was now simply hugging their son with a content smile on her face.
"The better way to cover it, making it appear like a lie to shock Itachi instead of the truth, by the time they will start having doubts I will have already covered my traces, and with this 'face' everyone will look for Baron Shi instead of Naruto Namikaze, like this I will be able to walk freely in the Elemental Nations while every other revenge-driven nut will chase a shadow," the Necromancer answered.
"I hope you are right" Minato said, the following silence interrupted by a new chiming of one of the amulets on the ceiling.
"It seems that the Masked Man that freed the Kyuubi the first time tried to force himself here," Naruto said amused.
"WHAT?! Where is he?" the former Fourth Hokage demanded, almost foaming at the mouth in rage.
"Don't worry, he just wants to talk, he already reached for the candle, probably he was just curious about my defences," he answered.
"If he tries anything..." Minato said with a growl.
"Ufufufufu! Let him come, I want to hear what he wants, I have ways to stop his eyes from influencing me and you people and to forcibly remove him from the Shop should he try, not that you all will let him try before tearing him to pieces," he answered.
"Of course, Master! He will be dead the instant he THINKS about hurting you!" Veronica said with a nod.
"Yeah! I'll kick the bastard's ass at the first sneeze he let out!" Tayuya added.
"Thank you, I am glad to see my guards being so much motivated," Naruto said with an appreciative nod.
Later that night -
Naruto, still in the secondary body of Baron Shi, was silently preparing the tarots on the desk, a knowing smirk splitting his face in two as the frowning Veronica guided the masked man in the shop, Nemesis immediately behind the two and with an iron-grip of one of his massive hands on the man's shoulder.
"GUEST!" the giant said with a growling voice.
"Thank you, nice to see you in my humble Shop...Madara," Baron Shi said, his tone showing great amusement when saying the man's name.
"Nice shop, the rudeness of the guards doesn't help the atmosphere though," the masked man answered with a chuckle, ignoring the growling of Veronica and how Nemesis hand gripped with more strength his shoulder.
"Return to your position, my dear, I'll take care of this as usual," the Necromancer said, watching the two guards leave Madara's sides with evident reluctance.
"Quite the strong defences, I must admit, it was a painful experience trying to appear here," the man said amused, looking around the Shop with great interest.
"I have a candle out there for a reason, it helps me to choose who to let in and who to leave out," Baron Shi answered.
"Your guards had me leave my weapons outside...you really think that this will be enough to protect you?" Madara asked, his hand moving rapidly away from on of the shelves as a strangely-shaped skull tried to bite off his finger.
"You may be surprised about how much it helps instead, training or not, a lot of people tends to feel 'naked' if they don't have at least a sen-bon needle with them, that status of lacking can put them on the edge long enough to leave out an opening," the other answered, ignoring how Minato, Kushina and the others were getting always more tense the longer the two kept talking.
"I'll remember that, thank you...but tell me, do you know why I am here? Oh great Baron Shi?" Madara asked, his tone dripping in amusement.
"Why you are here...that is a difficult question," Baron Shi answered with a fake worried tone.
"Oh, my! Are we losing our edge? Maybe old age is catching up earlier than normal?" the masked man asked with a low laugh.
"Maybe you are right...Uchiha Obito...maybe I am losing my touch," the Necromancer answered casually, his young scarred face flashing a pleasured sneer at watching the man's back stiffen for an instant.
"Hn! You are good, I'll give you that...how do you know?" Obito asked, his mood shifting into coldness in an instant.
"Let's say thatI got 'Friends on the other side'," The man answered with a smirk.
HE'S GOT FRIENDS ON THE OTHER SIDE! Several voices echoed from everywhere behind Obito, startling him.
"But I don't think I will need a musical number to explain this to you, am I right?" Naruto asked with an amused smirk, as on cue the people in the paintings and the shrunken heads slowly turned to look at the Uchiha man with their empty eyes.
"Creepy...What else do you know? Let's hear," Obito asked, sitting in front of the Necromancer.
"Not much I fear..." Naruto said, looking boringly at the cards on the table and turning three of them face-up, to Obito's shock a girl with blue markings on her cheeks could be seen on the first, the second showed a young man with silver hair and lightning in his hands and the last one was of a younger Obito looking sad.
"Was it painful? To watch Rin die at Kakashi's hands? I bet it was, were you conscious that there was probably a reason if someone like him did that? You talked to him before you were crushed under that boulder and yet you assumed...not my place to judge, mind you, Ufufufufu!" he answered.
Fast like a flash Obito moved over the table to grab the front of Naruto's cloak, pulling the Necromancer's face at an inch of his, tearing off his mask he glared at him with a murderous glare on his heavily scarred face still lacking one eye.
"You..." Obito hissed in fury, the various guards pointing their weapons at focal points with a threatening glare behind their skull masks.
"Me...you came here to talk me into 'delivering' Sahara-sama to the men that will come here tomorrow night...Deidara and Sasori, right? As I said, I got friends on the Other Side, there is nothing that can be hidden from me, I have Eyes and Ears everywhere and nowhere at the same time...You want Rin, don't you? You want your little, precious girl back in your life, that is what you want," Naruto said, his sneer never faltering.
"You have no idea who you are joking with, I can make your life miserable," Obito said angrily, his remaining eye switching to the Sharingan.
"Hn! I know you very well instead...I know you even better than how you know yourself," the Necromancer said, his face moving in a frightening smile bordering on the Madness.
To Obito's surprise Naruto's hand grabbed his, making an indescribable pain fill his whole body while at the same time his energy seemed to be siphoned out at a great speed.
"Necromancy 101, Obito Uchiha!" the Necromancer said in glee as the other started to grunt, trying to bite-down a scream of pain as he fell on his knees.
"First lesson! Pain Inducement! The ability to force the victim's body to feel intense pain! I can do Emotional Pain as well, but in this case I think that the physical one will be enough," he said.
"UUGH!" Obito moaned, trying to turn himself intangible.
"Not going to work, fool! Want to know why? Simple, Second Lesson! Life-Force Absorption, The power to absorb the health and life of others and make it one's own...can't make Jutsus if your brain is getting emptied of the strength needed for them, right?" the Necromancer said with a wide smile.
"I'll...make you pay for this..." Obito said weakly, an hidden kunai appearing in his hand from his sleeve, with an angry roar the Uchiha shoved the blade deep in Naruto's eye-socket, piercing the brain.
With a coughing fit rocking his body, Obito broke free, stumbling on his legs and leaning on a near shelf to stand, he was surprised to see the guards not move, he obtained an answer to that when he heard the supposedly Dead Necromancer chuckle.
"Lesson Third...Resurrection, which is of course, the power to bring dead people back to life, including myself," Baron Shi said, tearing away the kunai from his head with an annoyed groan.
"Bring...people...back?...Rin?" Obito demanded, his voice broken by his panting.
"Had you not been an annoyance, I would have tried with Rin as well. For the right price of course," he answered with a chuckle, uncaring of the bleeding wound on his face as apparently he wasn't feeling pain from it.
Thing that was kinda creeping out Obito a little since he could almost see the man's brain from that hole in his head.
"This...is not over yet..." the tired Akatsuki member said.
"Oh, I am sure this is not over, that's true. Tell to your puppet Pein that if he tries anything then Yahiko's Soul will become my next plaything," the Necromancer said.
"N-Next?" Obito asked.
"Well, I won't do to him what I did with Rin since I am straight, but I do have some experiments I wish to carry on," the man answered.
"WHAT HAVE YOU DONE TO RIN?!" Obito yelled.
"Nothing she didn't like, mind you." Baron Shi said calmly, opening the curtain near his desk to show an adult-looking Rin strapped to a chair and mouth-gagged, she was naked and still twitching from what must have been a wild round of sex as her womanhood was still 'dripping' white.
"AAAAAAAAAAAAH!" a long, madness-filled scream echoed in the Shop as Obito's eye widened to impossible limits.
"Just for you information, she was the one to ask for the mouth gag and the nipple-clips, she likes to experiment as much as me apparently, Huhuhu!" Naruto said casually as if speaking of the weather.
"I WILL KILL YOU!" Obito roared, trying to attack the laughing Necromancer.
"No you won't, I fear that our time just expired, thank you for visiting the Shop Near the Underworld, have a nice night," Baron Shi said calmly, as he waved playfully at the Uchiha man the Shop and the people inside simply 'evaporated' into a silver mist, leaving the raging Obito looking at a solid wall of rock near the entrance of Suna's graveyard.
"AAAAAAAAAAARGH! YOU ARE DEAD! DEAD! I WILL KILL YOU! I WILL KILL YOUR GUARDS! I WILL MAKE YOU ALL PAY!" the man yelled in fury, punching the wall of rock until his hands started bleeding.
Breathing heavily he focused his only eye in front of him, rage empowering his weakened body.
"Change of plans...you want to play? Then we WILL play! The Bijus can wait, before that I will remove you from this world, you say you can resurrect yourself but I didn't see you regenerate, we'll see how you will do with your body teared to pieces and your head on a pike, I'll keep you as a paperweight, all the eternity as a disembodied head on my shelf," Obito said to himself, a broken chuckle escaping him.
"Deidara will blow you to bits and Sasori will poison your sorry remains long enough for them to bring you back, if not them, I too have two 'Immortals' under my command that will get you...You caught me by surprise with that weakening touch, but it won't happen anymore, next time I'll know what to defend myself from, you instead, you know nothing about how effective my techniques can truly be, I'll have the last laugh," Obito said, moving away rapidly before someone could come and check on his scream.
Back in the Shop -
Naruto was watching through his crystal ball as the crazed Uzhiha was leaving Suna while still mumbling about his revenge and possible plans to make Baron Shi pay for everything he had done to him and Rin.
"Apparently it worked, I managed to divert his attention on Baron Shi instead of the Bijus, I only hope this distraction will last long enough to remove Akatsuki from the equation," Naruto said with a sigh, his soul leaving the fake body to return to his original one.
"You'll have to repair Baron Shi, kit. We risk freaking out our customers with that bleeding hole, a pity that you can't regenerate that body just like with your real one, but at least you can't be killed while 'wearing' it," the Kyuubi Doll said.
"I will take it to the Lab for reparation, Master," Veronica said, lifting the 'empty' body to take it in the depths of the Shop.
"Thank you, Veronica...how about you?" Naruto asked while taking away the gag from 'Rin'.
"Oh, man! Oh, that was awesome! I could feel two orgasms at the same time!" 'Rin' answered with Kankuo's voice, undoing the henge and showing the puppet user's naked body taking the place on the chair.
"That was because you were feeling pleasure both as Kankuo and as Rin at the same time...you okay in there?" the blond asked.
"Oooh! Had I know Sex felt like this...I would have totally fucked Kakashi's brain out at the first occasion!" a blueish flame said with a moaning voice after leaving Kankuo's body.
"I was surprised when you admitted to hate the fact of being dead Virgin, is not a lot but at least like this you sated your curiosity," Naruto said with a gentle smile.
"I was more than sated, Baron Shi-sama," Rin said with a purring voice, the small flame 'nuzzling' on his cheek lovingly.
"Sorry, I am already on a relationship," he answered with a smirk.
"You should make Sahara try this thing though, it felt awesome...do you mind? My legs feels like jelly," Kankou said, opening her arms wide and asking for help.
"Like this?" the blond asked, carrying the young woman in his arms while she circled her arms around his neck.
"Perfect!" she answered, leaning her head on his shoulder.
"Do I need to keep spying on Akatsuki?" Rin asked.
"Yes, please, and thank you for doing this, your Soul helped making the Henge more believable since your 'essence' was in there as well...sure in his current mental state it would have worked even without it, but it was a nice assurance," Naruto answered.
"No problem...even if I found being exposed like that a little embarrassing," she answered.
"Why? You looked like a very beautiful woman, nothing to be ashamed of," he said, surprised.
"Oh!...thank you...I will be spying on Obito if you need me," Rin answered, her flame-like body turning momentarily bright red in embarrassment before she left the Shop.
"Okay, after this, we need to prepare for the arrival of those two, they will probably attack Suna just to attract Sahara out and then you, we need to be ready," Minato said.
"I will be here waiting for them, I fear it's time for me to fight directly, what a pain," Naruto said with a sigh.
"We'll be there to help you, don't worry," Kushina said with a gentle smile.
"We will be with you as well, don't ya worry, I'll protect you," Kankou said with a smirk.
The next day – Night -
Two lonely figures wearing the black cloaks of Akatsuki were silently flying on a clay-made giant bird towards Suna, two were their targets, the Kazekage and her Biju, and Baron Shi.
"Are we there yet?" Deidara asked with a bored tone.
"Be quiet! We are almost there," Sasori answered, his hunched body clacking as a metallic tail swapped the clay bird in annoyance.
"Don't hit it so hard! Do you want us to blow-up?" the explosion expert said with a low growl.
"Just focus on dropping the first bombs, we are above Suna and its market district," Sasori answered, pointing down to the village with a short movement of his head.
"Don't talk to me like that! I know what to do!" Deidara answered, using the mouths on the palm of his hands to create several bird-shaped bombs he then sent towards the houses, to his surprise a purple light intercepted the bombs making these explode when still far away.
When the Village's alarm started to resound everywhere the two Akatsuki members could only sneer in anger at being intercepted.
"This is not good," Sasori said with a bored sigh.
"What the fuck is that?" the other said as a purple skeleton covered in a tattered robe took a swing at the clay bird, cleaving it in two and getting vaporised by the resulting explosion.
"That was the soul of one of your victims," a cheerful young voice said in answer.
"What the..." Deidara muttered, hastily creating a new bird big enough for him and Sasori to grab and glide to safety on one of the various rooftops.
"Every man you kill and every soul you slay, left behind a debt to pay...I am just here to collect the toll," Naruto answered in a dark sing-song voice, walking towards them he moved an hand over his face, summoning from black smoke a skull mask to cover the upper half of his face.
He had a pair of claws with spiky handles secured at his sides and a lantern in his hands, both lantern and the hooks at the top of the chains were shining in an ominous purple light that seemed to exude an unnatural coldness.
"And you are?" Sasori asked.
"I am one of the many working for Baron Shi...and your personal Grim Reaper for tonight," Naruto answered with an empty chuckle.
"A boy? stop joking," Deidara said with a smirk, surprised to see Sahara appear with her sisters and several ANBU the young Kazekage stopped from interfering.
"Is not me what you should worry about; you should worry about all the victims you piled-up since you went missing-nin...you should fear them and their Grudge!" the blond said, jerking the lantern left and right, freeing a ravenous crowd of wraiths against the two Akatsuki members.
"That's why I wanted a mute partner," Sasori commented as the horde converged on them, his left arm opening to rapidly shot needles towards the spirits.
"Hoy! How could I know the brat could do that?!" Deidara answered in indignation, his cricket-shaped bombs trying to keep the raging spirits at bay with a chorus of explosions.
"I think you can take part now, they seems sufficiently distracted," the blond Necromancer said.
"The ANBU will cover us, let's go," Sahara said with a nod.
"Are you with us?" Temari asked, preparing her fan while Kankuo unsealed her precious puppets.
"May as well, I already got out in the open, at least I'll finish what I started," Naruto answered with a shrug, latching the lantern on his belt and taking out the two claws, the chains around the weapon coiling tightly around his arms by themselves.
"Nice toy," Kankou said.
"Shipped directly from oversea, the last guy who used them was a real 'God of War', pretty powerful claws," he answered, swinging the left claw towards Sasori and connecting it with his arm.
"So you want to get personal now?" the missing Nin asked with a low chuckle.
"A wooden body? Eh! This sounds promising!" the blond answered, yaking back the claw and watching splinters fly around.
"Deidara, keep the Jinchuuriki occupied, I will take care of the boy," the puppet Master said.
"Why?" the bomb-user asked.
"He works for one of our targets and is the one escaping Zetsu's senses, I want him to take us to Baron Shi, once done I want to study his body to create a new puppet," the other answered.
"Me and the others will protect Sahara, you keep Naruto safe, sister!" Temari said, her fan opened and ready.
"No problem, he will need to step on my corpse to have both!" Kankuo answered, her three puppets clacking in anticipation.
"Do not interfere," Sasori said, his long metallic tail shooting forward to pierce the girl.
When the tip was few millimeters from impact the long chain of the Necromancer's claws connected with it, starting a strength contest between blond boy and missing-nin.
"KANKUO, NOW!" Naruto said, using the other claw to grab Sasori's neck in a chocking hold.
"Too easy!" the Puppet Master answered, the front of his 'face' opening to shoot a long stream of sen-bons against the blond, turning the front of his jumpsuit into a pincushion.
"NOO!" Kankuo yelled in horror, her eyes blinded by rage as she sent her puppets towards the Akatsuki member.
"Hn! I remember those...I was the one creating them, so many memories," Sasori said with a chuckle while his free hand shot forward towards the lizard-shaped one.
"My boyfriend modified them, Bastard! They are all sparkling new!" the girl answered and turning with a spinning motion of her hand the lizard puppet into a ball covered in metal, deflecting the hand and moving like a bullet towards Sasori.
"ARGH!" the Puppet Master screamed as the chains yanked him forward towards the metallic sphere, blocking his escape and costing him the warm and part of his side as the lizard puppet moved through him.
"It hurts, you know? I hate when they use poison on me, it leaves a bad after-taste in my mouth," the blond said with a sneer, the various needles falling from his body as the wounds get healed.
"How could you survive?!" Sasori demanded, his wooden body cracking under the pressure of the chains.
"Before coming here I got my real organs substituted by dummies just to be sure to be protected by your poison, nice isn't it?" Naruto answered, pulling back the hooks and beheading Sasori along tearing off the remaining arm.
"Yes, it was a rather interesting idea, I see that Baron Shi does have my same ideas when it comes to Art, creating something able to last forever, even humans through dummy organs," Sasori answered calmly, a young man with fiery red hair emerging from the remains of the Puppet Master's body.
"Something everlasting and unchanging through the eons, yes, I know what you mean, he does have a love for the grotesque though," Naruto answered with a smirk.
"The Real Sasori?" Kankuo asked.
"In person, I guess I'll have to be serious then," he answered, unfolding on his back to rotor-like set of blades and a long metallic whip from his chest.
"Interesting," the Necromancer said with a calculating gaze.
"And this is not everything," Sasori said while unsealing a human-looking puppet covered with a tattered green cloak.
"That puppet...that was our Kazekage!" Kankuo said in surprise.
"The man had great abilities, as a puppet, he became one of my greatest weapons!" the Akatsuki member answered, summoning from the puppet's mouth a cloud of black dust that took the shape of an huge cube.
"Shit! Iron sand, Kankuo, take cover!" Naruto yelled as the giant attack moved towards the girl.
"AGH!" she grunted as she barely dodged, watching in dismay as two of her puppets went destroyed by the iron sand.
"You can't escape!" Sasori yelled, using the metallic whip on his stomach and the propellers on his back to sprint at blinding speed towards her.
"Don't you even try it!" Naruto yelled in anger, throwing both hooks in front of himself to pull his own body forward in a shoulder-tackle that launched the Puppet Master back.
"So you care about her?" Sasori asked.
"I do LOVE her, you idiot! Her and her sisters, and I will be damned if I will let a bastard like you hurt them!" the Necromancer answered, thrusting the chains down and making them sink in a pool of purple energy on the rooftop.
"What are you-ARGH!" Sasori asked before an hook surfaced from under him, only his reflexes saving him from being pierced as the blade teared off the front of his Akatsuki robe, showing his body being the one of a puppet.
"This is not over yet!" the blond roared as the hooks kept blasting out from under the Puppet Master, forcing him to jump away several times to evade the attack while dodging at the same time the attacks from Kankuo and her remaining puppet.
"An opening! Take this!" Sasori said in triumph, pointing his palm at the blond and shooting a jet of pressurized water that managed to cut off one of his arms while a bullet of iron sand nailed his chest to cave his ribs in and into his heart.
"Don't you dare touch him!" Kankuo yelled as her puppet latched to the face of the human puppet of Sasori, tearing it off with an inhuman scream of the girl.
"Stupid girl! Look what you have done!" the other said in rage, trapping her body in iron sand to crush her.
"That puppet was a precious piece of my collection, have you any idea how long it will take to...Gurgle!" Sasori started saying before both puppet and Iron sand fell to the ground motionless.
"So THERE is where your soul was! I was starting to desperate at not finding it!" Naruto said happily, his voice gurgled by the blood that was flowing from his mouth in waves just like from his arm, but he wasn't showing any apparent discomfort from that.
"What?" the Akatsuki member asked weakly.
"Those hooks can force souls out, I was surprised to see them fail, but I guess that if I don't hit that pretty cylinder in your chest I can't take it out, right?" the blond asked with a smirk, jerking the remaining chain a little to take out a little flame from Sasori's body.
"No...wait..." the Puppet Master pleaded in fear, watching for an instant his own soul getting absorbed by the Necromancer before falling down, now an empty puppet devoid of life.
"Oh, well! I guess that once repaired you will be able to use both the Kazekage Puppet and Sasori's own body now, those two should be a good substitution of your destroyed puppets," Naruto said with an happy smile.
"Are...are you okay?" Kankuo asked worried.
"Uh? This? Tis but a flesh wound, what about you?" he asked back.
"A little bruised but I'll live, come on, let me patch you up a little, then Baron Shi will sew you back together," Kankuo said with a little smile, never ceasing to get surprised by how her boyfriend could sound cheerful no matter what.
With Sahara – Battle against Deidara -
Deidara was a VERY angry Akatsuki Member, first his bombs had been continuously intercepted by both sand and Wind from Sahara and Temari, then the ANBU would take every opening possible to pelter him in Jutsu, shuriken and kunais with explosive tags attached, but when the few bombs he tried to use on the village to distract the masked shinobi had been destroyed by a girl with an X-shaped scar on her face he had reached the 'Pissed-Off Beyond Reason' state of mind.
"Will you stop wasting my bombs?!" he asked with an angry scream, bordering on the shrilly.
"Or what? You will cry?" Temari answered with a smirk, with an ample motion she summoned a new barrage of wind bullets towards the Missing Nin.
"And where the fuck is Sasori?!" he then asked, summoning a new clay bird to fly up in the sky and dodge the attack.
"Master Naruto just killed him, and you will soon follow," Veronica answered from behind him, having jumped to reach him and cut off the bird's wings with the guillotine blade in her hand.
"Take this!" Deidara answered, spinning on himself to thrust a clay-bomb on her face as both fell down.
He got in answer an hidden blade in her feet, like an ice-skate, cut off his whole hand at the wrist.
"You are mine now, Sabaku no kyuu!" Sahara said, grabbing Deidara in a cocoon of sand with her hand stretched out.
"Tche! I always wanted to go out with a bang actually," the man said with a sneer.
"Instead you will die crushed, Sabaku no Sousou! (Sand Burial)" she answered clenching her fist tight.
"Nope! Still with a BANG!" Deidara answered as hi whole body exploded into an huge ball of fire, launching everyone back with the force behind it.
"Always have a plan B!" the Missing Nin said, appearing from behind the group on top of a small bird, clenching his bleeding hand with a frown.
"Seize him!" Sahara ordered.
"Tactical retreat...I am not running away, okay?" Deidara answered as he flew away, dropping several bombs on the Village and watching pleasured as both ANBU and Kazekage dropped the chase to intercept the explosive attack.
"No, it's still running away if you sigh in elation," a voice said from above the Akatsuki Member.
"WHO THE FUCK ARE YOU?!" Deidara asked as the man rained on him with a spiralling sphere of chakra in his hand as big as a beach-ball.
"You don't remember me? I thought I was pretty famous around the Elemental Countries!" Minato said with a fake whine, taking off his mask as his rasengan connected with the Missing Nin's body.
"The Fourth Hokage?!" Deidara yelled with wide eyes, his shock too big to even register the jutsu that was starting to drill an hole in his chest.
"Me myself! Sorry, but I have to kill you, nothing personal...fuck, yes it's personal, you almost killed my son!" Minato said with narrowed eyes.
"Your son?...the blond? If I have to die, I'LL TAKE YOU WITH ME!" Deidara answered as chakra started building inside his body.
"I knew you would have said that...that's why I used a shadow clone for this, have a nice death! Bushin Daibakuha! (Clone Great explosion!)" Minato said as both his body and Deidara's exploded into a blinding light, shocking the whole village.
"Well, that was a night show of fireworks," Kushina said with a smirk, appearing near the real Minato on a near rooftop to watch the last Akatsuki Member attacking Suna explode in a ball of fire.
"Have you dealt with their spy?" Minato asked.
"Little Zetsu won't have time to act as a spy while playing with Nemesis, I made sure of that BWAHAHAHAHA!" the woman answered with a mad laugh.
"Oh, God! That laugh...TAKE ME HERE AND NOW!" Minato said with an excited voice, looking at his wife with eyes filled in Lust.
"If you insist my dear," Kushina answered, pouncing on him.
Back with Naruto -
"Sigh! Having wild sex on a rooftop after killing in a bloody way an overpowered criminal, that's old school," Naruto said with a chuckle after hearing his father's calls to Kushina to don't stop.
"Heal your wounds!" Sahara ordered, looking at the blond with narrowed eyes.
"Why?" he asked, curious at her rigid posture.
"I want to have sex," she answered.
"Oh! I guess tradition has to be maintained," Naruto muttered surprised.
With Obito – the next day – Rain Village – Hidden Room -
The Masked Uchiha was marching back and forth in the secret base of Akatsuki in Rain Village, Pein and Konan watching him from the sides with worried eyes.
"Where are those two? And where is Zetsu?!" Obito asked in rage.
"Pein-sama!" a minion of Akatsuki said, entering the room with a worried expression, a small box was in the man's hands.
"What?" Pein asked.
"Baron Shi sent use the remains of Deidara and a Thank You card for Sasori's puppet body, he also states in his message that 'I won this Round, better Luck next time' what should we do?" the minion asked after reading the message attached to the box.
"AMATERASU!" Obito yelled in absolute fury, killing the minion in a tidal wave of black flames.
"What happened to Zetsu?" Pein asked.
"The message says that he is now the 'Toy' of one of the guards of the Shop" Konan answered, scrunching her nose at the smell of burned flesh while reading the rest of the message.
"This battle is yours, Baron Shi...but next time I will be victorious! I will be the one laughing at your miserable defeat...I WILL BE THE ONE THAT WILL FINALLY KILL YOU!" Obito yelled with his eye going wide, madness shining on his face.
"Konan..." Pein whispered, looking at the woman with narrowed eyes.
"Yes, I know," she answered with the littlest nod.
"Will you?" he asked.
"As always and until the end," the woman said.
"Thank you," Pein mouthed as the two silently left the room to plan.
Unknown to the whole Elemental Countries the Battle for the Bijus and the numerous Shinobi Villages had just become a chess-match between Obito Uchiha and Baron Shi, the Fate of the Ninja World now remaining on a precarious balance and waiting for one of the two men to make the wrong move, a Tyrant and a Manipulator now preparing while waiting for the other to make his move.
In the Summoning Realm the Elder Toad responsible for the Prophecy about the Chosen One felt a chilling sensation climbing his back, dread filling his soul as he felt things being set in motion towards one of the two results he had predicted so many years before.
"Next move is yours, Baron Shi...it's your turn now," Obito muttered with a sneer while looking out of the window of the Kage Tower in Rain.
"It's time for the Necromancer to show his hands, apparently, I guess I'll have take a more 'direct' approach to this as Naruto while 'Baron Shi' will stay in the sidelines to direct things," Naruto muttered, a new vision of battles flashing in his mind through the mirror he was studying.
"This sounds promising, I can't wait," Kurama said with a low chuckle, hunger flashing in his unblinking eyes.
Omake – Where is Zetsu? -
The Spy of Akatsuki had just been dumped in a wide room mimicking a city, as the spy looked around a ferocious roar shocked the place, making the windows rattle.
"S.T.A.R.S!" Nemesis yelled, jumping out of a near window and in front of Zetsu.
"The Fuck are you?!" the Black half asked, the Akatsuki Member taking a fighting stance.
"S.T.A.R.S!" the creature screamed, charging towards Zetsu, grabbing him and making both go through a near brick wall as if made of paper before launching the black-and-white man across the room.
"Wanna play? FINE! Take this!" White Zetsu said as roots moved from his legs to trap Nemesis.
"ROOOOAAR!" with an animalistic scream the creature broke free, making Zetsu's eyes bulge out.
"FUUUUUUCK!" the Black Half said as both he and thw White Half moved their shared body towards the exit in a mad run.
"That thing has no chakra! How can a dead body move?!" White asked.
"How the fuck do I know?!" Black answered.
"S.T.A.R.S!" Nemesis roared as he tackled Zetsu down, lifting the man over his head to throw him through a new wall and outside.
"I can't sink! Why we can't sink?!" White Zetsu asked franctically.
"I don't know! That bitch with red hair forced a collar on our neck, it must be blocking the technique!" Black half answered.
"Then we'll have to fight!" White said, summoning a spear of wood that pierced Nemesis on the shoulder.
"S.T.A.R.S!" the creature said walking fowrard, shoving the spear deeper in his own flesh but without showing any displeasure,
"FUUUCK!" White screamed as the giant started running towards them.
"I'll take care of this, ya whimp!" Black said using even more roots on Nemesis until only a giant mass of wood could be seen.
Panting heavily from the stress of using almost all their combined chakra, Zetsu slowly limped away, looking for an exit.
"How long wil that thing last?" the White Half asked.
"With the Chakra we used? At least few months, that monster is fucked, ah!" Black Half answered in smug pride.
"S.T.A.R.S!" Nemesis said as his fist pierced a near wall to grab Zetsu's throat and pull him inside the small house.
"YOU HAVE TO BE FUCKING KIDDING ME!/YOU HAVE TO BE FUCKING KIDDING ME!" both White and Black said at the same time as the now coat-less Nemesis was looking at them with narrowed eyes.
"S.T.A.R.S!" the creature yelled at a millimeter of the spy's face, throwing them against a wall with enough force to embed Zetsu in he then unleashed two long tentacles from the palm of his hands.
"What do you want to do with those?" White Zetsu asked with a whimper, looking at the long, Big appendages snapping around like whips.
"...TENTACLE RAPE!" Nemesis roared in victory.
"NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!" Black Zetsu yelled in horror as the monster pounced on them, both Black and White too tired to defend themselves anymore.
Up in the Shop -
"What was that?" Naruto asked.
"Don't know and don't care, NOW FUCK ME!" Sahara ordered, pulling his face in her chest.
"As you wish, Kazekage-sama," the Necromancer answered with a smirk while Kankuo and Temair too joined the fun.
The four of them ignoring the pleas of mercy of Zetsu while Nemesis was having his own 'Fun' with them.
Another chapter is done! With this we hit Five and a new turning point in the battle against Akatsuki, Obito has now a new objective taking the place of his World Domination, how much will this influence the events? Who knows, only Time will tell.
Naruto will be forced to show more abilities and so gaining the attention of Konoha, that's for sure.
