I was sitting looking out over the city, the wolf tail wrapped around my feet and my ears were perked and alert for anything and everything. I was told to keep an eye out for the Avengers by The Wolf's alpha so I let her carry on with her duty as I planned on how to break her connection to Loki and make him the enemy again.
I growled lightly and one ear flattened in annoyance before it turned back up to pay attention again. I didn't like the idea of having to make one of the avengers fight me to make me loyal to them so I bared my teeth in annoyance. I was just going to have to make sure that The Wolf was the alpha once again which meant beating the living hell out of Loki.
The Wolf didn't like this idea and in fact snarled again at the suggestion but I tried my best to reason with her given the fact that she was not used to taking orders from another. Let alone a small fleshy thing. She growled again at this but this time it was in agreement so I decided that her features should take over more to give us the ultimate protection seeing as she couldn't be killed in that form as we rose to our feet.
I was in charge of the movements and she was in charge of the viciousness and persistence. I turned on my heel and stalked into the building as my figure became more wolf than woman and fur covered our body once again as our chops curled back in an evil sneering hiss in giddy anticipation of the hunt.
Loki didn't even seem to notice our light stalk before we pounced and he whirled away just in time, his eyes shining with anger as we snarled again and he hissed, "Why do you attack your Alpha?" He demanded and I snarled the answer the best through the wolf chops so it came out as a growling voice, "You show no dominance besides fancy lights. You are not alpha until you prove it, fleshy meat bag."
He snarled and flew at us but I made our arm flash up and grips his leg, swinging him around and slamming him into the floor and we both snarled again with our lips drawn back before ripping apart his jacket and beating him into the ground. The moment he let out a whimper I decided he had enough and leaped off of him with a snarl over my shoulder.
"Try again if you think you can beat me. Loki." I said his name with s much of a sneer that I could have with the chops before I leaped out of the open bay window and dug my nails into the building next to me before hastily making my decent into the street below as I began scaring people off of the streets and out of the way.
Many of them began to call 911 and I grinned the best I could with the wolf's chops knowing their frantic calling will bring the attention of the Avengers and bring them straight to Loki as well as getting the civilians off of the street so that any battle that may happen will have far less casualties even though only a few days ago I wouldn't have been able to care less for what had happened to the people.
It was amusing to watch them all run as I raced down the street. When I heard a sound similar to a plane I looked up and saw Tony's Ironman suit rushing over to the Stark tower and I knew that the other Avengers would not be too far behind. I was worried though. How was I going to make them trust me again?
I guess I was going to have to approach in my half-wolf half-human form and try to tell them what had happened and hope that they would be willing to listen to me even after the fact that I had almost killed a fair few of them and most likely killed many of the soldiers that were working on the hellicarier.
But it must have been expected for them to have a few more casualties with Bruce and I on the ship. We were worse than ticking time bombs and I was even more feral than Bruce was even when I was in my human form. I slightly cringed at the thought of Bruce because the last memory that I had of him was the wolf attacking him while he was in the mindset of The Other Guy.
It made me sad because I could remember the sad look that the other guy had on his face and the fact that he didn't even try to fight with The Wolf and I no matter how much we struggled and tried to attack him. It made me wonder if I was ever going to get his trust back or if I were supposed to just try my best without the only man I could have ever found it in my heart to love.
