Brother's Kiss (Reworked)
Chapter 3
The next day both siblings found themselves back at cram school, Yukio humbly leading the class.
"Yukio?"
The name echoed in Rin's mind as the kiss the siblings had shared tortured the young demon's mind. His stare was focused on his younger twin as the sweet taste of his lips continued to sweep through his mind. He still remembered exactly how it felt; to have his younger twins tongue take dominion of his drooling mouth, to feel his twins breathe kiss against his heated cheeks. He no longer wanted to question his devilish desires, as his body was absorbed by the peace which came from the ecstasy of the kiss the brothers shared. Meanwhile, Yukio seemed helpless. His legs were trembling as last night's memory slowly consumed his heart.
"I was so weak," he thought, emotionally beating himself up for letting temptation take control of his body. He made his torment prominent. His once perfect handwriting was terrible due to the tremors that assaulted his hand, and he would often stare at his twin who too hopelessly glared back. Bon would often break the glare by asking,
"…and then?" making it clear that he wanted the young teacher to continue the lesson.
Yukio would reply with a nod before continuing. Eventually the bell went. Yukio said nothing as he watched the class dismiss themselves. Bon walked past him, screwing his face and turned his head away from Yukio.
Rin remained there silently. His head was tilted and only a deep shade of blue was visible in his affectionate eyes; his hand was pushed up against his cheeks which were subtly tinted rose. Yukio sat down without questioning the unusual behaviour of his brother, who would usually be the first to leave if he didn't have to stay behind. The two remained in a thick silence for a short while before Rin stood up. Yukio pulled his head up to see his blushing brother staring back deeply into his turquoise eyes.
"Rin, what is-"
"Yukio," Rin interrupted. For a brief moment, Rin diverted his gaze from his younger sibling as he began to battle his nerves and embarrassment, however he managed to gather the will to fix his gaze back on Yukio. "K-kiss me again." Rin asked with some determination despite the slight stammer. Yukio's eyes shot wide open in disbelief. He began to blush deeply as he noticed the embarrassment painted on Rin's face. At that moment something clicked in his brain.
"No." Yukio responded simply.
Rin gazed at the other disheartened and shocked by the rejection. He desired the very thing that tormented his mind, and he was certain Yukio must have wanted the same thing too, yet he was rejected. Meanwhile Yukio was burning inside. Of course he wanted his brothers lips locked with his own, but he wasn't going to make the same mistake twice. He managed to stay strong under the weight of his emotions before leaving his chair.
"I'm going back to the dorm, don't be out too late" Yukio left the classroom and didn't turn back to see his brother. Rin was silent and hadn't moved since his Yukio's response. Rin banged the table, pushing his palms against the desk. He began to clench his fists, dragging his fingertips against the table.
"How could I be stupid?" Rin growled, biting his lip to fight back against the embarrassment that was becoming more and more unbearable.
Yukio returned to the dorm room thinking about the pain in his brother's pained expression moments before he left the classroom.
"Rin," he thought to himself before beginning to mark some test papers, however there was no way Yukio could focus for very long. Thinking back to how he left his sibling, Yukio stood up, put on his jacket and headed for the door. Meanwhile Rin walked towards the door of the old dormitory. The wind blew his raven hair across his face as he considered what his brother must have thought of him.
"He must hate me…" was the thought that grated on the young demon's mind the most, as his deep ocean eyes began to fight back his tears. Once he reached the old dormitory, he opened the door and made his way to the kitchen.
"I should at least cook him something," he thought as he looked around for something to do, wanting to avoid heading back to their bedroom straight away. He pinned back his hair, removing it from his face and took of his jacket before tying his apron around his waist.
"What should we have?" Rin asked while he opened the door to the refrigerator. Rin temporarily forgot about his troubles began to fry some rice.
"Rin!" exclaimed a familiar voice. Rin immediately turned around to see his younger brother running towards him.
"Yuki-?" Rin muttered before Yukio grabbed his brother, pushing their two bodies together. Yukio nuzzled his face in the other's chest to hide his saddened expression.
"Sorry, Nii san. I'm so sorry for leaving you, I'm..." Rin wrapped his arms around his saddened brother and tilted Yukio's head so he could look him in the eye.
"No," he said, "I'm sorry, Yukio." Rin smiled softly to try and drive his twin's sadness away.
"You have no reason to be upset," Rin continued, the scene reminiscent of when the siblings were much younger. After a few moments with his face inches away from Yukio's, Rin's lips slowly edged towards the other's.

Much of this rework involved removing aspects that made the characters seem over sensitive- I don't know why my younger self was so obsessed with them crying.
