Amazing Rope Guy-
Rope, rope tricks, rope anything!
Amazing rope guy was amazed by the tight weave of threads which formed something so strong. Strong was the opposite of himself.
Strong was everyone else.
Sitting alone in prison he listened to Doctor Two Brains and The Whammer talk to each other, earlier he had listened to the Doc talk to himself. Yet somehow he was strong.
Amazing Rope Guy (Rory was his real name) sighed through his nose, his thin gloved fingers playing with a few frays of rope that he had smuggled in.
Perhaps he needed a partner!
Rope was a bunch of weak fibers tied together to become strong! But then again, he had tried that with the Learnerer and failed miserably.
That's what he felt like, miserable. He was terrible at what he did, he couldn't even impress children.
Every day was a new challenge, every day was a new failure. WordGirl saw him as a villain she didn't have to even try to catch.
He had once excelled at something, Rory had dressed up as all the other villains, and he was good too! But every time he had seen the news he knew that it wasn't how to do it, and he let his need to be acknowledged make him fail.
So what was the point? Why did he do this, why did he try again and again to be the Amazing Rope Guy?
Rory had learned almost right away from his entire succesful family that if you want something, you have to keep trying! Don't let failure get in your way, because that is what makes you weak.
Never giving up was what made him strong.
I totally forgot about Amazing Rope Guy! So here he is!
I decided that I wouldn't make him talk in this one, I always hated that he was able to talk in some of the later episodes. And to top it off I never liked his voice that much. (no offence to the guy who voice acted for him)
It's short, but I suppose my short ones hold more meaning...We'll go with that.
