Granny May and InvisiBill -
Grandolyn Edna May would never admit to needing company, she was a proud of course and to all the people that really knew her she was a dangerous person to mess with!
So not many came to her.
But when her villain underlings would ask her for advice she would give it, she didn't expect any of them to ask questions about her!
"INVISIBILL!"
"Yes that's very nice dear, but I asked you a question," Granny May rubbed her temples. The boy was so full of energy it was insane, the young brunette refused to stop popping in and out of invisibility.
InvisiBill leaned his elbows against the table's surface, his hands under his chin, "What was that again?" he gave a winning smile before disappearing.
Granny May sighed heavily through her mouth, "I asked if would please sign," she gestured to the contract which was placed neatly on the table.
"I forgot why I'm signing," he giggled.
"To officially join the villain's association!" Granny May snapped at him. InvisiBill stopped, his brow knit in confusion, "Are you ok?"
Granny May rolled her eyes, "I'll be just handy dandy when you sign the stinking contract!"
InvisiBill picked up the pen and wrote in an untidy scrawl, his name, on the dotted line. "Done!" he said happily.
Granny May was so glad it was over! She curled up the contract and stuffed it in her purse, "Thank you very much," she said sarcastically.
InvisiBill raised an eyebrow, "Why are you using sarcasm?"
The old woman didn't answer, instead she started to walk away. "You remind me of my mom!"
She stopped.
"What?" she turned around to face the handsome young man, unsure why she had done so. Perhaps it was the worried tone of voice, or perhaps she just wanted to humor him. She decided right away that she would at least make him think that it was the latter.
She put her hands on her hips, "Why?" she asked with a smirk.
InvisiBill ran his fingers through his dark brown hair, his movements jittery yet calmer then she had ever seen him, "She always tried to make me better," he said sitting down, and Granny May felt compelled to follow the action. "When I left to do what she told me to do, she got kind of lonely," he sighed, adjusting his glasses, "she was pretty awesome, smart too. She moved away from me thinking that..." he looked up with watery eyes.
Granny May had dealt with enough sad children to know what to do, she nodded sympathetically, though she couldn't hide how deeply the words he spoke got to her.
"You leave someone alone, sometimes they go away to find people," he added. Grandolyn nodded, surprisingly solemn, "That's good advice young man," she said softly. InvisiBill nodded, "Thanks," he stood up, "I wish that someone had told me that before it became to late..."
He walked away, and she didn't stop him. She wanted to give him words of comfort, remind him that he wasn't alone.
But she couldn't.
Granny May sat in the chair, stock still. She thought hard about what he had said for a long time before she decided that, perhaps, she should go visit her daughter.
Mostly InvisiBill I think, but I hope you got enough Granny May to be satisfied ;)
I know that in one episode she tries to go all techno and missed the people, so I thought this might fit.
