Miss Question-

If you were to ask Evelin just what her favorite part of the day was, she would answer simply, "You mean you don't know? Isn't it obvious?"
The truth was, she would answer you with a question. At the age of ten Evelin found a strange inability to make statements. It wasn't as though she had no power over it, if she truly wished she could force out a sentence that didn't end with a question mark on paper.
But she never really felt the desire to do it, there was something about questions that made her feel warm inside. The way they retrieved answers, the way people lit up when you asked them about themselves, and the way people found it hard to ignore.

"Mom… how did they die?"

Victoria Eliza Jones stared down at her charge with wide eyes; she knew that it was bound to happen. Poor Evelin was merely three years old when her parents died. What really hurt was that Evelin seemed to have become trapped in her own psyche; she wouldn't say anything if it didn't have a question at least attached to it. She referred to Victoria as her mother too, even though she was highly aware that it wasn't true.
"That isn't the answer to eight plus eight dearest," the old woman replied, hoping that her voice hadn't cracked too much.
The young girl shook her head, "Do you really think I know the answer?...how did they die?" she insisted.
Victoria sighed; besides the fact that Evelin was dodging math problems (one of the few things where she had to give a straight answer) the question she had just asked had to be the hardest to answer!

With a free hand she straightened the rows of crumpled paper, "Are you sure you want to know?"
Evelin nodded emphatically, her dark question-mark curls bouncing on her head.
Victoria gave a weary smile, this girl would do well in life-of that she was sure, "Well, as I was told- It was a windy day, and your parents were walking on the beach-hand in hand…."
She had heard the story more than once, the "Questions" (oh the irony) were the kindest people you could meet-if not a bit strange. Victoria never grew bored of listening to the weird tales of their love story, and their End.
"This was no ordinary windy day; it was more like a monsoon! But your parents refused to go inside until their walk was over. But then a really strong wind sent them both into the ocean. Neither were very good swimmers, and with the water raging like that…"

She looked teary eyed at the young girl, who merely stared blankly at her hands. Victoria wished that there was something she could say to comfort her. But really, there was nothing.
"They drowned?" Evelin asked, her voice a mere whisper.
"Yes."
Evelin let out a soft sigh through her nose, "Do you know, I wished they had died saving my life or something?" she gave a dry lifeless chuckle, "you think they thought about me?"
Victoria wished that she could say "yes, of course dearest!" but she was sure it would have been a lie, no one would think of their daughter while drowning to death. It just, didn't make sense-unfortunately.

"I'm afraid not dear," the elder woman said softly, reaching out a pale hand she brushed back a few curls from Evelin's forehead, "But that doesn't mean they didn't love you…" She paused, "I think if they were alive, they would have loved to hear a simple 'I love you' from you."
She wasn't sure why she had added it, some subconscious need to force the young girl into making a statement, perhaps she was so desperate for Evelin to become normal-like the other kids.
The young girl shrugged, "I love you?"
A question, Evelin bristled and stood up; digging her fingernails into her palms she started to stride across the room.

"You'll get it someday sweetheart," Victoria assured.

Evelin made a small, lifeless chuckle, "Right, until than you can call me Miss Question." Before she strode out of the room.
And it only occurred to Victoria later that what she had just said wasn't a question!

I have no idea what this story…is. Perhaps you can tell me lol
In all seriousness I rather dislike Miss Question, she's kind of boring and there's not a lot to her unlike the other female villains. (Lady Redundant Woman for example is very deep, you have to look for it though)
But I decided I'd write this anyhow. Hope you like it!
(Heh, I said I was on a break…I lied. Too many ideas AH!)
