"My sun sets to rise again." - Robert Browning

"Megatron – " The femme's voice crackled and gave out, causing her to sputter.

The silver 'con's eyes gleamed with an overwhelming darkness as he strutted up to her, wrapping a pointed hand around her neck, squeezing her vocal processor. A wicked grin stretched across Megatron's faceplates as the femme struggled to speak.

"You are mine, you leaking lump of tin." The 'Con leader cackled, thrusting out his arm, causing the femme to jerk back into the berth.

The Decepticon removed himself from the femme, taking a step back to admire the Doctor's work.

"Very well done Doctor, it would seem your skills are what they're cracked up to be. Is she compliant?"

The Doctor nodded, "Of course my liege. Merely ask her to do something, and she will do what she is told."

Megatron turned his attention back towards Delyia, "Stand, you filthy creature."

Before she had the chance to spit in his face, the femme felt her legs move on their own. The femme stood at attention in front of Megatron; every time she tried to move – her pedes would not allow it. The femme felt her spark begin to stir as she waited for whatever else may come. How am I standing, am I a – a Cybertronian? The femme glanced down, and saw not human toes but metallic pedes beneath her. Her spark sunk as she came to the realization, Oh my God, I am a -

"Perfect! Doctor you are a genius. This, surely, will crush Prime! I can sense he's still living." Megatron cried out, raising his fists in victory.

"What is her designation, my liege?" The Doctor asked, looking upwards towards his master.

The Silver 'Con stood there for a moment, a blank look in his optics as his processor searched for a name.

My name is D –

"We shall call her – Harbinger. She is the herald of Prime's destruction, and thus a fitting name for this lump of scrap." Megatron cackled, running his servos along the femme's body.

She felt violated underneath his gaze, as though he were prodding with his servos through his optics. The femme wanted nothing more than to bolt out of there and back to her friends. She was terrified of what would happen if she did not.

"My name is – "

"Shut your trap." Megatron bellowed, the femme complying by force. "You will not speak unless I allow it." Megatron beckoned her to follow him, "Follow me, Femme. I'm going to give you – and your chassis – a little welcoming gift to this new life you will lead."

The femme's optic's widened as her feet complied with his request, her processor and spark thrumming a mile a minute. No, he couldn't possible mean –

"Ah, here we are, shut the door and come over here."

Optimus, forgive me. The femme cried in her processor as she forcibly complied with his request.

"You are going to regret ever meeting that Prime." Megatron let loose a wicked laugh as he approached her, his arms extended out and his chest plates shifting.

Pleas God, someone, help me. The femme shut her eyes, trying to block out what she knew was coming.

Seven, six, five, four, three, two, one, zero. Sam absentmindedly counted in his head as the vessel with his last remaining hope took off. Mikaela's gone, Carly's gone, the Autobots are gone, a-and Delyia is - Sam's thoughts were cut off as a sob bubbled up, tears spilling over for the hundredth time that day alone. I am alone, Sam solemnly looked up to sky, the sun setting on the worst day of his life. He had lost everyone, his girlfriend, the love of his life, his friends, and his sister. He could scarcely imagine what he would do if his parents were to perish as well. At least the Autobots are alive – no sooner did he think that did his phone begin to buzz.

"Sam –" Dylan began.

"What more do you want from me?" Sam cried out, Dylan laughing on the other end.

"Nothing, your end of the bargain has been completed. I hope you'll soon realize just how necessary this all was – "

Sam's sorrow snapped to a blindly rage as Dylan spoke, all of his emotions seeping out through his skin. All at once, it became clear to Sam: he had to at least save Mikaela.

"You shut your fucking mouth. Where is she – I don't give a damn about you and your stupid fucking speech. Just tell me she's okay, and when you do – I will come for you. I will show you no mercy, I will end you. You can count on that Dylan. You have taken everything from me, and so now you have a man after you with nothing to loose. So you'd better tell me Mikaela is okay, or else you will have a serious problem on your well manicured hands."

Dylan chuckled, "Here I'll even put her on for a moment." Carly laughing in the background only fueled the fire in his heart.

"Sam – Sam, are you okay?" Sam heard Mikaela gasp.

"Mikaela, are you hurt – did they touch you?"

"No Sam, they haven't touched me. Where's Delyia? Is she okay – I know the Autobots leaving can't be good for her – "

"Mikaela – " Sam interrupted her, Mikaela quieted down, a heavy silence between the two.

"Sam, no –"

"She's gone." Sam cried, another round of sobs coming up.

"No, h-hey wait - !"

"I think that's enough talking. Good luck to you Sam."

Dylan hung up, at the same moment the watch from Sam's wrist releasing itself and writhing away. Sam, in a moment of anger, stomped the ground – attempting to squash the tiny Decepticon. The tiny 'Con scurried away, through cracks in the bridge. Sam stood there, seething in anger, when a loud boom erupted. Sam's eyes shot to the sky in horror to see his nightmare play out in front of him: the Autobot ship had erupted into a mass of flames and debris. No, Sam fell to his knees in shock and numbing misery as he watched his friends – his family – fall to the earth in flaming clumps. Now I am truly alone. Sam wallowed in his sorrow, holding himself, crying out into the abyss.

What am I going to do now?

"Wait." All at once, Sam stood to his feet and ran as hard as he could to find Simmons.

The Phone Call.

"Trump Tower, Lower Penthouse, Chicago."

Sam's chest flooded with relief as the honing agent locked on to Dylan's location. I've got you now, you piece of shi –

"I hope you know you aren't going alone." Epps walked up to Sam, a fierce look of determination in his eyes. "That asshole killed my friends, and they took her from me too."

Sam nodded, the two of them heading out side by side.

"I still got my NEST friends, I'll hit 'em up. They'll help us, no doubt." Epps commented as they jumped into his car.

"Good." Sam nodded, we'll need all the help we can get.

"Are you sure about this Sam, it's dangerous." Epps looked to his friend, Sam turned to him.

"I've gone through tougher battles – with you, or don't you remember?" Sam playfully punched Epps in the shoulder.

"Oh I remember, which is why I'm asking. We won't have Autobot protection this time around, it's just us."

"This is something I have to do Epps. It's what D-Delyia would've done with or without me. Mikaela needs to be saved, I can't let the only other friend I have die because I was too scared, or because it was too dangerous. I have to try, if nothing else, to get her back."

"Well, that's a good enough reason if any. I'm with you boy." Epps clapped his hand on Sam's shoulder, the two of them taking off.

"My liege, it is time." Starscream called from the other side of the door.

Megatron snickered, "Very well Starscream, let us go. You will follow."

Harbinger stood, her limbs quaking from the surges of distressed energy through her body. I have been – She couldn't bring herself to think the word, and her body wouldn't allow her to put a voice behind her emotional state. Megatron, if I ever gain control of my body you're dead. She glowered from her thoughts; her body followed behind Megatron, as loyal to him as it was betraying her.

"Decepticons! This is our rise to power – with Sentinel by our side, nothing will stop us." Megatron announced to his fellow Decepticons.

Close to a hundred 'Cons stood before Harbinger, Megatron, and Sentinel. The femme looked to Sentinel with a glare of rage, how dare you betray them. However, the red 'bot would not meet her eye, his gaze remained fixed among the many 'cons.

"And with our secret weapon," Megatron laid a hand on her shoulder, causing Harbinger to inwardly flinch.

His touch brought back memories of – no. The femme blocked all images of what had just occurred from of her mind. She couldn't relive it, not now.

"She will surely win my victory over that blasted Prime, and all of this world!" Megatron roared, the 'cons bellowing out in response.

"Let us take over this world now my minions! Go! Wreck havoc! You know what to do." Megatron cackled as the 'cons let out war cries, going off in different directions.

"You are the key, my sweet." Megatron stroked a hand on the femmes faceplates.

He laughed when her chassis did nothing in response, "Come now, do not deny that you enjoyed your spark converging with my own. Now there will always be a part of me, with you." He roared with laughter, Sentinel sending a shocked look to Megatron.

"You did what – "

"It is none of your business, Sentinel. Let us go to the rendezvous point." Megatron snapped, Sentinel remaining silent from then on.

In that moment, she wished she had died back on the bridge instead of being reborn into this hollow vessel. Her body naturally transformed into a small black four-door Toyota, tiny compared to Sentinel's enormous truck and Megatron's tank. They drove off, Delyia following behind Megatron, and Sentinel behind her. I don't care what name he gives me, I am who I am. He cannot change me. She thought furiously, as she attempted to fight against the control. Nothing seemed to work, however Delyia did not give up the entire drive. Soon enough, she was in the middle of Chicago, the city plunged into chaos. Megatron, all at once, transformed and began to scale a building.

"Follow me, scrap." Megatron commanded, Delyia unwillingly following close behind.

Once they reached the top, Sentinel began to set up his pillars, and Megatron seemed distracted by a set of humans. Mikaela?! Delyia gasped, her optics zoning in on her friends form. She seems okay, not too many scratches, no bruises, Delyia worriedly looked over Mikaela's form. She wished she could be back to normal, so she could run up to her and give her the biggest hug she'd ever received. She tried calling out to her, but no voice came through her lips. Delyia's eyes widened as her thoughts guided her to her brother, oh my God I bet Sam is a mess, my poor brother. Delyia felt something close to tears spring from her optics as she thought of how torn up Sam must be.

"Pay attention Femme! The show is about to begin." Megatron snickered, signaling Sentinel to begin.

Delyia snapped out of her thoughts as her eyes focused on whatever Sentinel was doing. The pillars began to buzz, lighting up, whirring, and spinning faster than anything Delyia had ever seen. Lasers shot out of the pillars and up towards the sky, creating a large ring to God-knows-where. After the ring had been up for a few moments, large black ships began to pour out, flooding the sky with their many tentacles. Delyia inwardly gasped as she saw what looked like a large ball of rusted metal through the hole in the sky – that must be Cybertron.

"Witness the glory of your new homeland, femme." Megatron called back to her as he looked on with a fiery passion.

"My Lord – " Starscream flew, from seemingly out of no where, to his Master.

"What is it Starscream?"

"A-Autobots! Autobots in the city my liege! And Prime is with him."

"Perfect, lead them to the center of the city Starscream, I want them all to see her." Megatron cackled, Starscream flying off to where the Autobots were.

"My pet," Megatron turned to the femme, clinking his extended fingers against her breast plates, "It is time to do what I created you for, it is time for you to end Prime."

Delyia's eyes widened as she felt her heart plunge into the depths of the earth, No.
