If confused by the dragons and riders featured I have based this off Present Jacobs' youtube series 'A Song of Ice and Fire: The Genetics' which explains the connection to dragons in the world of Ice and Fire and simple Mendelian genetics and I have taken some of the theories he had developed. – I strongly recommend watching.
