Chapter 5

Flight of the Dragons

Hey guys. Sorry about the wait. I just kind of fell out of the mood. But I'm back now. Okay, so like I said before. Since I got only a few suggestions, could find little info on some and another was just not compatible with this fic, I'm just going to give Yubel my deck with a few fan made cards. And for those who argue about how Kaiba and Atticus have lock on Blue Eyes and Red Eyes respectively. There is a way to get around that with Blue eyes that I can utilize. As for Atticus. THAT SCRUB DOES NOT DESERVE RED EYES! Well anyway... Let's kick it up!

"What? You Can't Do That!" Crowler shouted in the conference room.

"Academy regulations clearly state that if Chancellor is showing mental imbalance, than the Vice-Chancellor is under the authority to overrule his choices." Bonaparte explained.

"And how, pray tell, am I showing 'mental imbalance'?" Crowler asked the portly french man.

"You are not only allowing those red slackers to stay at the academy. But you allowed that dropout punk, Jaden to come back to the Acadmay and use those illegal cards of his to cheat Astor Phoenix." Bonaparte said.

"Now just hold on a second!" Fonda shouted as she slammed her hands of the table. "Everyone at this table know damn well that Jaden would never cheat in a Duel!" She shouted in defense of Jaden.

"Oh really? And just how do you explain all of those strange cards he was using?" Bonaparte asked still refusing to accept the validity of Jaden's cards.

"I believe, I can explain that." A gravely voice said as everyone looked over to the door way to see the founder of the academy, Seto Kaiba.

"M-Mister Kaiba!" Bonapart stuttered. "What are you doing here." He asked.

"Chansilor Crowler contacted me about the plans for the new Black dorm and the results of the Duel between Jaden Yuki and Aster Phoenix." Kaiba

"Then you have to over turn the Duel results. He used fake cards!" Bonaparte shouted before Kaiba sneered at him.

"I'm afraid not. You see, the cards Jaden used were part of a set of cards that were sent in to space. A set that was created by Jaden Yuki." Kaiba explained.

"So how did he get them back?" The fat French man asked.

"I don't know. But the fact remains that Jaden's cards are valid and so is his request. " Kaiba said. "However if you still have a problem with Jaden's request, than there is 1 thing you can do about it." He said.

Meanwhile over where the Red dorm stood, Jaden's friends were in the rec room waiting for Jaden and Yubel.

"These new fatigues the sarge gave us are pretty spiffy." Hassleberry said looking over his black and yellow sleeveless blazer.

"Yeah, I actually look cool for once!" Syrus exclaimed looking over his own blazer.

"You know, I never thought I'd look good in black. But this is defiantly working for me." Alexis said as she looked over her black and blue outfit in the mirror

"I'll say it is." Jaden said as he walked in to the room as Alexis blushed at his compliment.

"Hey. How's Tanya?" Syrus asked.

"She's doing a bit better and should be waking up soon. But we have another problem." Jaden said.

"What do you mean?" Alexis asked him. Yubel, who had been spying on the meeting, decided to explain.

"Bonaparte is trying to stop the Black dorm from being built." Yubel explained.

"How does he plan to do that?" Hassleberry asked.

"How else? With a Duel?" Bonaparte said as he entered the room.

"Alright then, choose whichever of us you want to Duel then." Jaden said knowing that Bonaparte wouldn't risk Dueling him.

"I choose..." Bonaparte began as he looked over everyone in the room. "You." He said as he pointed at Yubel.

'Heh. Wrong choice.' Jaden thought as Yubel nodded in agreement to the challenge and everyone went outside.

Jaden was standing to the sidelines of where the duel was about to take place as Kaiba walked up to him.

"Jaden, right?" Kaiba asked as Jaden turned in surprise.

"Seto Kaiba? What are doing here." Jaden asked in amazement that 1 of the greatest Duelist in the entire world was talking to him.

"I'm just here to see if your new dorm will get built." Kaiba said. Though truth be told, he was a little disappointed that Jaden wasn't the 1 Dueling after what Yugi had told him about the Paradox incident. 'Oh well. There's still Shepard's GX tournament for me to see what he can do in person.' He thought as he turned his attention to the Duel field.

"Hope you're ready to lose, slacker." Bonaparte said as he activated his Duel coat.

"Funny. I was just about to say the same thing." Yubel said as the blades of her Duel Disk folded down.

"Game on!" The 2 shouted as there life point counters both showed 8000.

"Ladies first." Yubel said to the French man.

"Oh you think you're cute." Bonaparte said as he drew a card.

"Bitch, I'm adorable." Yubel said with a smirk.

'Heh. I like this girl.' Kaiba thought.

Bonaparte growled a bit before starting his turn. "Since I'm in my standby phase, I can special summon 2 toy soldiers from my deck." He said as the 2 monsters appeared on the field in attack mode (Atk: 800 each) "Now I summon 1 more toy solider and activate the spell card Strength in Numbers!" As a magic card appeared with an army of generic soldiers standing at in a battle position on it. "When this card is in play, if I have multiples of the same monster on the field, their attack points are multiplied for every counterpart." He said as all of the toy soldiers attack point jumped up to 2400 a piece. "And with that I'll end my turn." He said.

"Good. I was starting to get bored." Yubel joked as she drew a card. "First, I play Trade In. This allows me to draw 2 cards in exchange for 1 level 8 monster." She said as she drew 2 more cards. "Now I activate Silver's Cry!" She exclaimed as a magic card with a white dragon on it appeared. "Now I can bring back any dragon type monster back from the graveyard and I pick the 1 I just sent there. Now rise, Blue Eyes White Dragon!" She called out as the famous dragon came out. (Atk: 3000)

"What?" Everyone except for Jaden and Kaiba shouted and even then, Kaiba was still pretty shocked.

"I don't believe it!" Bonaparte shouted in fear.

"Oh I'm just getting started." Yubel said as she held up a card with the Blue Eyes White Dragon and Red Eyes Black Dragon standing back to back against an army of Egyptian warriors. "I activate Bond of the Rival Dragons! Now since my Blue Eyes is on the field, I can summon her rival from hand or deck. Now come forth, Red Eyes Black Dragon!" She called out as the other dragon took the field. (Atk: 2400)

"Woah, Blue Eyes and Red Eyes! That is awesome!" Syrus shouted getting a nod from the others.

"Next, since I haven't normal summoned a monster, I think I'll go ahead and call out my Alexandrite Dragon." Yubel said as she summoned dragon that, as the name suggested, was covered head to toe in alexandrite. (Atk: 2000) "Now I activate Stamping Destruction and thanks to having a dragon on the field, I can destroy your Strength in Numbers and make you lose 500 life points." She said as all of Bonaparte's monsters went back down to 800 each and his life points went down to 7500. "Now I'll use my 3 dragons to send your soldiers back to the toy box." She said as she had all 3 dragons destroy Bonaparte's monsters and send his life points down to 2500. "Your move." Yubel said with a smirk.

"Damn. Yubel is wiping the floor with him." Jaden heard a voice from behind him and turned to see Aster, who was now wearing a black suit with a red waist coat, a black shirt, and a red tie.

"Yeah, Bonaparte shouldn't have challenged her." Jaden said.

While ordinarily, Kaiba wasn't 1 to count out an opponent before the end. He had to agree that this duel was all but won.

'Grr, I won't be beaten by some Slifer nobody!' Bonaparte shouted in his mind as he drew a card. 'Heh. Perfect. Those slackers never see a card like this coming.' He thought as he looked at his Mirror Force card. "I play Monster Reborn to bring back 1 of my solders and then I'll sacrifice him to summon Toy Emperor!" He said as he summoned a monster which looked like his Toy Soilder on a horse dressed like Napoleon. (Atk: 2300) "Now attack her Alexandrite Dragon!" He ordered as Yubel's dragon was destroyed and her Life points dropped to 7700. "Now I play 1 card face down and end my turn." He said.

'Oh, come on. Does he really think I'll fall for that.' Yubel thought as she drew a card. "I summon Mirage Dragon in attack mode." She said as she called as she summoned a yellow dragon with a scythe like tail and white hair growing from the back of what looked like the head of a Xenomorph. (Atk:1700)

"And this Duel is over." Jaden said.

"What do you mean, Sarge." Hassleberry asked.

"Mirage Dragon prevents trap cards from being activated during the battle phase." Jaden explained.

"Oh no." Bonaparte said in fear.

"Oh yes." Yubel smirked. "Blue Eyes, attack his Toy Emperor!" She called out as the dragon destroyed Bonaparte's monster and dropped his life points to 1800. "Time to end this, Red Eyes, wipe out his life points." She called as the black dragon attacked Bonaparte dirrectly and sent his life points to 0. "And that's game." She said as she closed her eyes and snapped her fingers.

"No! There is no way that someone like me would get beaten by some worthless sla..." Bonaparte was shouting before being interupted.

"Enough!" Kaiba shouted. "She defeated you. That's that. Show some dignity and lose with some grace." He said causing Bonaparte to slump his head down and walk away. "Although I am curious..." Kaiba said as he walked up to Yubel and asked "How did you get those cards?"
