A/N- Heyo guys! Sorry for being a poor uploader and all but what can I say? I'm just a lazy person! Anyway let's get to the story shall we?
Disclaimer- So I'm just gonna go snatch the characters away from Masashi but I know it will fail. So far they aren't mine.
"So you're saying that people have been going missing? When is that a new thing Menma?" Naruto looks over at his friend who was glaring over at him. Let the guy glare. What did people going missing have to do with him anyway?
The raven sighs and looks away. "It seems like the people going missing have shocking blonde hair and blue eyes. Gender doesn't seem to matter. The disappearances have been closer to town."
The blonde puts down his chopsticks and looks at the half empty bowl. So it was happening again? Was there another person out there who had a thing for blue eyed blondes and would kidnap them?
Last time this happened Menma got hurt because of Naruto. It wouldn't happen again, right?
Squashing the fear down, Naruto gives the officer a huge smile. He hoped it didn't look as fake as it looked.
"Awww come on man! Don't look so worried. Things like this don't happen twice to people. Nothing is going to happen to me."
I mean I doubt that stupid blood sucker would let anyone touch me. Since I'm his "food source"... But what if the culprit is Sasuke?
Naruto held back a shiver. Sasuke was a monster. What if he was the one making the blondes disappear? He would be next then. The bastard knew where he lived and could probably find the blonde teen if he tried to run for it.
He knew this was bad. If it really was the vampire, then he was already in some deep shit. He glances over at his childhood friend who was drinking his water. He couldn't get him involved with this. There would be no way for Menma to protect himself against a vampire.
What am I going to do? I can't beat the vampire bastard… My best option would be to run… But he is fast…
"Hey brat, I just want you to be careful. You may an idiot who needs an adult to look after you but you are still my friend and I don't want to see you get hurt." Menma leans over and rubs Naruto's head, making his hair even more a mess than before. Said blonde pushes the hand away laughing at the older man.
"I'm practically an adult now! I don't need anyone to look after me. Besides I'm older and know how to escape difficult shit. So don't worry about me and worry about not losing your job you idiot!" He laughs as the officer pouts and punches him on the shoulder.
He liked when he could hang with Menma and not want to hit him with a bus. They were childhood friends after all. Also enemies… They had been on so many fights when they were little. It was ridiculous really.
Naruto sighs and looks down at his bowl. The news was getting to him. If it was that vampire then he was pretty much screwed unless he did something to get the vampire away.
Well it's not like I want him to stay anyway this will just be a good excuse to go to the library and do research.
The blonde takes a sip of water. It was starting to get hot. Or was it just him? He really needed to go get it looked at. This only started to happen after Sasuke attacked him.
He felt a burning sensation go through his arm. Naruto grabs his arm and clenches his teeth together from groaning. It was worse than earlier. He was sure of that.
"Hey Naruto, you ok there?" He looks over to Menma and does his best to smile. He really didn't want to worry the idiot.
"Yeah. Just a bug bite or something." Another wave of heat engulfs his arm. "Uhhh you know what? I forgot I have some things to do. I'll see you later."
Before the raven can do anything the blonde teen jumps off the seat and quickly walks out the door. It was cold outside and he sighed as the air pressed against his face and cooled him down slightly. It was like heaven right now.
Gawd this feels awful.
The heat was traveling up his arm and into his head. Naruto's eyes widen and he grabs his head and leans against the brick wall. He felt dizzy and the heat he was feeling was making him want to throw up.
Using his hand he balances himself and inches forward. He needed to get off the streets before the heat gets worse. He holds back a groan as another wave of heat hits him. He felt like he was on fire and it kept getting worse.
I need to find somewhere to rest for a second. Maybe this will pass like it did earlier.
His hand slips and and the blonde stumbles into an alleyway. He falls to his knees and catches himself before falling flat on his face. The feeling of fire ignites in his throat. He coughs and grabs at his throat pushing himself into a sitting position and leaning against the wall. He takes deep breathes and closes his eyes. His throat was burning and it felt like his head was about to burst.
The blonde could feel tears pricking at the edges of his eyes. Gawd he hated this. It felt like this at the hospital. He felt like he was burning from the inside out.
"Well isn't this interesting?" Naruto opens an eye and looks up to where Sasuke was smirking down at him.
"Ba-bastard." Another wave. He whimpers out in pain and closes his eye again. It was all over him now. The flame like heat was engulfing him everywhere. He gasps in pain.
He wanted the pain to go away. He just wanted it to either go away or just kill him. Anything to make this pain disappear. Naruto groans out in pain again.
"Here. This will make it go away." Naruto squints his eyes open and stares down at the pale arm in front of him. A pale arm that was bleeding. The blonde's eyes widened and he turns his head. What the hell was the bastard doing?! He coughs as heat erupts from his throat.
A hand grabs his chin and forces him to look at the arm. Naruto struggles against the hand using his own hand to push Sasuke away. Just what was the bastard trying to do?
Surely he isn't trying to get me to drink that is he?! What the hell?!
"Why do you have to be so damn stubborn?!" Naruto watches as the raven vampire brings his bleeding arm up to his mouth and suck some of the blood. Naruto stares at him confused. Just what was Sasuke trying to do.
Said vampire opens his eyes to reveal they are blood red. Sasuke looks down at the blonde and leans in, using his hand to force Naruto not to move.
What the hell is he trying to-
Naruto's eyes widened as cold lips are pressed to his. He struggles to get away from the raven but an arm wraps around his back, locking him in place. The teen stares up into Sasuke's blood red eyes and gasp as the hand tightens around him tightly.
The raven took the chance and opened his mouth, using his tongue to push a liquid into the blonde's mouth. The blonde refused to drink it. Like hell would he drink it. No way in hell was this shit going down his throat.
A hand is pushed into his throat. It tightened and loosened making the blonde involuntarily drink the liquid. He wanted to cry in disgust.
Naruto knew it was blood from the copper taste from it. He let out an eternal scream and slammed his eyes shut. He wanted to throw up. This couldn't be happening to him. Why was this vampire making him drink his blood?!
Sasuke releases him and Naruto lets out a line of coughs. He wanted to spit the blood out but it was too late. He could feel it in his stomach. It was freezing. Freezing his inside. It was relieving the burning pain, but a freezing cramp came in it's place. It reached from his stomach to his throat and head. He groaned in pain hugged his sides wishing for the pain to go away.
He really hated this. He hated what was happening to him and he hated the person who was doing this to him.
A hand was on his head, brushing his hair back. Naruto sighed and leaned into the hand. It was somehow making the freezing pain go away.
"You are such an idiot." It wasn't full of malice and it was barely above a whisper. Naruto slowly opens his eyes and looks up at the raven who was calmly stroking his blonde hair. The pain was slowly disappearing from his body and he sighed in relief. The only thing that was left was feeling sore all over, but it was nothing compared to the pain earlier.
"Have you calmed down yet?" Naruto glares at Sasuke and pushes said raven's hand away from him.
"What the hell did you do to me?!" Now that he as feeling better he was beyond pissed.
Sasuke sighs and looks at the alleyway entrance. It seemed that the bastard wasn't going to talk. That just pissed him off even more. How dare this vampire do that to him and not explain what had happened.
This little fucker.
Naruto groaned in irritation and went to stand up only to have a wave of dizziness consume him. He felt his legs give in and before he fell he felt arms circle around under his arms and legs.
Sasuke was now holding him bridal style. Naruto let out a 'eep' sound and blushed crimson.
"B-bastard let me down!"
"Hn." Said batard didn't put him down.
"Don't you dare "hn" me! I said put me down right the fuc-" Cold lips are pressed against his and Naruto's eyes widened for what seemed like the hundredth time that night.
He did not just...
"Don't you ever shut up?" Sasuke smirks down at the speechless blonde and chuckles. Naruto blushes and opens his mouth to say something.
"Want me to kiss you again?" Naruto slams his mouth together and clamps his hands over it. Like hell was that bastard gonna kiss him again. Even if it did feel nice and tingly…
Ok Naruto you need to shut it down right now you straight man! You hear me Naruto? Stop it me!
"Ok hold on." Naruto looks up at him and tilts his head.
"Why do I need to hold on?"
That was when a certain bastard decided to jump into the air. The blonde's eyes widen as wind brushes past him and he could see the building's rooftops. He closes his eyes and wraps his arms around Sasuke.
"What the hell?! What are you doing?! Put me down right now!" He had nothing against heights; he actually liked them but this was sudden and it was a person carrying him/ Not his typical everyday thing.
"Hn. Dobe if I let you down now you'd die." Just as he said that Naruto could feel Sasuke letting go of him. He lets out a shout and tightens his hold against the raven's neck. This fucker was trying to get him killed!
Sick vampire fuck!
The blonde heard a chuckle and glared up at the vampire.
"You bastard!"
"What? You aren't scared are you?" Ok so the bastard was playing with him. He was ready to show him who's boss when the raven put him down. Speaking of which.
"Where are we going?" He looks at the passing buildings not really familiar with the tops of the roofs since he never had to look at them before.
"We are heading to your apartment idiot. I doubt you can get there the way you are right now."
Naruto is quiet and looks down at the buildings. He wasn't dizzy anymore and felt just fine but what had happened earlier? Why did he get the feeling of being on fire? And why did the bastard give him his blood? It was the same thing as last time. Does that mean that Sasuke gave him blood the first time too?
Does this mean that the bastard is causing this?
"We're here." Naruto blinks and takes in his surroundings. They were on the staircase next to his window. That was fast. Sasuke releases him and opens the window ducking in and disappearing into the dark room. Naruto soon follows in behind him.
It was completely dark and Naruto blinked hoping his eyes would adjust but to no avail. Good thing he knew where the light switch was. He slowly moves to the wall and slides his hand over it looking for the switch and flipping it on. Light invades the room and Naruto blinks and rubs his eyes.
The blonde looks around his bedroom and doesn't see the raven vampire. He sighs and walks to his bed, falling head first into it and letting out a groan.
"Hn dobe what are you doing?" He turns his head and glares over at Sasuke who was standing next to the bed with his arms crossed. He had a smirk on his face and the blonde felt like slapping it off.
He pisses me off so much. Agggghhhh fuck him and his stupid duck butt hair too.
"I'm so freaking tired. And I got school tomorrow too…" He wanted to scream. He knew he was going to have to deal with Kiba and Iruka at school and the thought didn't sound pleasant.
Speaking of unpleasant things… He sits up on the bed and looks at the vampire. He wanted to know what was happening to him. It had to do something with the bastard he just knew it.
"Want to explain what is happening to me?"
"Hn."
"That's not an answer Teme." He glares at the man and crosses his arms. He was going to find out.
He watches Sasuke closed his eyes and sighed.
"I am assuming you mean why your body is going through extreme heat waves. Let's just say that it is a side affect to me drinking your blood. Don't worry about it. As long as I can give you some of my blood you will be fine."
"I'm not turning into a vampire am I?" That was all he needed. Being a stupid blood sucker was deffiently not on his to do in life list.
"No. You will never turn into a vampire. I would have to suck all your blood dry and let your heart stop. Then I would have to give you my blood and hope that your body can handle changing. It is not something one wants to go through in their life."
Naruto looks away and lets that sink in. It didn't sound like a fun day in the park. The thought of drinking this bastard's blood wasn't appealing either. Would he really have to keep drinking his blood in order to stop the heat waves?
That is disgusting. Why do vampires like to drink it? Yuck.
"So how did you become a vampire?" He was kinda curious to know.
Sasuke snorts and looks amused. "I did not become one. I was born one. Like I said we are the oldest and the purest."
"So vampire's can have kids too?" It sounded weird. He always assumed that they couldn't have kids and just bit random kids that the would raise as blood thirsty vampires.
Sasuke seats on the bed and rubs his temples. It seemed like he was getting frustrated.
"We are just like humans except we live longer and are stronger."
Naruto rolls his eyes. And don't forget dead too you teme.
A thought pops in his head. The conversation with Menma earlier was itching in the back of his mind.
"Hey you haven't been going around and snatching blondes have?"
If he said yes the blonde would be sure to run for the hills. He didn't care who fast the bastard was. He was sure he could get away. Somehow…
The raven snorts and raises a brow. "Why would I go chasing after stupid blondes? You are enough to handle already."
So he wasn't the culprit? But could he believe a vampire who attacked him a few days ago?
"Why are you asking anyway?"
"Hm? Oh um Menma was talking about it and warned me to keep on my toes. I thought since you are a vampire and like to attack humans that you may be behind it."
He looks away, embarrassed somehow. It was weird. I guess accusing vampires about attacking people was a weird subject to say the least.
"I don't attack humans….You were a special case that I don't want to talk about."
That kinda pissed the blonde off but he said nothing. He didn't really care if the raven didn't want to talk to him about what happened that night.
Looking away and toward the window it became silent. He wasn't sure what to talk about now. What does one talk about after accusing someone of kidnapping blondes.
Well this is awkward….
In order to break the silence Naruto decided he was gonna ask more about Sasuke's history. He was curious about the raven and to see how old he actually was.
"So how ol-" He glances over at the raven and gasp when he sees two black eyes staring right at him less than a few inches away. When did he get so close? Better question was why was he so close in the first place.
"Wha-what are you doing?" He leans away trying to put some distance away from him.
"I'm hungry." What? Naruto gives the man a blank stare. So what if he was hungry?
"Then go get something to eat? I have instant ramen I think in the kitchen."
Sasuke rolls his eyes and inches closer grabbing the blonde's arm gently but firm enough where Naruto knew he couldn't jerk it away.
What the hell is this Teme do…. Oh hell no…
"Li-listen Teme, you are not about to bite me again. No way in hell! Get away right now!"
It seemed the raven wasn't listening or didn't care because soon Naruto is pushed back into the bed with a certain vampire on top of him.
"Hey bastard I said stop!" He glares at the man on top of him but his eyes widen as he sees red eyes stare down at him hungrily. It sent a cold shiver down his spine.
The vampire leans down and the blonde turns his head. He didn't like seeing those red eyes. They creeped him out.
Feeling a tongue on his neck made him gasp. He was not expecting that. Was the raven tasting him? Really?
He moves his arms trying to break free from the raven. He really wasn't in the mood to be bitten by this guy again. Or by anyone. No way. Not in a chance.
"Bastard I really will beat the living shit out of you if you bite me again now let go!"
"Shut up."
Naruto squeezes his eyes shut as he felt a sharp pain in his neck. The bastard had really bit him.
This bastard!
"Sa-Sasuke stop it!"
It was a weird feeling having his blood sucked. He could feel Sasuke's lips against his neck and could feel the blood being drained from him. It was already making him dizzy.
Dammit he better not be draining me dry! I'm going to so kill him later!
He opens his eyes and looks at the wall. He could see spots in his vision and sighs. It was getting hard to see now. This bastard was really going to drain him.
He's going to kill me if he doesn't stop soon.
He struggles slightly against the man on him. "H-hey bastard stop it. You're taking too much. Stop it you teme!"
Naruto sighs in relief as he finally felt the vampire's lips leave his throat. He looks up into glowing red eyes and weakly glares feeling tired and weak.
"Bastard…"
There was a small trail of blood running from Sasuke's lips.
"Hn. I guess I took too much again…"
You think?! Gawd when I get the strength again!
Naruto closes his eyes. He was feeling too tired to do anything. He could feel himself drifting off to sleep.
He felt a hand on his head combing his hair.
"...I'm sorry."
Naruto was already asleep.
