Michael's POV

It felt great to be home again. Although I did miss my new friend I was sure I would see her again. Me and Leah were strolling through the woods on our way to her home. I looked over at her my eyes raking up and down her form when my gaze was drawn and trapped on her bulging abdomen.

Lee Don't get mad but...I can see the baby bump...Me

I nuzzled her belly as I felt the kick to my snout. 'Our baby just kicked me' I thought with a wolfy chuckle.

I felt them...I can't believe nobody said anything to me! How did I not notice I was gaining weight!

Maybe the imprint separation had you distracted?

We phased out when we got to her backyard.I looked over at her and the very noticeable bump was present on her stomach.

"Leah..maybe I should carry you inside..." I suggested.

"No, i can walk just fine..." She protested.

"Lee Please?" I pleaded.

"Fine," she huffed as we got dressed enough to go inside.

I scooped her up in my arms and carried her inside.

"Mom! Dad! I'm home and so is Mikey!" Leah called out as her mom walked around the corner.

"Welcome home sweetie...Dear god what happened!?" her mom said panicked as she ran over.

"I wish we knew ma'am, I guess being close to me caused the pregnancy to accelerate..." I shrugged.

"I got good news mom! Michael asked me to marry him...and I said yes!" Leah practically squealed as her mother's eyes widened.

"Did I just hear what I think I heard?" her dad said walking around the corner with a gun cleaning kit and his shotgun.

"Y-yes sir," I gulped. I don't know why but even though it wouldn't kill me I was still terrified of him and a gun.

"You gonna treat my princess right? No more running away even if she tells you to?" He asked sitting down.

"Yes sir, I wouldn't leave Leah even if my own life depended on it..."I stated firmly.

"I approve," Harry said nodding his head.

A howl brought my focus towards the door as well as the burning in my spine.

"Michael? Whats going on? I heard the howl but my body isn't reacting..." Leah asked.

"I don't know but someone is calling us to a meeting.." I said as I set her down. "I'll let you know what happens when I get back," I kissed her before I ran out the door phasing it mid-air as I looked back over my shoulder at her.

Welcome Michael, where's Leah? Sam

Her body won't let her phase right now so I'm here what's going on?

The redhead is bringing an army, we are meeting the Cullens for training...we are gonna fight the vampires.

Sam's statement was met with a lot of howls and cheers. The entire pack mind was abuzz with thoughts of killing leeches.

If we don't stop them they will get to our home and our imprints...Sam

My thoughts went directly to Leah..our child and the fact she would soon be my wife.

Enough! Focus! Mike if she is as pregnant as your memories show..Leah will not be joining us in the battle.

She won't like that...My sister is eager to kill some vamps...

She will have to deal with it...Lee Lee can't join us.

I growled towards sam.

"Are we interrupting something?" A creepily soothing voice called out from the rocks near where we were.

No Nothing Leech.

"Sam says we weren't interrupting anything," The one they call Edward said.

"Then shall we begin?" A southern drawl came across the field as a man with blonde hair walked towards us.

We spent the next few weeks training on different takedowns. As well as the battle plan. I stood outside Leah's house the day of the battle.

"Why can't I go and fight?" Leah whined from where she stood beside me wearing a sundress that went over her swollen belly.

"The baby will be here any day now Leah.." I sighed, I have had the exact same argument with her for the past week,

"Then why do you have to go? They have enough wolves with the Makkah pack for you to stay home with me.." Leah protested.

"Because if I don't go then Colin or Brady will have to go, I'd rather go myself then let those kids fight my battle for me" I stated simply as I kissed her.

"Come home to me Michael.." Leah whimpered.

"I will," I chuckled as I leaned down and kissed her stomach "be good for momma alright? Daddy will be home soon"

"Michael let's go!" I heard Paul call out from the tree line.

No more words were shared between me or Leah as I ran over and phased.

Sorry to have interrupted but the leeches want us there soon so they can cover our scents.

It's alright paul.I don't wanna leave her but it's for the best.

We ran hell bent for where we were supposed to meet. Once we got there everybody but Sam was phased out so me and Paul did the same, pulling on some shorts that Jared tossed us that were covered in leach scent.

"Gifts of Emmett" He sighed.

We watched as the Makkans walked into the clearing their fur was painted. I could hear Paul starting to laugh from beside me.

"What is up with that ridiculous paint job?" Paul laughed.

"It's a form of warpaint, their tribe sent them off as warriors...impressive I didn't think any tribes held true to old traditions besides the Quileutes of course.."Carlisle stated.

"She thinks you look regal Carlisle," Edward said with a chuckle before he looked offended "That's not very nice Samantha..."

"So you must be the Makkah alpha Sam was telling us about it's a pleasure to meet you, my name is Carlisle Cullen," He started as he walked forward ready to extend his hand as Quilla and Jenna moved in front of Samantha crouching with their sides exposed as if they were her guards.

"They have a message, Carlisle...Any Leach that touches their alpha will die, and they give the same warning to you..." he sighed.

"Edward are you sure they can be trusted?" Bella called from beside him as Jacob walked up with her.

"They can Bella, they won't harm us because they know it would break the treaty with the Quileutes and they don't want war with their sister tribe..." Edward chuckled "and apparently there are some interesting things about them...Congratulations Samantha"

Samantha growled at Edward.

"Congratulations?" Carlisle mused looking over at Samantha before his eyes widened "are you sure you should be fighting in your condition?"

"What condition?" Sam stated having phased out.

"You can't tell? The white one is pregnant, although her gene seems to be speeding up the process. If my calculations are correct...she might have a week or so left before they are fully grown." he stated.

"Sam you can't fight if you are expecting... I won't allow it," Sam said.

Samantha growled at him as if to say "you aren't the boss of me"

"Jacob! Get Bella to the campsite I'll be right behind you" Edward called out as he took off running with Jacob.

We all phased and tucked in behind the rocky outcroppings. Sam winced slightly in pain as the newborns began to walk into the clearing.

Steady...Steady...Sam

Soon they got right in front of our rock after the Cullens had engaged them.

Now! Charge! Sam roared as we all jumped over the rock. I tasted the metallic taste of vampire flesh as I ripped a head clean from the body. I looked over and saw that Sam was being smart and keeping away from the combat mainly directing her pack. I fought off the vampires around me, sticking to normal protocol 'no one fights alone'

"Get the White wolf! Shes ordering them!" Came a vampires call.

Michael, you are closer get to her now! Sam shouted.

I was about to run over and tear the leach that was grappling her when Jasper ran over and tore its head off.

"Keep your wits about you, ma'am," he said.

Sam gave a light yip.

"I cant understand you but I feel like that's a thanks," he chuckled as he darted back out into the battle.

Right as I went to turn towards the battle again when I felt a searing pain hit me as my lips curled back over my teeth and I buckled forward.

Michael? Whats wrong?

Dude you alright?

Mikey...Leah

Lee? Whats going on? Me

T-The baby is coming Mikey...

The pack felt our pain slightly. I looked up through gritted teeth as a leach ran past me and grabbed Sam around the chest and squeezed breaking bones and as a finishing touch he bit into her neck.

Michael get your ass to la push! Get Leah out of wolf form! Sam

He didn't have to tell me twice. I bolted for La Push. I slid to a stop once I got to Leah's side. She was back in her human form now with her mother at her side. I shifted instantly and was holding her hand.

"I'm here Leah honey I'm here.." I panted as she squeezed my hand.

"I fucking hate you!" she cried out.

A few moments later the cries of a newborn baby were filling the air.

"It's a..."
