Janachamo's Camping Trip!
This is set after Fredich and Jac and Jonny are getting on fairly well. This is just an idea I had so enjoy :)
Btw, trangias are things you can use to cook when your camping. They run on a small bottle of fuel and they're basically mini gas hobs but they only have room for one pan and they fold up fairly small.
Friday
Jac was sorting through an endless pile of patients files when Mo and Jonny came into her office and closed the door behind them. Mo was smiling.
"Yes?" Jac demanded as she looked at Jonny.
"Don't look at me, Mo wanted to talk to us." He stated as he crossed his arms across his chest.
"What're you two doing next week?" Mo asked.
"Working." Jac stated.
"Oh no you're not. Elliot's finding cover for the three of us for the next week."
"Why?" Jac asked and Jonny also looked at Mo waiting for an answer.
"We're going camping!" She announced.
"Yeah bloody right! If you haven't forgotten, I'm pregnant and even if I wasn't, I wouldn't go anyway." Jac said firmly.
"Please hear me out; it's for Sacha. He was saying the other day that he'd love to go camping with his mates some time and I thought it'd cheer him up after what's been happening recently." Mo explained.
"How long're we going for?" Jonny asked as he smiled. He loved camping as a kid and he couldn't wait to show off his skills and see Jac deal with the great outdoors.
"I can't believe you're even considering this! I'm not going." Jac stated.
"Please Jac. He's been through so much and you two are like best friends. We'll have everything we need there, we won't be in the middle of nowhere. And I've already got most of the activities planned and it'll just be the four of us having a relaxing holiday away from work. Please." Mo pleaded.
Jac paused for a few minutes, huffed and rolled her eyes. "Fine. But if the 'activities' as you put them include any crappy childish games then I'm not taking part."
"So you want activities for adults yes?"
"Yes Maureen that would be fantastic now if you don't mind I've got some work to do."
"Right, we're leaving on Monday and we get back on the Sunday. Here's a kit list." Mo said as she put a sheet of paper full of writing on her desk. "Jonny Mac have you still got those two trangias?"
"Yes."
"Right, bring those and your 6 man tent." Mo said as she and Jonny left. Mo had to come up with some 'adult activities' whilst Jac sat at her desk wondering why on earth she had just agreed to that. But then she remembered that if things were the other way around, Sacha would do it for her.
5pm
Jonny walked into the locker room as Jac was placing her scrubs in the dirty laundry basket.
"Why don't i come and help pack your things on Saturday? Then you can stay over mine because I have a feeling you may want to borrow some of my camping things." Jonny suggested.
"Such as?" Jac asked in an irritated tone.
"I've got an air bed which I think you'd rather sleep on than the floor, I've got a spare sleeping bag, blankets, torches-"
"Okay okay I get the point." Jac interrupted.
"Great. I'll be round yours at 10am tomorrow."
"So in Jonny time that'll be 11am tomorrow." Jac stated.
"I am not always late. Jez, one time I'm late to pick you up and you never let go!"
"You've been late more than once Jonny."
"10am Tomorrow." Jonny stated as he left the locker room.
