A/n To AmberwingofAquaClan: Hawk and Moon actually wasn't my inspiration, I'd originally gotten the idea from Echoflight-Jayfeather Lover, hence the title 'I'm a ThunderClan Cat!' Lol I feel like a copy cat, but I think everyone kinda copied off everyone else, so that doesn't make me feel so bad anymore haha =3
To Ven Veni Ventus: You sir (if you're not a guy, I'm still gonna call you sir =P hehe), are right. Jayfeather, stop being a creeper *pokes Jayfeather in the tummy* I'm afraid this chapter doesn't give many clues as to whether or not Dovekit is still part of the prophecy, I mean, not even I know yet! (I know, bad author! *hits myself* Owww! *kisses the booboo* O.O Okay...

He notices my movement and raises his head, blinking dazedly. "Huh? What is it?"
"What are you doing?" I hiss as I glance at the others; their bodies rise and fall in slow patterns.
"Trying to sleep," he murmurs; resting his head back on his paws and closing his eyes again. "You should too. The Gathering is tomorrow."
I kick into his back and he looks up again. "What?"
"What are you doing in my nest?" I ask with blatant irritation in my voice.
"I…" Jayfeather flushes. "I had a dream."
I look at him quizzically. "Was it a bad dream?"
"I um… I guess… But I don't wanna talk about it." He murmurs, resting his head back down again.
"Oh uh…" I raise my eyebrows. "Okay." What is so bad about a dream that he had to come sleep next to me?
Day 118
From the still silence and slightly cold air, I could tell the sun hadn't even risen yet. I decide to try to get a few more hours of sleep, but of course, it doesn't come. Instead, I just lie there, resting comfortably on my paws with my eyes closed.
After a while, I hear one of the nest rustle, and judging by the distance of where it sounded, it was either Icecloud or Foxleap who was just beginning to wake up. I hear them yawn and stretch. Then there's silence and I feel like they're looking at Jayfeather and I.
As if on cue, the cat beside me wakes up and raises his head.
"What are you doing here?" I nearly miss Foxleap's low murmur.
Jayfeather doesn't tense. "Feathersong and I were having a sleepover." He retorts, getting up. "Maybe you can join next time."
"Umm… No thanks." Foxleap meows as he follows the medicine cat out of the den.
I blink open my eyes and sit up, waiting a bit before leaving the den as well. By now, the sun had just risen over the hills, orange smears across the pale blue sky. I look around and see Rosepetal, Spiderleg, Mousewhisker, Sorreltail, Brightheart and Cloudtail all crowded around Brambleclaw as he gives out patrol. Foxleap is walking towards Poppyfrost with two mice hanging by their tails from his mouth, Honeyfern and Berrynose are cleaning each other by the medicine cat den and Dovekit is chasing Ivykit around the clearing.
I notice Jayfeather slipping out of the camp with a mouthful of stale herbs and I run over to join him. "So, what was the dream about?"
"Nothing important," he mutters. "Do you know if Dovekit has realized she's gotten powers, or have you replaced her?"
"I- I don't know yet." I stammer, thrown off by his question. Replaced her? I don't want to replace her. I don't even have powers.
Jayfeather raises an eyebrow at me. "You do have a power, you know?"
I frown and shake my head. "No, no I don't." And I'd appreciate that you don't read my mind, thank you.
He sighs and kicks the stale herbs into a pile of dead leaves. "You do."
"How do you know?" I snap. "I definitely don't have Dovekit's power."
"Well, you have some kind of power."
"And what is that exactly?" I snarl, my tail waving back and forth. "I don't have a power! I know I don't! There is nothing special about the way I live my life, other than the fact that I used to be a two-leg, but even that isn't a big part of-"
Jayfeather blinks at me. "Feathersong. I can see you."
A/n Hey guys! Sorry for the short chapter =/ But guess what? You know how I'd been studying for that test? Well, I did the exams a couple of months ago, (it was to get into this Selective Entry school for the gifted) and I received the acceptance letter last night! Wooooo hoooooo =D Only 5% of the participants got into the school, and there were nearly 4000 kids there! I feel special =3 Anyway, I'll try to post the next chapter within a week ^.^ See you then!
